Didier at the service department did another amazing oil change. My 500 hour service was due for my Peak 500 truck-mount. He answered my questions & listened to my concerns before the service & afterwards, he clearly explained what he found & what he did about it. Couldnt be happier! Highly recommend!!!

Great place to work, large facility with plenty of supplies and equipment. New and merged with Quest Building Products from Patt street so be patient with the growing pains. Technically the grand opening will be on July 30th. Previous review was before we were officially open.

Call to order something, I just keep on getting transferred. Horrible service everyone is lost, and have no knowledge of what is what! It’s sad the a good company like Quest got bought out.

I recently purchased a truck mount from Jon-Don and the customer service they provided was excellent!! Fong the service manager went out of his way to address every minor issue that had presented itself regarding the purchase. When the time comes to purchase an additional unit I will not hesitate to use Jon-Don. Everyone went above and beyond to assist me I would highly recommend.

I had 2 chemicals being damaged i messaged them late at night 10 pm next morning they apologized and shipped them out again and now they are out for delivery so far customer service is 5 stars great sevice jon don thank you

An enormous supplier of concrete grinding equipment and supplies AND rental equipment. Rental dept is excellent, machines and diamond segments. Johnny in rental dept very helpful and experienced in concrete floors.
