Friendly helpful staff and good cleaning protocol!As a disclaimer this is my first time using a gym so I dont have anything to compare it to, however I am loving this gym so far. It is the perfect gym for newbies like myself and also people just looking for a pretty basic gym for a good price. I appreciate that they really push the whole no judgement zone mentality. It helped make the gym feel more accessible as someone who is new to working out. 💪

Five stars if I had access to a personal trainer, as advertised.Also, not PFs fault but some people are so disrespectful. Signs to wipe the machines (cleaning stations accessible to everyone) before and after use but many are simply not. I had one guy FOLLOW ME as I went from one machine to another wiping before and after use. He would use the machines I just wiped. He NEVER WIPED. Maybe having signs in multiple languages would be helpful.

The staff is friendly, but this location is not kept as clean as it should. People at this location do not care to clean after themselves. There was a lot of ego lifting, and nobody would unrack their weight. There is more cardio machines than anything else. I would not recommend coming to this location.

It’s Thursday June 3 2021, 7:30am and they haven’t open it, been waiting since 6;15, people’s have been waiting early 6am, the hours sing says Monday trough Friday 6am to 9 am hope the guy that opens had good sleep and he get a wake up call to open early

So I havent been to the gym since the whole pandemic. When it did open back up to low capacity the 3 times I was going to go smh 45-hr15 min wait. I been going the past week and some change. I ride my bike 🚲 to the gym btw one or the best bike racks around. The gym is never packed very clean friendly staff and I have the black card so the hydro bed omg amazing! Great to be back!!! If you have a vehicle parking is a little hectic but nice fun area!! 5 stars all around ✨

The colors really hurt my eyes. The staff are not great. Gym doesnt look clean at all times. Only plus side is that the hours are late night.

This planet fitness is pretty clean, never too busy but it does lack some equipment. Ive seen equipment at other planet fitness that this one doesnt have. Also the set up is a little weird. More rectangular than square and spaces out. Im not sure if that will make sense but its not bad for the 10-20 dollars a month.

Front desk always friendly.

Gym is supposed to open at 6am, but morning shift is often over a half-hour to hour late. Pretty frustrating to people who have a limited timeframe to workout in.

I love that this gym is close to work and home. Love the large space and that there is always a machine available to use at anytime of day or night. From day one the staff was always hospitable, nice, and welcoming, oh, and helpful as well.My only recommendation is that this gym eventually gets the refillable water bottle dispensers, so we can refill our water bottles, without the water spilling out.Thank you so much! Love this club!

You are supposed to wear a mask or at least half on( as I was told ), but there was quite a lot of people with no mask and I would think the employees should of been walking around telling those to please put one on or step out. Who wants to be wearing a mask especially during cardio but it is for your own safety, especially being in a gym with sweaty people. There are now sanitizers and employees wiping down more but this gym ( being that it can get pack during certain hours) it is still a good place to come and get your cardio sweat going :) .I STILL & WILL RECOMMEND coming to planet & the employees at this location are always friendly & helpful :) Just people are still not wiping down after themselves !

The planet fitness is in the heart of Anaheim. The gym has alot of excuses machines for every part of the body. The gym is very clean they have disinfect spray bottles and paper towels so when you get done with you work out. The members clean the equipment for the next person. The spray bottles and paper towels are well stocked. They have massage chairs so when you get done with your working out take a few minutes and massage your body in the chairs. They have tanning beds. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Its in the a shopping centervery easy to find. They is lot of parking space for every one.

Looking at the reviews this place gets a bad rep. I have been satisfied with this gym since I moved to the area. Sure it smells like a gym, but they have a lot of space and machines. They even have some machines they dont have at other locations. Its very spacious so it doesnt feel as crowded as other locations. The staff was also very kind and helpful when I had questions.

Payment methods need to change. After taking the bus there to pay my bill because the new app doesnt have payment on it now.. When I got there they said the computer says I dont owe, Not until tomorrow, thats why I was there today cant make it tomorrow. Now I get a late fee 1 1/2 the cost of my membership. This must make them a lot of money and isnt fair at all the way its set up and no I dont want auto pay. Why was payment taken off the new app. I think I know why...And it shouldnt take going into 3 weeks on remodeling the mens shower. I have been in the field and know how long a job should take.MasonI still need to know why payment is not on the new app? Thank youMason

You don’t belong at this planet fitness. They discriminate against if you disabled. The staff are mean and make fun of you. It may be clean with good equipment but the vibe is gross. Everything went down hill once the smiley nice pony tail girl left. Wish they would get their act together. Since it’s the only decent gym in the area and the closest one to Disney.

Great gym it has everything starting at 9 a month. Thats it . If your tired of the typical gym with attitude then this Is the place to work out at. They have a hydromassage included in there plans. So if if you think about it. Saves you money from going somewhere else to get that massage. The 9 plan really does pay for it !!! Well worth it

Overall its a great gym! I love how its clean and how you feel very comfortable their. It has lots of machines and free weights, I cant complain about the gym environment. I would have gave 5 stars, but the staff is very rude and disrespectful. The man that is bald with glasses and now wears a black shirt, he looks African American with a mix. Hes very unfriendly, always acts smart with you and just not a good staff member. He wouldnt let in my friends brother because his dad wasnt their and was being very rude about it. And the girl with glasse, she is always giving bad looks and never bothers for a smile or anything. Theyll only tell you bye when a boss is their. But the buff bald white guy, hes the best staff member. Hes very humble and helpful and always. They need to train the staff to be like him. Because I wouldve given 5 stars..but the staff doesnt help.

Its a nice gym and a very good price. its better than paying for 24 or golds gym. machine and equipment are good but it gets over crowded. if there were fewer people it would be the perfect gym

I recently got a black card at this location, the staff members were really nice. The guy that showed us around the place was really informative. As well as the person at the desktop, Billy, was helpful setting up my membership with this gym. I like all the equipment I just wish there was a pool area, but aside from that I give this 4 stars..

Nice setup of machines and free weights. Very clean atmosphere. Bathrooms/locker rooms are cleaned between 2:00-3:30a.m., so don’t try to shower at that time. Can’t beat the price for membership, either.

Need to enforce members to clean machines after they are done using them, I find myself cleaning them before and after my reps, might as well pay me for cleaning. Need to set a maximum # of people allowed in at once sometimes all you can do is cardio waiting for 100 people to clear out. Staff could be nicer u

Ive been coming here for over a year and am very satisfied with the price, friendliness of the staff, and overall vibe of this location. Not the best variety of strength training machines but there are a ton of cardio machines. Definitely worth $10/month

Manager Amy informed that members are not allowed to have food at their tables and refused me to sit down for 5 minutes and let me eat meal. Then why you put tables there ? She was also extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I’m really disappointed with their employees.

Good size location. Theres alot of room so other people arent in your space when you are working out with these dumbbells or machines.

For your average weight loss goals this place is ideal. For serious muscle training not so great. The equipment for free weights is limited and youll find yourself waiting for a bench press every so often (just like any other gym I suppose). If you hate crowded gyms just like I do try to arrive in the mornings. In the end this gym is good for what you pay for.

When I asked to transfer my account to this location, they were unwelcoming and acting like it was a bother, my guest and I ended up leaving due to the fact that we felt uncomfortable and simply unwelcomed. Did not last five minutes in there and most definitely won’t be back

Love it! It feels smaller than other PF locations but its very nice. I love it specially because its close to work, Oh and they have WIFI =)

This place is right by my house and very convenient. However it is very dirty the mirrors are filthy. There is always equipment on the floor. They need to clean the whole place around.

Nice place 1st time there I have a number one membership the black membership belt kind of upset because it was supposed to take me on a tour I like that some people would at least come up with see how I was doing the 1st day youre not get no response felt like I was out of my time zone

Was in town for a conference and needed to get a workout in. It was in a strip mall. The parking was kinda tough at the time when I was going in. I had to park way on the other side by some fast food joint. Its a decent gym and no meatheads in here. Although walking in there was no welcome staff so I just scanned my card and went right in.

Bery good place to come and workout. Always clean and kept at well temperature. The pricing is very affordable and has all the machines you need. Only problem i have is that it gets really packed and i always find myself waiting for a bench press. Ive been to other gyms and it is a problem at every other gym. Also it isnt 24 7 but it is open 24 hours 5 days a week.

The staff is very friendly, they play good music, and the machines are in good conditions. Sometimes the restrooms are a little dirty.

Every time I go its dirty and most of the staff has an attitude. They dont even bother to greet you most of the time. One girl was somewhat rude to me as I was applying to the gym. They barely even bother to walk around to help put away weight. Cant even check the restroom and lockers to see if its clean. I found an old melted slushie in two of the lockers. Bathrooms should be checked hourly. Only reason I keep going is because its cheap.

Plenty of machines, but many in need of repair. Sign on the door says 24/5 right next to the sign Mon-Fri 5 am - 10 pm... Not sure, but I dont think those two things mean the same thing.

I love going to the gym, this gym made me feel comfortable and I am able to do my workout without any interuptions from any on or thing great place for newbies like me and a great place to work out freely.

The machines are to dusty especialy the ones on the back. And the back of all the others too. The cleaning lady is always sleeping by the trush. She sleeps sranding cans. They shoul see the videos whem she is eorking so they can see ehen she is sleeping.

Its nothin to write home about but it serves its purpose. Its clean, staff is nice. It doesnt smell bad, nice temperature. I dig it.

Heres the bullet points:- Dont believe the No hidden fees line. Once you sign up, theres a $40 fee after two months for equipment maintenance. Presumably they need the extra money, because I guess they flush the monthly membership fees down a toilet somewhere?-They upsell you on the Black Card membership for $20 a month, promising discounts and use of the hydro-massage machines. Which is nice, except that level of membership also comes with a cancellation fee, and the machines are never available to be used if youre an evening gym-goer.-Still pretty much the cheapest Gym.- A billion ellipticals, but only 2 upright stationary bikes and 2 reclining bikes.- 2 Benches.- No, *seriously*. TWO Benches.

Went as a guest with a member who usually goes to another PF. Used the Hidromassage table and also took a shower. The facility is fairly small.I have severe back issues, with implants in my spine. It is obvious I am handicapped due to the fact that I cannot walk upright, and I use a cane. My friend and I asked if we could BOTH use the HM table. We were told yes and to put our names on the sign up sheet. I used the table. I cant lie flat for one thing, as I explained to the woman @ the counter who assured I didnt have to. Nun the less, after even my 5 minutes were up, I was in pain. It jarred everything inside me. Including an implant to control pain. This was my 1st time ever seeing a HM table. I was unaware of what it was or what it did & the employee knew this. She should have asked me questions, told me the risks, or since I asked her questions, a light should have gone off in her head, and just told me no, as she had with the massage chair they have.The showers are a minor issue compared to the above. I had been told the mens showers had been without hot water for over a month. Actual HOT WATER. Can u imagine? We went into the shower area to take our am shower. Sat with the water running, the faucet turned to the hottest setting, & proceeded to shower in luke warm water. The whole time, we were cold taking a shower. I empathize with the men.I heard there are other PFs that are much better. This rating is for this facility only.

Monday (9/19/16) the club failed to open on time. It was supposed to open at 5 and at 5:30 it was still closed. Didnt even look like there were employees on site. Many members were waiting and left in frustration, as did I. I have no idea when they finally opened but when I left it didnt look like any employee was even near the area. I lost my chance to work out for the day and its frustrating to know that it was because the club failed to be open during scheduled working hours. Unprofessional!

If there was an option for no stars at all I would keep it that way. I have had bad experiences with this location. My mother and I signed up about a year ago and were told this wasnt a contact I was very well aware because I have had them before. We both signed for electronic payments, I kept having the issues where my money was not being taken and I was always being charged a fee for not having the funds. This happened 4 times every other payment in went through I always had money in my account they kept fixing it because they knew it was their fault but 4 times really !! I had to go over there in person twice and so many apologies and still not fixed until I was upset. We spoke to a guy there and he told my mom and I we couldnt cancel it was a contract we were shocked!! he gave us a specific date to cancel we waited while they took our money. I call again and a young lady says we could of canceled months ago it wasnt a contract.. Does anyone know how to do their job.

Usually not very crowded so I can get my workout done without waiting. Only real issue is rude patrons who sit around and play with their phones and hogging thd machines.

SCAM ALERT! My wife and I were visiting Anaheim from Colorado Feb 15-19th. We stopped into the gym after we called ahead to find out if they had a daily rate we could use while we were vacationing for a few days. They said it was $5 a day over the phone. When we got there the front desk woman told us that instead of paying a daily rate we should sign up for a membership and then cancel on the 17th. She said we wouldnt be charged anything if we cancelled. We asked if that was ok because we felt bad that we were able to use it for free. She said yes and discussed her frustrations with coorporate and this is what she recommends. So we signed up on Feb 15th. We worked out on the 17th and then cancelled as she instructed. After returning home from the trip we each saw a charge for $23.99 on the 17th. I called them to have this removed. The first person said we had to cancel before the 17th. I asked to speak with the woman who registered us but she was not working that day. So I called back again with my wife on speaker and spoke to her. She tried to tell us that she explained that we were going to be charged for a month when we registered which is a complete lie. BEWARE of this gym. They lack integrity and their staff is lying to customers to get people to sign up under false promises!

It was great and the people the work there are really nice but there is not a lot equipment to work out but is good and more the is close to my house love it

They didnt let me take a shower at 3 am. I have to wait 30 min until the lady finish cleaning. When a costumer asks for a favor, you should be nice and not yes you can go talk to the manager.. after work I thought it was a good idea to work out even though after 1 am but it wasnt.
