Kona cleaners is a great place for alterations. They were able to get the alterations done 2 days early!The staff is very friendly, and I would highly recommend them.

Love using Kona for my dry cleaning. They are quick and very automated. I get emails when I drop off my stuff and when its ready to pick up. Coupons are automatically entered in my account. Simple, easy, oh, and they do a heck of a job at actually cleaning my shirts too. Those annoying collar marks are gone. Services are usually within a day, so I dont have to wait long.

Being raised in the dry cleaning business, I found Kona Cleaners in Anaheim Hills 5 years ago.I have always found them to be very professional in their service and the quality of their presentation. Amanda in the Anaheim Hills store is very friendly and helpful. I recently brought in the large American Flag for pressing as it will be used at my husbands funeral. There was NO CHARGE for the service. Thank you Kona Cleaners for the excellent service and care to my clothes.

Kona Cleaners in Anaheim Hills has excellent customer service, and theyre super quick! I dropped off my jackets to be dry cleaned at 5PM and they were ready by before noon the next day. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering how much time and stress I can save, Ill definitely return to this location in the future.

Used Kona Cleaners, Anaheim Hills for the first time in July 2021. One of my linen blazers was stained on the front and back and Kona Cleaners did a fine job of removing the stains and cleaning and pressing the blazer along with two other linen blazers and three Tommy Bahama shirts. I will definitely use Kona Cleaners on an ongoing basis.

Kona does any of my sewing repairs requiring a sewing machine. A machine I don’t own nor know how to operate. I find Kona invaluable for these life necessities. They also do great cleaning, items are completed when promised and I have used them often. I hope they Always remain a business in my community.

I am an understating person, I know business are run by people therefore mistakes happen. But when a business, lacks the professionalism to figure out the error and apologize, then in my opinion a bad review is earned.I paid a total of $53.03 to Kona Cleaners of Anaheim Hills for laundry services, instead, they lost track of all my clothing (as in they had no idea where my laundry was at) including a suit that cost me over $400.00.I took the cloths on December 3 for Friday pickup, as I had 2 special events on Saturday, December 7th.Apart from the fiasco of them having no idea who had the laundered clothes, I missed 1/2 of the 1st event( the type of event that happens once in a lifetime) and ended up being late to the second event that was scheduled a few hours after the morning event.In the aftermath of all the WRONGS Kona Cleaners did, and the lack of urgency of the situation has left me feeling sad. As I cannot move back the clock, and in the end my family and I missed portions of two imporant family events!!

Dropped off a blouse while visiting family pre-COVID, and had been unable to pick it up during stay-at-home orders. Kona Cleaners sent me an email reminding me of my item, and held onto it since the second week of March. I just picked it up yesterday (July 21), and they did not charge me for having to store my item. Not sure if they would have otherwise, but in these times, it’s kindness and understanding like this that makes all the difference.Also my blouse is perfect. ☺️ Thank you!

When you need your garment dry cleaned in a short period of time, Kona is the place to take it. Their 24 hour turn around is excellent. The garment is nicely clean and pressed.

The Anaheim Hills location: Sunny is an excellent alteration seamstress at this location! She is accurate and does fine work. Amanda is always so pleasant and so helpful. The cleaning is always excellent. We have been going to this location for 15 years!

Bad first experience. I specifically asked for press only and not to wash the shirts and the lady verbalized understanding. I show up to pick up the shirts and the bill is higher than I was quoted and the guy cannot even confirm whether the shirts have been washed or not! He simply tells me that the lady was wrong about pricing although he said later that she was the lead person here!He he was getting defensive and asked if I thought that he was being dishonest for telling me a different price. He said he cannot change the price in the system and that I had to pay the higher price simply because it was in the computer and he couldn’t change it. He said “you have to pay now and we will credit you back later”, he said he cannot change the price in the system and that I had to pay the higher price simply because it was in the computer.Do you really think I have time to call customer service or wait for you to call your “manager”?Is it really worth it to lose a customer over a few dollars because one of you don’t know how much ot costs to press a shirt?Customer service 101 says: customer is always right.I haven’t even opened the cover yet so I can’t comment on the wuality yet.

I was in town for a funeral and my suit shirt and pants needed cleaned and pressed and I needed them back in 2 days. They texted my they were ready around 12 noon the next day, something came up and I couldn’t make it, lucky for me they were open on Sunday for a few hours. My shirt and pants came back perfectly and they even had a collar holder inserted. Thanks!

Kona Cleaners definitely does a nice job with dry cleaning. The alterations people at the Anaheim Hills store also do good work. However, Kona does not clean your clothes on site - they send everything out to a central plant. This has resulted in them losing my clothes 5 times in a year. On two occasions, they never found my clothes. I no longer use Kona - found a local dry cleaner (next to Vons) that cleans everything on site so there is less opportunity to lose the order.

They consistently do a great job and are very efficient and friendly.

My items were well laundered but customer service was ABYSMAL! Absolutely abysmal. This isnt the first time Ive encountered unpleasant customer service here but Ive always overlooked it. This time I could not and will probably be looking for another dry cleaner...unfortunately.
