Great agency in the city ofAnaheim. I was provided detailed explanation about insurance. The explantion provided to me by Roman Echeveste really opened up my eyes to understand how these insurance plans do work. I did not understand the how state minimum required coverage was not enough until he was giving me my coverage options and prior claims scenarios. This guy knows his stuff and if you pay attention you can understand that importance of insurance and our responsibility that we have to make sure that we select the right coverage to protect us and our families. My husband introduced me to Echeveste Insurance agency a few years ago. I must admit, when my husband first suggested I insured my car with this agency... I was afraid! When it comes to Insurance etc ... I personally hate it!!!! Most Insurance agencies out there don’t even care about our needs.. they are just trying to sell you whatever (and have a great day) lol. Echevestes Insurance agency was/has been totally opposite of that! Roman, Luis and Rony truly have been nothing but amazing to us, they will go out of their way and take care of our needs.
