Saw them on Yelp, I sent them a message I got a response very promptly I dropped off my items the same day(Thursday) I was able to pick up my items the following Saturday

I have been going for years to Ritz Cleaners. Alex, owner, has been very polite. However, more often than not my items are not pressed well, dry cleaning is terrible. When I picked up my stuff it was worst than when I dropped it off. I trusted cleaners to keep doing a good job. It seems as though they dont care anymore. Alex is nice, but at the end of the day its a business. You have to get better personnel that can do a good job not just cheap labor. Then when youre own staff tells me you dont care come on Alex!Extremely upset over this.

Very prompt and affordable service. What I really like about this place is the owner. He is very friendly and knows how to connect with his customers. I was impressed when he remembered my name. They lie in their website. I went all the way there because their website says they have a same day dry cleaning service and when I was there the lady told me that the fastest would be next day 3 on. Based on those lack of principles, I wouldnt trust them in anything else.

Terrible service, was quoted that my laundry would be ready in 4 days, but upon arrival, was informed that a couple of my shirts had stains and that they needed another day to clean. Thanks for that phone call to let me know... When putting my clothes away at home, also noticed several stains around the collar.

Amazing reliable service, with great prices as well. I was nervous picking out a place to clean and preserve my dress, and they seemed to truly care and had my dress clean and ready in no time!

I have used Ritz twice, once for tailoring and once for dry cleaning services. I was very impressed with the quality of the service as well as the customer service.

Find another place. They cant be trusted with quality clothes. I had some pants hemmed and the thread was visible from the front, stains that werent there, creases were not lined up.

This is my go to place, always very friendly, and half the time will do it next day without an issue.

This place sucks, I took two pairs of jeans for cleaning and pressed with heavy starch and when I picked them up they werent pressed or didnt even have starch on them, I told the receptionist​ and she said they do have heavy starch and I showed her that they werent even pressed and she said well leave them another day, I was so mad I couldnt believe it, thanks for nothing.
