One hand the service is slow. On the other hand the guy there with seniority I think his name was Edgar let Gloria do all the work. She had a hard time finding our correct brokerage. Then monthly payments go somewhere not the actual brokerage. So Gloria who is hard working abs stuck with Edgar didnt so much as lift a finger to assist her mumbled something and kept clicking and browsing whatever it was on his computer he didnt look away from it once. Seriously. The visit took 32 minutes in all. Gloria is a great worker she gets 5 starts but under horrible manager or whatever his position was. I only assume he has seniority because he was so lazy. He get -2. So 3 stars

These guys sell terrible insurance. They were rude and it took 3 months to settle my accident claim. I would never recommended them.

I had called to get a quote and the guy said 138! I thought it was too good to be true so I shopped around for a different insurance. They guy continued to call me about five more times to go in and claim my quote. I went in and my price increased to 240. Overall terrible! Worst place for insurance!!

So I’m bout to share my experience buying a alliance United insurance through a lot and insurance and my experience so far with them is so horrible and waste I would just suggest advice you guys not to go and buy insurance with them it’s not worth it it’s just worse insurance ever it’s not insurance just formality and if you ever get an accident or anything like that you’re gonna have a hard time filing a claim and getting your claim

Like everyone else here, they were rude, slow to respond, even though they had all my info they couldnt find my policy and had no clue what they were doing. They told me via mail that I was eligible for a lower rate but once i got there they said that i wasnt. When I was leaving she said some time in the future my rate would drop, feeding me the same lie that I had already gotten.
