We bought one of their trucks, great company to do business with... Thanks its been a great truck!

My truck was stolen, my useless insurance company has me running around doing their work for them and I ended up here.both of the young ladies running the front were awesome!They were helpful during a stressful time and I really appreciate that, I imagine that they deal with a lot of b.s.from people and should be commended for having a great attitude! This company is horrible .. left my brother out in the cold with a bloody nose until we could get to him. They closed at 5 and we got to him about 5:20 ... couldnt show him any kindness by waiting till we got there. Also with his injury he was trying to get all his belongings out of his severely damaged car while their employees just sat and watched him struggle. His back seats were jammed due to being rear-ended and they just watched! Guess its easier to just be a jerk.

Absolutely predatory and unethical practice. My brother was involved in a collision. Their tow truck came and tried taking my brother and the other persons car even though our Roadside Assistance service was sending their truck. The guy just put the car on, and was saying either pay them $220 and get it towed to place of our choice or pick up the car from their yard (which I am guessing wouldve also incurred storage fees). Absolutely ridiculous and predatory behavior.

They took my car after this lady hit me and i was parked when she hit me and the lady that hit me kept her car 😡

Honest rate & fast service ! I dont know why there are bad reviews.???I just had my commercial truck on the side of the 405 Freeway towed back to our warehouse. The OTHER towing companies are horrible ! They were trying to take advantage of the situation that my truck was on the side of the freeway.Thanks for your help Rich !

The worst experience Ive EVER had with a tow company!! Called them for a tow a half mile away...was told 40 minutes, an hour later, was told 5 minutes...it took 2 hours for them to arrive. They charged me $150 for 15 minutes of work. They are liars and thieves!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Do not use them. They do not know what thu are doing.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, CAR WAS IN ACCIDENT, LEFT WALLET WHEN IT WAS TOWED, BECAUSE IT WAS A SATURDAY THEY WANTED $75 FOR A GATE FEE FOR ME TO GET MY WALLET OUT OF MY OWN CAR
