Checked in @ 1030 for 1100 got my paperwork @1135. No early check ins dont waste your time. I had to pay lumper fees for 19 pallets but overall it wasnt too bad.

Showed up at 1100 for a 1200 appt, had signed bol in hand at 1400. Small yard so park out of the way when you check in. Some spots can be tricky to get into

This guys are a freaking joke. They have a lumper fee and they take forever to get u empty u get empty you have to wait another 30 minutes for you paperwork and lumper receive.. 🤬

Tight docks for backing due to poor layout of the parking lot and they also store a bunch of containers across from the docks, had to do 90° blindside to get in the dock they wanted. 6 hour unload with pricey lumper as well..

The front desk lady (tall African American lady) is rude she need to go home. No clear explanation on my problem she just said call and well transfer to the right person.. which we have multiple times but they never answer thats why I came.. duh..Replase her she obviously is not happy with her job..

This place is just sad. They wanna charge you for being late but will take hrs to unload you.

If you are driving a big rig, make a sharp right toward Bunzl office and ho around the building from Miraloma side. One of unknown distributor who has attitude that they are the center of the World. No clear signs where to park while check in. No clear explanation what to do after they give you a door.Finally, the man with name Joe helped me and unloaded my trailer in 9 minutes.

Quick unload! Maybe an hour or less. People are friendly here. There is a lumper fee. Parking overnight is available:)

Their driver, truck number 119150/USDOT 459067 is incredibly rude and obnoxious. Ive had the misfortune of having to deal with him when he delivers to the Reno/Sparks area. He yells and uses profanity. He absolutely defines what an unprofessional driver is. I have seen him and his attitude on many occasions - he doesnt discriminate but treats everyone badly. He talks to himself, he shouts at pallets.... seriously...., swearing and carrying on. This is NOT someone Id want to cross in a dark alley! I fear for the safety of other vehicles as this driver appears psychologically unstable.

Very bad service, very slow, bad character of the person in the office, they do not give a quick response, they are very angry and take a long time to unload. I was 4 hours waiting for 25 pallets to be unloaded. Out of a 10 I give it a 3
