Gates are closed on holidays which is crazy cause thats when people can get to there storage unit

Everything went great. Great prices the use of Truck. Staff super nice and helpful. However getting ready to leave after putting all my stuff in storage and what do I see is a cockroach. OMG!!

We recently rented a 5x10’ space at StorAmerica. We were quoted a price on the phone, reserved a space and made an appointment to complete our contract and pick up the keys to our space. Their employee’s, specifically, Johnathan walked us through the entire process. A bonus was the free truck to pick up items from home to storage facility. StorAmeria’s facility is clean, secure and well run. Johnathan lives of the property to manage and provide assistance when required. I generally, do not write such glowing reviews, but it is rare to find professionalism and customer service at this level.

I went to StorAmerica to rent a space size 8x10 last week.I met with Karina, the manager, who helped me through the whole process.Karina is wonderful, and friendly person. She answered all my questions and made everything easy till I signed the contract.She gave me the first month for free. StorAmerica in Anahium is very clean and organized facility. It is easy to access my space. Now I am very happy because I moved my items into my storage. I highly recommend this facility for everyone .

Im very happy with the whole process of signing up. Good starting price for a 5x5 room. I will be referring this place to anyone that needs a storage facility.

I have the first unit on ground floor and it is very convenient for me. Love it. The ppl r so nice, they sent me birthday wishes.

A few people I know work storage around here, its easy to connect with their coworkers and them, nice staff, great upkeep. They are a reliable and responsive business.

Gina makes the process pain free. Great customer service and a great clean location. So glad we went with extra space storage, but also this specific location. Really happy with my experience.

They require 7 days notice to move out, and it had to be given in writing and they dont prorate and refund rent. We gave our notice in person when we moved in since we knew our move out day, and the lady said she recorded it. When we called, the guy said it wasnt recorded. So we only used 5 days in August but had to pay about $100 for all of August. Not cool. They said its in the contract but lets be honest. Their contract is like 7 pages long and aint nobody got time for that! It would have been nice to be told verbally when we moved in that we needed to give 7 days notice in writing instead of being told ok I recorded it

Very happy with Extra Space Storage, customer service is very helpful. Danny has Been very friendly and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable, and the property is alway clean. Will use them as long as I need EXTRA SPACE for my stuff.Angie CAnaheim Hills

I was suprised when I found Extra Space Storage with the price and no hidden fees not to mention the quality of service. The manager at this facility was very helpful and friendly. I have been nothing but happy with my experience and will always use Extra Space for my future storage needs.

Helped my friend move out of here, other then being closed for holidays it was clean and i would store stuff in there. He had everything there for a year and it was safe and clean

All of our equipment is STOLEN! It seems all the security cameras are useless, there is NO real SECURITY in this facility at all. The employee says insurance will cover some of our loss, but how are we going to be sure if a theft does not occur again???

Worst place to store everything got stolen due to incompetent workers, good luck getting an answer when you call worst service ever.

Our booth materials stored in our unit were stolen from this storage facility. That costed us at least a business day and $2500 to replace our booth materials. and the worst part is, when we complain to the guy at the counter, he was totally ignorant.. and the did NOT pay our insurance claim!!!!!!!

Over price all their units its a possibility you could get locked in after 7
