I was very happy with the service I received from Gary in the office to Andrew the technician that came out to do the service. Very professional yet very friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. Very respectful and took off his shoes when entering and always kept his mask on due to the covid outbreak.I will always call them back in the future if I need. They are very knowledgeable with high end appliances. They repaired my sub zero fridge and repaired my Thermador oven. They are now ordering parts for my Viking cook top.If you need repair on your appliances call them. You will not be disappointed.

Gary, Andrew and Daniel gave us an estimate with a timeframe to get all of the necessary parts together and perform the repairs. They hit every date they gave us. Our built in refrigerator & freezer needed a major overhaul which we were expecting but somewhat dreading. Rather than spend the excessive amount to buy a new appliance, their team economically completely rebuilt our appliances and it now they work like new again. Fantastic job of pricing the job correctly up front, keeping us informed of when the parts would be available and professionally performing the service. A while back I had a problem and use this company to fix my appliance and they were great. My sister lives in the Orange county area and on a recent visit there she had a problem with her refrigerator. I checked in to see if they came out this far and sure enough they have an Orange county location. They were able to come out fairly quickly to assess the problem. The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He figured out the situation very quickly and was able to make the repair. I wish more people out there were this easy to do business with!Thanks guys and keep up the great work ☺️

Having had a previous dishwasher repair done by Gary I called him again today for a problem with the ice maker in my refrigerator. Once again he came within 2 hours. He is very clean and professional and had the problem figured out and repaired within an hour. He explained what he was doing along the way and showed me the broken part and fortunately had the replacement part in his truck. The bill was less than I thought it would be. I recommend him highly and would call no one else for any future appliance service and repair. 5 stars for promptness, knowledge, professionalism, fairness and politeness. Give him a call, youll be happy you did.

Have been using company for property in Orange county for years and they always give great service and do it at a budget cost, I have three kids. Tech Gary was right on time and even smelled good, he fixed refrig in a hour and was a pleasure to talk to while he worked.I would suggest you use this guy first, I cant pay for mistakes and once I find tried and true, I stick by it.
