The place is ok

I went to this Office of allstate to request an insurance quote for my car, but it turns out that since I have only 2 years with the drivers license, according to allstate policy it cannot be assured, personally this for me in some way is discrimination, this company should do something to withdraw this policy, for immigration reasons I could not obtain a license, I have 25 years driving here in the United States, but it is of no use, according to this company.
