This is by far the worst company third party protection plan ever. I have left over three voice mails to start a claim for my vehicle alone with the Audi dealership with two voice mail. Finally I received a call just for them to tell me that they have to speak with Audi to start the claim asked can I connect them and the agent was very rude would not let me talk at all and she hung up on me. I pay for a Premium plan to get poor customer services. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Wont cover any repairs on my truck engine after they installed a used motor on truck they will find any reason not to cover the repairs. If you havr stop switch there a waste of money
