Working with Aero Mobility has been a God sent! they took care of all my adaptive driving needs. The customer service is amazing! I dont know what some of these reviews are talking about because working with them was painless and simple. I guess in life you get what you put in and we have to remember that this business is a case by case kind of business. no 2 cars are alike. David, Craig and the girls in the front are just amazing! It took us a long time to be able to afford a new handicapped vehicle and I am so glad that I came to Aero Mobility. They listened to our needs and made sure my daughter was always heard. We found exactly what we needed. The entire staff made sure we very happy with our purchase. I would high recommend this business for anyone looking for not just a vehicle but they have all sorts of assistance devices also.

I spoke to Dale from service about getting adaptive hand controls three separate times in 6 months. He promised me to send me a quote each time and I also had to give him my information three times all over again and still no quote. Not going to chase them to give them my business anymore, Lost my business for good.

I have never purchased an electric wheelchair before in the past but it truly CANT BE THIS HARD. Its been four weeks since I sent in my doctors prescription and I have only heard back ONCE from my customer representative, Erica. I have to call every week for an update. I complained about how I was being treated to Jeff, the manager, and he has not taken my complaint seriously. The truth is I am about ready to walk down the street and pay cash for one if my insurance wont cover the wheelchair; I am certainly not going to reward poor customer service with my hard-earned cash. If they were not in the middle of dealing with the insurance company, I would have walked already. Poor customer service. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I have known David at Aeromobility for many years but I never had the opportunity to buy a new vehicle from him until recently. David is a top notch very straight forward fair guy. He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. In the past he has repaired my old vans and he knows the importance of getting the vehicles repaired as soon as possible. The staff is easy to deal with and is very professional.

Aero Mobility/ Desert medical equipment took nearly two years to replace a wheelchair when they knew that the current wheelchair was so bad that I could no longer travel anywhere with it. Today Robert made an appointment to deliver a new chair and just now told me that it will have to be Thursday or Friday If you know any one who is in the market for a new wheelchair, please take your business elsewhere. They are the lowest form of human beings I have ever had the misfortune to work with.

This is one of the worst medical supply companies ever. Few people in this company are highly unprofessional and unethical. They have no respects for patient. They will keep you on waiting and waiting on an item you might need help with and you will never hear back from their staff.

I came in to purchase a vehicle for my mother who recently became paraplegic. The staff at Aero Mobility were great. I wanted to emphasize how kind and patient David, the owner, and Sal were. They helped me go over every detail of the purchase. They really went above and beyond to explain the differences between all models and what would truly work for my mother. Aero Mobility has great products and excellent service. The technicians are detail oriented, solve accessibility issues creatively, while always listening attentively to the customer’s needs. Horrible Customer Service!!!My 83 year old father was released from the hospital on June 10th. I was in need of a hospital bed since he was going to be staying at my house.The hospital arranged for one to be delivered to my house. While waiting for discharge papers from the hospital, I received a call from the driver of Aero Mobility stating that he was on the way to my house with the bed. Once the bed was installed, I was told to sign the contract that would be sent to Medicare. I asked why $200 and was told that Medicare would reimburse me.That same night one of the screws broke off making the bed unsafe. I called the company and was given the runaround. Everyone I spoke with telling me that it was after 5 pm and no one was available to help. It wasnt until I threatened a law suit if my father was injured that someone called and the screw was replaced.It is now end of September and my father still has not received the refund. In fact, they charged another $200. I am now disputing these charges with the bank.Since July I have been going back and forth with Alma the office manager, and she has stopped returning my calls.It is ridiculous that at the time of need, they would take advantage of the elderly and in my opinion, commit Medicare FRAUD. Very dissatisfied with everyone I have come in contact with in this company!!!!!

We just bought our second van from Aero Mobility. They are without a doubt the best providers of equipment and in service. Our first Aero van lasted ten years. It had over 146,100 miles on it when we purchased are second Aero van in 2016. I should add, since our disabled son is 46, we have had five vans over the years. I can tell you the service from Aero has surpassed any experience we have ever had. On the first Aero van, we needed very special alterations to make it meet our sons needs. David Meshkani, being an engineer, came up with so many interior designs it made the van perfect for our son. The service we received for the life of the van was outstanding. Of course when it was time to replace the van we went straight to Aero! As always, they produced exactly what we needed. Thank you David and Aero Mobility staff for always providing such excellent service .

All the people working there treated me with kindness and respect. The representative show me all the types of vans they have so I can try them and see which one works best for my son .

Amazing company. I bought my adapted Scion from them 10 years ago and they have maintained it and kept it working perfectly for the least amount possible. I am in and out of my car a great deal so the hydraulics, hinges and after-market adaptations take a beating. I have had to take the car in for a service 3 or 4 times and every time, the system comes out like new. It can take time if they need parts but I am always updated on the process. I would never do business with any other adaptive car company. I live 80 miles away from Aero and there are other companies close but no one compares to Aeros quality service and care.

Best customer service and have a nice selection of conversion vehicles in the lot . no pressure. Our special need child needs were met .Craig was the best!

We bought a rear entry lift van, searched online on Tuesday, found Aero and dealt with Craig. He brought a van we agreed on Wednesday to our home!. I worked through financing on Thursday and Craig delivered the van to us on Friday again to our home!The experience was first rate, Craig was awesome and gave my wife the best overview of the vehicle we purchased. No pressure, first class experience and the van has given me my freedom again.I wouldnt hesitate using Aero Mobility and they have earned a life long client.

Absolutely top notch service! An amazingly great business from top to bottom.You immediately know there is something special about this business when you walk in the door and are greeted by three beautiful, very professional women all dressed impeccably in the same outfits. Mind you, they were not wearing uniforms but beautifully tailored clothing...and they wear different matching outfits every day. Wow! That says a lot about the professionalism and attention to detail which is evident in every aspect of the business I observed.I am from out of state and had never visited AeroMobility before. Nevertheless I was treated like their best customer. They immediately diagnosed the problems with my 2015 Toyota accessible van...including the always hard-to-find rattles and vibrations which are so annoying. They have so much experience that they knew right away what needed to be done. While they were fixing these issues, they found a couple of other warranty-covered items that needed repair. They quickly obtained authorization from the manufacturer and completed the work perfectly.I can’t say enough about this company. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable, competent, and extremely customer-focused. Despite the large size of this business, the owner is personally engaged in every aspect of it. While waiting I saw how much and how well he engages with customers, the staff, and the technicians. He invited me back into the large shop so I could personally see what was going on with my van. I was amazed to see the large number of vehicles being worked on. I was also amazed by how much disassembly was involved to fix the issues I had.
