Nice... large place, great acoustics with good parking area, easy acces but restroom need attention...

Went to a party here recently and it was beautiful.. Decorations were amazing by DOLCI_C_EVENTS but the venue it self need some help. AC was not working correctly super hot from before it started to the very end.. also the restrooms were pretty bad!!!!!!!! The wife said the girls restroom was the nasty one she’s ever been in and we were one of the first ones there…. I do not recommend this venue but definitely recommend the party planner.. DOLCI_C_EVENTS your work is amazing !!!!!!!!

Their staff was hard working & polite and the food wasnt bad either 😊

I had to postpone my wedding like 3 times due to the pandemic. I was lucky enough to find this place for my small wedding. I saw many venues and no service can compare to this one! My now husband and I met with Liz (Elizabeth). We talked and got a tour of the place. Everything was too good to be true. We could not wait another year to get married. And nothing better to get married on our 10 year anniversary!! From that first meeting I knew we had to book this place and no questions asked. My husband thought I was crazy but agreed to book the place.I got so many compliments about how elegant the wedding look. We had the Rose room which has been repainted and looks so elegant!! I could not have done this without Liz and her amazing staff. On top of it the food was delicious!!! Everyone loved it!! We had the florentine chicken, pasta and mashed potatoes. My picky husband had his birria just for him. I am glad they were able to accomodate for him. They provided excellent service and drinks and cleaned up well for the guest. Liz is also a planner and helped us with setting up the event!! I greatly appreciate all the help! Even the bartenders were helpful and the guest enjoyed their drinks! Everything was done professionally and highly recommend this place!

Big space kinda old

Ive thrown a few parties here and Ive hung out many times for various events. This place has high ceilings, hardwood floors and great lighting. A great place to meet nice people have a few drinks and have a good time. Oh, Great art work always!

The valet parking is trash they couldnt fine my car and they wanted a tip. I waited there for 20 minutes waiting for my car and come to find out, they didnt know how to drive it. Other then that inside was pretty nice the chairs. There were nice table. I loved it but what got me mad at the end is the valet parking.

Definitely not the best in town.Out training was held in what was the ballroom of a combination Indian restaurant and dispatch hub for LA tours. The bldg appear worn and dated..it was freezing cold all day...the wireless access was poor.. We had catered light breakfast and lunch.. Again, not a show stopper

Went to a sweet 16 yesterday... its a beautiful place... but did the staff forget to clean the restrooms? They smelled so bad. Urine smell . At first I thought I went into the mens restroom... and I know werent clean because I was one of the 1st people to get there.. it was gross..

An AWESOME PLACE TO SEE live entertainment! More than one stage with different venues happening in each one! The decor is Great! A lot of Musical History in that old building! Great sound in each area! The Security & staff were all very friendly & helpful!! Very clean & well attended. Safe parking with security there. A great place to see a live show & have,some fun!! Enjoy a Concert or tow if you are in the area!!

Great venue

Came here to watch Muay Thai fighting. Good venue for big events. Very nice stage set up providing great views. Seating has tables so you can comfortably eat while enjoying the show. Huge space for vendors and there was a bar. An Indian restaurant is conveniently next door for some yummy buffet dining. Walking distance to so many hotels and restaurants. Bathrooms needed some cleaning attention. Lots of parking available.

I recently got married and had my reception here. The venue is very nice and the coordinator was really nice as well, UNTIL the day of the wedding. The coordinator Elizabeth made some shady decisions for example: She tried to have the catering company get the food ready in a hallway near a bathroom after establishing a few days prior that they would have a kitchen to work in. She also only had 1 keg on tap when we bought 2 different kegs to have on tap at the same time. Her excuse was to save us money when we had already purchased the kegs so how was she trying to save us money? She also said she would assist us with setting up some of the decorations on the tables early in the morning which she did NOT do. If it wasnt for some very helpful friends, our tables would not have been set up in time for the wedding. Security also managed to not notice a random pedestrian walk in with a can of beer some how. We were not serving canned beer how do you miss that? All the meetings we had with the coordinator prior to the wedding went great, so I dont know were all these stupid, shady decisions came from on the day of the event of all days. Luckily my wife and I managed to get things fixed and all our guest had a great time no thanks to Elizabeth. Like I said the venue is great but I wouldnt recommend this place after what we went through.

Very entertaining Good Parking Good Food., Good Fam.t very relaxing different organizations places you can use for church services I got a Jack in The box right next door get a Bank of America on the other side that fancy motels across the street enjoy yourselves and free live what more can I add not a bad place Ill give you four stars fries good entertainment Jackson free parking and I am very good for handicapped

Beautiful music venue, love the lights and sound. Not too suitable for a ska show with mosh pits because of the space on the floor.

I was there for an event and the place looks pretty cool. I definitely will make it a point to come during regular hours.I must say when they feel you it is kind of like being herded like cattle. There was a little confusion when they sent everyone to one room only to find out the food was being served on the other side.Anyway, cool place for an event. Parking was also easy.

I was there to see kickboxing matches. Had a good time. You get a great view from any where you sit. Be patient on your way out, concessions are next to the exit aisle.

Great place to grab a drink after work! I love all their events too! Grab a drink at the bar! My favorite is Wood ford Reserve on the rocks!

As far as convention center banquet halls go, this place checks all the boxes on what you need. A lot of space? Check. Also hotels and good food are within easy walking distance.

The valet service is awful! Speeding thru the parking lot almost running me over then denying that they were doing so! Hopefully they can improve in that area. Soon!

The place is good, the event was great, we got there and the valet parking took our car at the entrance (good experience so far), until show was over, it was cold long lines to get your car, valet parking stressing out and 1 of them really aggresive fighting with everyone having his anger get the best of him, I have an asmathic baby girl so I asked for my keys after 40min waiting and not even half way with daughter about to throw up a lung, so far inside event everything good, outaide (lesson learn if I ever go there with valet) 🤔

Beautiful place! Had my daughters quince and everything came out good thanks to them not my planner. The staff liz and Stephanie were awesome at all times and the owner is such a great person.

Lots going on there. Good sound stage great sound on and off. Supposedly they have food but its hard to get anything out of those people and terms of food if you want to drink liquor they are right on top of that. All in all it is a fantastic Event Center.

I enjoyed the concert but the food situation was all bad. I paid for nachos and didnt get cheese. I asked for my money back and the volunteer who was working said she would get me cheese. She took my food and I didnt her for about 20 minutes and she was helping someone else. I got her attention and she acted like she didnt remember taking my food. She then returned back 10mins. later with cheese, hot peppers, bit size steak, but no chips. I asked her for my money back because that was unacceptable. She never returned with my $12. I will never by food there again . That was terrible for them to do people like that.

Seats were amazing! Bar and serving staff were helpful and friendly. The venue needs a little face lift, but I would go there again.

A very beautiful edifice! Very intimate theatre and there is not a bad seat in the house! Try to get there early😉so you want have to valet park! When it is time to leave you be there for awhile because there are only 2 valet attendants!

The drinks were really expensive and super weak. They didnt have a great selection of mixed drinks and ran out of stuff for mixed drinks way before the wedding even ended!

Company Christmas party good catering easy parking.

The venue was extremely cold. I couldnt enjoy the concert. Valet parking line there was a long wait. My experience was not good. I hope in the future they make the temperature pleasant for the attendees in the venue and become more organized with valet parking

The staff here is very respectful, knowledgeable and so nice. Food is great! They come up & take orders. Our son fought here( Go Muay Thai!). Parking could be a bit dicey, so get here early.

I have been here twice for 2 separate occasions one for a wedding and one for a quince. Each time the food was horrible it was cold and I even threw up I do not recommend this place at all the space is beautiful but thats about it. The servers were rude and when our personal belongings went missing the security said if he didnt see who did it there was nothing he could do (what is the point of having security if he is useless) the dessert bar was beyond disappointing and not worth the money spent on it everything was bland tasting and was portioned in tiny cups again with both of my experiences I will never give my business to this Salon and in good conscience do not recommend it to anyone else. The manager was also very rude leaving a negative feeling in everyone that took from what should have been a special day.

Nice place to spend an evening with pretty good entertainment. Actor is kinda crass, so if you like that kind of humor you will like it.

The event center has some issues.1. The sections that are divided off by function share noise and traffic as well as some bathroom areas.2. Drink prices would make a beer vendor at an MLB game blush.3. Drink prices change between bartenders.4. Buffett was good but a little bland.5. Security entered vehicles on the lot.

Large beautiful venue. We go for the IFS Muay Thai fights. With stadium style seating, you wont have a bad seat anywhere. Huge bar & friendly servers.

I give this rating based on how rude the hostess was, how mediocre the food was for the price.Only good thing I saw was the mariachi band, they were exquisite, but a seperate entity so...1 star is being nice. These folks are super rude and unhelpful

I was there last night anywhere you go to any restaurant they have to serve you water but on New Years party was no water on tables we ask the owner say he don’t have cups to serve water or soft drinks plus food was cold plus drinks I never see price like that’s to to tooooo expensive

Needs improvement . I was seated towards the back were the have are make shift tables and chairs, not what I expected. When you run out of seats dont cram more in where they dont belong, especially if its optically out of range for the stage.

Really good place to see bands. Love the decor couple of bars very large area.

Went to see a concert and earlier in the day the parking was $15. Management decided to up the price when the concert started to $20 valet parking. Thats on top of the $80 connect tickets. Nickel and dining people is not good business if you expect people to come back!

The parking was overpriced, i was told one prize and when i received my change they simply said oh sorry, it is more. Their AC was not working in one of the main areas.

A beautiful place for mma fight

The parking isnt adequate for the amount of people the event space holds. When we pulled up we were told that parking was valet only for $20, yet there was no signage indicating either of these things. The actual event space looked a little dated and could use a face lift. The line to enter the concert hall was alongside the bar which made it awkward and increased the flow of unnecessary foot traffic.

Really nice looking restaurant. Thats about it. We were charged $15 for parking.We came to an empty restaurant last week. Literally, empty. We had the Al Pastor Jumbo Shrimp and M3 Pastrami Burger.The Al Pastro Jumbo Shrimp was edible. The M3 Pastrami Burger was another story. Almost cold and greasy. Thinly sliced pastrami that looked like greasy cold bacon. I swear. I think there were only 4 more tables that occupied the whole restaurant.Decent price and low quality food. Im not sure Ill be back.

Great venue for a big crowd, the bar needs more servers and better selection

I was there for a quinceñera and the party was great but the staff had really bad manners and attitude. The person at the bar was rude to my father and my fiance. We asked if they had soda or water and at all time they would say no but with an attitute. ..they shouldnt be working at the serving industry if they dont know how to deal with guest. Also they were charging $20 for parking... i dont think that is correct for a party, they should only charge for concerts but not for parties. And on my way out the secury guy asked to check my babys bag to make sure i wasnt taking alcohol...like really? He apologized but was very uncomfortable.

I went to see Adrian Uribe and the first thing pay $20.00 for VALET PARKING no option.The show was fun he gave a good show for 1 hour 1/2 but to get my car took me 2 hours more that the show last thats the worst never ever going back to the place.

Attended a comedy show here and had seats in the 400 sec row G watched everyone walk by the entire time (attendees, security, staff) was very annoyed it was like watching a really bad bootleg movie even having staff stand right in front of me at times. Very distracting. They could use better speakers couldnt hear the comedians at times do to a party being hosted next door at the hall. Once the show was over everyone had to wait for valet to get their car back at a line that look would easily take over an hr... umm no thanks. Turned in our # picked up our OWN car and we were gone in about 20 min after show was over. Did I mention we payed $20 to have someone park our car! Very unorganized event 👎🏼. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN SEC 400 ROW G!!
