Ive been here several times now and each time they say a certain amount of time but prepare to wait longer. They have specials, but nothing special, wax for leather seat but still found dust left on seats, dashboard, and small crevices (resting arm, seats, shift knob area). Hand-wash part of the special deal is part machine wash. Exterior Wax attract more dust after a couple of weeks...so get if its necessary.

Their standard car wash is fine, but paying extra for their water spot removal is a scam!Came in with some water spots from a sprinkler a couple days ago, paid $55 for a mini-detail. It was their cheapest option for water spot removal. Drove my car home and was very disappointed. There was still water spot residue all over the hood and bumper (the outdoor picture).Went back and asked what they could do about it, and they said they cant do anything, that Id need a new paint job because my car is old and the water was probably sitting there for months. Instead, I bought a $10 water spot remover liquid from walmart and after just one passthrough its completely gone. (the indoor picture)

Were quite busy. Took a hour to handwash, and then 45 min to dry, wax, etc. But it came out great. What do you think?

I am very happy with the level of service they provide, the place is always packed but they never compromise with service. Their plans are pretty reasonable, it’s always recommended to go early in a day.

DONT believe the negative reviews of this place they are all lies!!!! Best place in town honestly!!!Most places see how low my car is and turn me away immediately but not here! Megan and the crew said no worries we’ll wash it by hand and take care of you and that’s exactly what they did. My car came out looking amazing inside and out and I couldn’t be happier thank you Soo much.It’s crazy how people can use a platform like Yelp, Google maps etc. to hurt a small business just because they are having a bad day and aren’t getting catered to while dishing out attitudes and forgetting common mannerisms. Make sure you have plans to come back later if you purchase a full service detail. Great sanitary and cleaning work, though left the car feeling greasy and damp on the inside. Had to let it sit in the sun and dry afterwards.

I tried booking the mobile van for a detail (operating word: tried). They did call to tell me it was being repaired, but ultimately cancelled much needed service. They offered service at the physical location...until there was a chance of rain. It did not rain. They closed early and completely left me without any services whatsoever.They gave me a half hour window to arrange babysitting and make my way to the physical location where I would have to wait for services to be performed. That defeats booking the mobile service in the first place! Clearly they dont have to worry about the logistics of having children, either.When I explained my situation and my limitations in getting to the physical location that day, they offered a ride, only to call me back and tell me they couldnt give me a ride due to liability. I realize most of this was out of their control, but I will not be doing business with them...ever. Unfortunately, I cannot even speak to their actual performance.

I went and paid for the 70$ special for mini detail and let me tell you there was water marks on my exterior and nothing was cleaning in the interior besides small amount of vaccuming done. They were all very nice but for the amount I paid I thought it would be wiped down clean inside

So, they tend to get crowded and youve got to wait. Im impatient! But these guys do an excellent job, and that keeps me coming back. Every employee has a great personality. Got to appreciate that nowadays!

This car wash is the only one that does full service. You may have to wait but the outcome is almost like a new car. The workers do an excellent job and aim to please. I always give a good tip.

I came here about a week ago mainly for a good crevice vacuum and a wash. I ordered the platinum package which includes both of those things plus a couple of other things. The wait wasnt too long, it was around 10am when I brought it in. I was extremely disappointed when I popped my trunk and they did not vacuum it, I emptied it out specifically to vacuum. I also had a few tools in a girly bag under my passenger seat which was open and emptied on my passenger seat. I thought that was extremely odd.I know now why they finished it so quickly, they did a half a#s job. I wouldnt recommend and I would not come back. I gave it three stars because the outside body was clean enough although I couldve done that for a few dollars and saved myself $21.99+tip.

Literally when I drive in they remarked about how my car was dirty and I “ NEEDED “ a wash as if we aren’t in a pandemic and people aren’t out here struggling.. I never went back.

3 weeks in a row my car was not vacuumed properly. On 6/15 I opened my trunk and dirty again. I took it back and the guys was so rude, didn’t even apologize. New car wash for me.

Possibly due to heat, but plenty spots missed on the car. Silver rims had more dirt than silver after the $49.99 wash/detail package. Also a nice curb rash on driver rear tire (car has staggered package) which made me furious. Plenty of swirl marks. Expected better. After spending the time and money, had to take it through another wash and detailed the rest of the car myself. Not a fan of the greasy substance for the interior. Makes everything sticky; afterwards, spent 30 minutes getting rid of the grease. Also the tire shine is absolute garbage when rims arent cleaned, since it traps the uncleaned dirt on the rims and makes it very difficult to clean.

I love this car wash! They always do a great job and the staff are very nice. I used to go to another one, but the customer service and facility here are much better.

Good hand wash place. The one up in Fullerton is not a hand wash place anymore so I stumbled upon this place. They did a good job cleaning my really dirty car. Prices are reasonable. Will go back!

I really like this car wash. They are efficient, and your car comes out looking clean, cleaner than most car washes I have been to... and they have a stamp card. You get a free wash after 10 I think it is. I got THE WORKS for $28.99 and they did a great job. Will definitely be back

Euclid car wash is by far the best car wash I have been to in a long time. I took my truck in to get detailed inside an out and I knew the inside was going to be a handful since i have 2 dogs that go everywhere with me. When I took the truck in you could not tell what color my seats were do to how much dog hair had built up but when I got the truck back you could not even tell any dog had stepped foot inside. The interior of the truck was spotless, the damn thing looked brand new and smelled like it too. The outside was just as clean sparkling as the inside. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job.

If your looking for good customer service it’s not here! They try to up sell you and don’t listen to what you want. The manager Carlos that works checking into the cars is extremely rude! He was trying to over charge me for services that were being done with my own products and saving there products not sure if he understands that I am paying to have dressing inside and leather dressing and willing to pay the price that they charge using there stuff but instead using my products saving them products . He then kept getting upset told me go inside and talk to them I went inside no one was at the counter I finally went back out got my car and left . Carlos is mad because he kept trying to sell me a 50.00 detail I told him it’s a brand new car I don’t need a detail! Told him I’m leaving he said good leave then let him know I would not be coming back here he replied thank you! I called once I left spoke with Megan which was no help at all she explained who Carlos was and was not willing to give owners name or anyone above him. This place is shady if you can’t reveal info on people it’s for a reason! Last time I got one of my other cars details came out like a regular was should have learned that time not to come back here!

First time going there. Everything seemed great until i left and parked and saw my back bumper scratched maybe with the rags. Car is 1 week new and did not have single scratch until i left there. Inside lock buttons also pretty scratched. Really really upset about that..

Not sure if management changed recently... kept getting presure to upgrade to a more expensive wash. I asked for a hand wash due to the large rims on my car and dont want them to scratch.... The package I wanted said hand wash the guy was telling me they only do hand wash on the more expensive package. LOL. Needless to say, I had to back out of there since i sensed deception.

Came here once before and got burned, but decided to try it again. They dont tell you that an SUV cost more. But my car isnt an SUV its a hatchback. They will still charge you more money for that. I asked them to not put any dressing on my dashboard and what do they do to put dressing on my dashboard. They did clean it off, but it wasnt that persons fault. The people taking down your car wash information dont do it right and dont properly Inform you of actual costs. Theres no sign posted for extra charges, do not come here. I know theres not very many car washes nearby but driving a little further for better results may be worth it.As to the responseI asked your employee taking down my requests how much it would cost for the gold wash and he said $18.99 not $19.99 or $20.99 because of my car being a hatchback he said $18.99 Train your employees better. Hes the one who also neglected to write down my no dashboard dressing even I though I mentioned it 3 times.And also for your information, One of your other employees even told me this is a constant complaint from other patrons. And that the owners dont care enough to put up a sign where everyone can see it.Send me pictures of the sign please. I want to see how visible it is, I was in the Lane closest to your door behind another car.Thanks but Just go ahead and post it to your Google account photos. That way it helps others from here on out.

Have driven by this car wash many times but never stopped. Today, had some time to kill and a dirty car so I googled Hand Car wash near me and here we are. I need hand car wash because my car has eyelashes.They did a terrific job cleaning my pretty red car inside and out. I even thing that they washed my rugs! They were pretty fast as well, I think they has at least two guys working on it at times. Great price as well; wash and detail wax. Very happy with the outcome, enough so that my husband is planning on coming back with his truck!

Very friendly staff and whenever I go its pretty quick, they do a pretty good job at cleaning the car as well. Whenever Im lazy and cant find time to wash my cars myself I always come here.

I love being here. Their people are friendly to me every time, they get my car well-washed always, even some detail parts. What’s more, they have a fair price. Anyhow, it’s hard for me to find any reason why I won’t choose there.

Love this car wash. The staff is great here. Ive witness an occasion an African American young lady screaming at staff members. Calling them Rascists and that they should go back to Mexico. I was about to call police, but she left. I was so upset. But the staff remained calm and cool. They are so nice here. Im a immigrant myself and I was sickened by her behavior. Please support this business.

WARNING: Do NOT go to this car wash!! my brand new Mazda that Ive only had for 3 months was stolen from this car wash on November 8th. While on possession of my car, the person washing my car gave the keys away to a total stranger that had no receipt and he didnt even make an attempt to verify that was their vehicle. All the employee did was make sure the car wash had been paid and released the keys!! to a brand new car!!. To make matter worse, owner Sam Talim refuses to this day to take any responsibility for the negligence of his employees and procedures of his own business. I lost days of work, over 2k for the loan of my car (since vehicle was not found until 2 weeks ago), not to mention the frustration of the situation. All the employee had to do was ask 1 question regarding the items inside the vehicle OR just match the registration to and ID!! This is not the best neighborhood and for that reason, extra security measures should be taken instead of just walking up and getting the keys to the vehicle. All the owner Sam cares about is getting his $20 for the wash and the rest is left up to you.P.S.: Owner didnt even offer or gave me a refund for the wash! Glad the thieves got a brand new and clean car.

I paid 50 dollars they left stains on the outside that they told me would be 200 to buff out (I got the marks off with a little bit of water and a rag) but the worst part is they made some kind of chemical burn on my dashboard

Id leave zero stars if I could. Was not impressed with this place at all. I had water marks all over my truck. The inside polish was just applied and not rubbed in. The vacuum job was horrible. To top it off when I went to go get my truck I couldnt find it anywhere. Made me feel like someone stole my truck! Asked the manager and he said he had to park it in the back. I didnt feel like the job done was worth the 25 bucks I spent. So I asked for a refund after showing the owner the condition of my truck. He said he would give me the refund this time but he would never do business with me again. I said no problem just give me my money. Horrible customer service. Horrible car wash. This place was recommended to me by my mother. Who also had her car done at the same time. Hers was okay. So one out of 2? Hmm dont seem like a good way to do business to me. Will post pictures.

They are the best!!! I usually do the drive threw car washes because they offer free vacuum. I have 3 kids so interior gets really bad! My sister had given me a free regular was ($14) coupons. Note that i had not washed my car in over 2 months,and had taken it on a road trip. So the whole front of the car had a layer of bugs. So from start to finish roughly 30 minutes. My car was spotless! No bugs. Windows so clear it seemed like they were down. Not a spect or crumb on the carpets or seat (even moved my three car seats). And the dash board was completely whipped down, and didnt even have the loose threads from the towels.

I brought my car here for the first time because they hand wash the cars. However, they do not pre-rinse enough to remove the exess dirt. This causes swirls to appear on the paint, I will probably not return.

My rims was not clean when they called me to get the car. Then I seen water spots on my hud and my doors. They tired to fix it then the guy still didnt even clean it right. not to mention I wait over a hour to get it just to be washed. Then get in and drive off and I see lil water spots on my windshield. Wrist car wash I ever been too. Please dont go there

Honestly I have been coming here for years and they have been the best I have had bad experiences with other places from things going missing to my car being scratched and here they treat me very nicely they make sure you are beyond satisfied with the wash and they are very honest wouldn’t go anywhere else

Just left this place with much disappointment!! they left the inside of my car looking like the inside of a Crisco lard container, didnt even bother to wipe the inside of my back window n I could of done a better vacuum service with a hand broom then they did with an industrial vacuum... when I called to complain the manager said he couldnt do anything about it Smh

This place was good now some guys here are lazy there was still gunk on the hood of my car and i asked him why he couldnt take it off and his response was i dont know my friend. Not only that but they dont offer the new car scent pads that go under your seat. The guy told me they use a spray now. Maybe because im white and they dont want to offer it to me im not surpised stuff like that happens to me alot

Never again!!! Took my new Honda for its first wash asked the worker clearly not to use anything that may scratch my car. Upon receiving my car I noticed a few water spots that didn’t bother me however the markings it had sure did. Asked to speak to a manager this sir informed me they were not scratch’s but gum (?!?). So I asked them to clean my car after all that is what I’m paying them to do. This mother lover acted smart stating the car isn’t gonna look the same as the day it was purchased . Now I compeletly get where his coming from BUT a scratch on my car is not how It was purchased (my car had two after leaving this place). Nothing was done “manager” walked way without giving me an apology.***Very disappointing
