They discriminate against me cause I get ssi saying I couldnt buy weekly and take advantage of your $15 first week promo. Also refuse to sale me a used fridge saying it had been sold. Though the fridge had the stickers on it and my Hispanic friend just went in before me. They offer to sale it to him. So maybe there racist here too. so if your white you cant get a deal here. But they stated they was discriminate against me for getting ssi . And I will be filing a complaint under the disability act.

Tried to get a tv from them and the guy called out 3 days in a row and didnt process my paperwork so when it came to the date of my delivery i waited the time and received nothing. I did my part of the agreement but he didnt finish his. When i went to call the store i got a different guy who played games and kept saying ill call you back but never did. The service i got was horrible.

Not that bad. At first rene the worker didnt call me after me attempting to get my questions answered. Then i got an email to rate my experince and since it wasnt that good i gave a bad one. Then an hour later he calls me! Fixed the problem and handled it professionally and offered even a better item and now i dont have to wait longer than i was told i was going to be waiting before. Thanks

Never got back to me about an item when I was told they would call me back several times. I called and it was the same thing over and over again. Lazy and not professional at all.

Waited all day for a bed to delivered. Called in the morning said 4-8 now its 8+.
