Do you guys cash warrant checks written by the treasurer of a state from outside of California? I have a $43.70 warrant check from the state of Idaho for an unclaimed paycheck from years back. The warrant check is current, having been made out to me only 2 months ago.Im not exactly sure what a warrant check is but it has been a very serious pain in the a** to get cashed without having a brick and mortar bank account.I just dont understand how some people are able to cash fake checks under fake names and somehow Im unable to cash a real check with ID and written out to me. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

I wasted my lunch driving to this location just so they can inform me when i walk up to the window that there not doing any transactions theyre closed wich is absolutely unfair why advertise your open when your not doing any transactions, so i asked exactly that and her response was to refer us to there nearby store wich is 20 minutes away absolutely nonsense

Have no problems with un authorization money missing from my account. Controls over draft fees to a curtain limits. Great customer service over the phone and in the branch. Easy to work with as well. Thank you for all the help

I really wish I could give them 0 stars. My husband called to make sure I could cash a money order before walking in so we wouldnt waste our time. I go in and because it wasnt filled out she tells me very rudely she cant cash it because its not filled. Mind me its my very first time cashing a money order. So I go get it filled out by the purchaser and come back, she has all these requirements she cant even explain to me what she is doing when I asked. She cant find any info in her system and makes me feel super uncomfortable acting like this money order is a scam. She ends up saying Im basically SOL and she cant cash it because she cant verify it. I swear she made my experience so aweful in front of another client in line and I left so furious I wanted to literally cry. Will never go back to this place and please dont waste your time they will not help you in the absolute!

Zero zero stars worse costumer service..the ladys in there are rude what happen to the people that just to work there why hire new dumb people...Also they lie to me. I got a loan of 200 and my due date to pay is the 31 i clearly told them that they that i wont be able to pay it till the 1st ..if not i dont want the loan. They told me i could get an extencion not to worry and just call for my extencion and they are like we dont do that...

Rude, rude, rude.... worst ace location anywhere. I travel for work in occasionally have to go to an ace to cash a check with my bank isnt around. I have been doing this for almost 4 years now and NEVER had a problem till I arrived at this location...first the lady could barely speak english, second she gave me a big problem cause the check was dated for 3 weeks ago,( sorry lady i dont live paycheck to paycheck).... Then she gave me attitude and I was completely embarrassed in front of other customers...and she would not cash my check.. horrible service!!!!

They made me pay for a prepaid card. Put $10 on it for some reason. Now my money is lost in limbo. Cost 20 to cash a 300 check. Ridiculous...
