Drivers: safe and very efficient. Really Friendly too! Always a smile on their faces makes my grandma feel comfortable and safe! Makes her traveling in the van worthwhile 😊Vans: very clean, you wont be disappointed!

They always pick me up late and have me wait more than 2 hours to be taken home.

One of my favorite companies! Every employee we’ve delt with are extremely kind hearted, have patience, are caring & go out of their way to get patients to & from appointments safety. We just ❤️ them all & 🙏🏼 the recent fires haven’t affected then badly.

Not sure your drivers should be smoking in a van designed to transport people for medical appointments. Doesn’t seem like good policy.

Horrible service! The driver arrived late and my patient almost missed her appointment. And when it was time to be picked up from Kaiser Shuttle Med said the nearest driver would arrive in an hour to pick us up. The after an hour the shuttle that tried to pick us up was too small to carry our wheelchair in the bus. This is unbelievable.

Today I was almost hit in the crosswalk as I was crossing at the corner of Brookhurt and Crescent in Anaheim. Driver #526 not only ran the red light but also didnt even stop. He looked my in the eyes no way could he say he did not see me!

You suck big time!!! The driver couldnt get me into the van so started pushin my whole upper body instead of the wc. He would not listen &let me help by doing a wheely as he pulled because he had gotten the wheels stuck. He then didnt strap me down tight on any of my wheel, tried to seat belt me with belts from from seat in front of me and one belt from appropriate area. Finally i said if you cant figure this out i dont want one!!! Then werent even outta the parking lot of my SNF he was driving like a complete n utter insane maniac. I flew around in the back like carnival ride!!! Stomping on & off the gas and flying around corners, jerking into other lanes w/o notice. Got completely lost &wouldnt listen to my instrution and felt completely unsafe. DO NOT USE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Not my 2st time subjected to all this life threatening nonsense!!!

Shuttlemed took my grandfather to St Josephs Hospital for a doctors appt, drivers were friendly and came back to take him home within 45 min. as promised by the office staff.

It is a good medical transportation company, it is safe and timely in its schedules.
