Jeremy was so kind! I used a spot cleaner on the couch that left rings, not only did he entirely remove the rings he also taught me the right way of spot treating it next time. So happy and made such a difference. Great bang for your buck!

My carpets look amazing. Also, John was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job and I was very impressed. They have a helpful website and accept credit cards, which is nice. $150 minimum for my one bedroom apartment but I feel it was well worth the price.

Excellent customer service, quick communication and a great price! I obtained a quote online through call and the owner replied promptly and showed up as scheduled. The price he quoted was cheaper then all 4-5 other people I contacted online for a quote.I requested a wash for my couches and the carpet on my stairs and was very pleased with everything!Definitely will schedule another cleaning in a few months

Pacific is the only carpet cleaners I will use. This is the 3rd time (because of a new puppy) Ive had the pleasure of working with them. This time Adrian was the technician that cleaned my carpet and recliner. As always, they are right on time, the prices are affordable, and the quality of their service is spot on. I cant recommend them enough. Adrian is extremely professional and polite, he gave me recommendations to treat any accidents / spots that my puppy might have in the future. Outstanding job! I called them to clean my dirty carpet. They did well and took reasonable price.

More than responsive to my cries for help in cleaning a mattress at the last minute! They had taken their time with in and had explained the whole process to me. The main focus for these guys was just getting the job done right and also they charged me a very fair price as well! ($99.00) Thanks for doing such a great job on the 8 x 10 area rug that I have, I was thinking of dumping the thing cause it was so dirty!
