Eddie the service technician came by and fixed our system. I cannot express how professional and timely he is with his repairs. He really put us at ease and got our system working again. I would recommend Nexgen to anybody that’s looking for quality service and very knowledgeable technicians. Go Nexgen!
I recently got a Daikin mini split system installed with NexGen this included one ceiling cassette and two wall units. Going with NexGen was a huge mistake. The whole installation process which is yet to be completed after 3 months and 10+ visits has been frustrating and inconvenient!The salesperson was Ashton. We told him from the very beginning the aesthetics were important and that we wanted a smart system that we can control with one thermostat. He promised that with the new Daikin mini split system we would be getting those features. That has not been the case. The thermostat does not function properly. It continuously overcools/heats past any set desired temperature. We are also not able to control the other wall units with the thermostat. We have gone back and forth with the office. They have sent techs to check on the units and we have only received conflicting information. It is clear that NexGen does not know how to use the Daikin system that they are selling and installing. We have even reached out to Daikin customer support and were told that what we were promised sounds like the VRV system but NexGen installed a regular minisplit system!!!During the installation process NexGen damaged an asbestos pipe that ran from the attic to crawlspace in my home. I reached out to inform them and they agreed to send a subcontractor to remove the pipe. The subcontractor was completely unprofessional. He was careless and damaged the pipe even more by breaking it into smaller pieces and carried the asbestos pipe using no protection. I just recently found pieces of broken asbestos pipe in my crawlspace! This is ridiculous and hazardous on so many levels.We agreed to go with NexGen and paid a premium expecting to have a smooth experience. What we have received is no where near!
All I can saw is WOW! We received several quotes and visits from different companies since our AC unit broke down a week ago. And we were completely blown away when Jason came to our house to speak with us and take a look at everything. Not only was his pricing very fair and transparent but he was also very kind and understanding. He made sure to show us different options and was also very patient with us. He was also extremely knowledgeable. Michael, Juan, and Hugo came to our home today to replace the unit and they were such a pleasure to have in our home and work with. They were extremely polite, smart, and fast. They kept the areas very clean and answered all of our questions, one by one. I cannot recommend NexGen enough, if you are looking for a professional, reliable, high-quality work and people.

Weve been having ongoing issues with our AC since last year. Different people have come to our house to tinker with our AC without success. It felt like a lot of guesswork and there was no transparency.Then, we met Carlos from NexGen. He came to our house and explained the issue with our AC in a way that we could really understand. He thoughtfully answered our questions and made us feel comfortable with his recommendation. Were still figuring things out with our system (its improved but not 100% fixed yet), and Carlos has been super responsive to my questions via text and phone call. Hes even come back twice to fine-tune some adjustments. It is his level of customer service that makes me really comfortable and satisfied with the investment we made to redo our duct work.Thanks Carlos!

Okay so I’m being completely honest and the first round with Nexgen rep not so pleasant. I voiced my dissatisfaction and did they turn it around and restored the faith! Eddie R. Was a gentleman and a scholar. Professional and fixed my problem. Understood my concerns and nowhere was a sales pitch/car salesman vibe. As I wrote to the company I said to give the man a raise and have fellow colleagues shadow and learn from this professional’s work.
Excellent Service. We called NexGen because our water heater broke down, we were able to make an appointment for the same day. Within hours Chris came by and inspected our water system, he made a through inspection and informed us of our options. From all options given we opted to buy a new system since replacing parts was literally a waste of money. By the end of the day, we had a new water heater... Thanks Chris and your amazing team!
Per the recommendation of my real estate agent, I used NexGen last week for air conditioner diagnostics and repair. While the service was completed and the air conditioner now works, I was not happy with the communication at all - and I never got the $100 discount they were advertising on their website. I was told the tech would contact me before going to the property and I was to talk to him about the discount, but he never called and then my credit card was charged without my knowledge. I would expect that someone would call and let me know everything got done and they would charge the card. I also called the office twice afterwards and was told someone would contact me and make sure I get the promised discount. No one ever called. My real estate agent also called and left a message and never received a call back. So, this week I actually need a heater specialist, and we are definitely not going to use NexGen.

Yes, when I called NEXGEN the person I talked to was very polite and she asked me some questions and sent out a technician promptly . Our technician Clemente, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Clemente listened to all we had to say and our thoughts on the issues . Clemente checked everything, And then he gave us his advice and recommendation . We will take his advice on this matter and because we had such good experience with him we will do business with NexGen again...
TECHNICIAN UPSET MY WIFE TO TEARS.Let me start by saying we purchased our HVAC system from NexGen.My wife scheduled online for a filter and system check. Tech David arrived for service (I was at work). He advised / suggested a compressor saver for $375.00 installed. My wife said she would think about it. Tech responded may I ask why?. She responded that she wanted to discuss it with my husband. She looked up the item on Amazon, approximately $50 for the compressor saver. She asked why is was so expensive? His response let me ask you, do you work for free?.He also politely shamed her on how dirty the filter was. He then gave her an un-invited analogy. She wanted him gone but was uncomfortable to actually say something. We spoke on the after the tech left. I called the Ontario office phone number from their website since we live in Chino Hills. Phone was forwarded to Anaheim office. I explained to the very nice young lady what had happened. She consulted with folks in the office and then told me she would send an email to the Field Supervisor Marcus along with my phone number. Marcus did call me but I did not answer as I was speaking with my wife who was still upset. I called Marcus the next day, identified / introduced myself. He replied sounding like he knew who I was. I asked if he spoke with his tech. He said he did and asked if he could call me right back, which I agreed. It is now over a week later AND STILL NO CALL from Marcus!It seems pretty clear that NexGen does not care about how their techs treat their customers.I indicated at the beginning that our HVAC system was purchased from NexGen. The purchase from the savvy salesperson, (that came to our home from the Anaheim location), said he would include the first two services and replacement filters with the system. However since he did not write that on his proposal / sales invoice it was not honored. Buyer beware!It seems like NexGen is more interested in advertising then their customers.No interest speaking to Marcus! He has proven this is not important to him / he does not care!! Not interested in hearing his excuses!!!UPDATEReceived call from GM Zach on 8/2. He listened, was attentive, apologetic and did not stop the conversation to ask if he could call me back. He offered to send out his best tech to perform the work again. He was understanding when I told him I would need to discuss it with my wife; not sure if she wanted NexGen back in the house. She called Zach 8/3 and after short conversation agreed to have Christian to the house.Christian was very professional, he performed all the items in the system check / tune-up process. Each conversation / interaction was pleasant and she never felt intimidated or spoken down to.Sounds like Christian can share some best practices with his fellow techs (my opinion).The visit was completely opposite of the service call by David. Updating rating to 4 stars.Thank you to Zach and Christian.
The technician was very professional in responding to our questions and concerns about finding the problem with the air conditioning leaking. He was patient and explained how and why and successfully solved the problem and stopped the leak.
Air went out on Monday. Called and a tech was not out until next day at 6:30pm. The technician did not know what he was doing and was asking us the homeowners why they installed the AC the way they did!?!? How would we know! We had nothing to do with the install. The tech then proceeded to turn on and off our breaker box possible shorting out something else. When they say they will call you, they don’t. Lady was rude on the phone and said “she was swamped” that’s why she had not called yet. We have only had the unit 2 months and this is already happening. Very unprofessional and they obviously don’t care. Now we have to wait another day because “they have nobody available” and tech support is not open…which doesn’t make sense because it’s the middle of the week and the middle of the day. Lady had to nerve to ask if tomorrow between 8-9am is ok? Do we have a choice? Not to mention 3 houses down they have techs out installing a new system. But nobody is available I see… I would not recommend them to anybody.Update: June 22nd 2021Cory a client experience representative called me back the same day. He was nice enough to listen to our concerns and even had somebody out the same day to troubleshoot the problem. Yes we still had to wait a day for the air to be completely fixed, but we feel if we had not had somebody out sooner, we would have waiting yet another day. We are completely happy now with the service and the response. I also added that I hope they take their customers concerns seriously because the response we got from the review should have been the response we received when we first called. I like working with a company that not only understands client experience, but takes the steps needed to ensure the client is satisfied.
I can’t be happier with my decision to go with NexGen for a complete replacement of my 43 year old HVAC system. I received bids from at least four companies, and NexGen came out with a middle of the range price, but their warranty and record of excellent customer service really stood out above the rest. I have called them out a few times before, and each time, they did not try to oversell any services or anything. They actually gave me good money saving options and information to make the best decision for my situation. They cover a large area of service including the Coachella Valley, Riverside and OC, so I like that they’re a big enough company, yet still family owned and customer service oriented. From start to finish on this project, they have been prompt, clean, friendly and full service, including patching and painting as necessary, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. I am a life long customer, now, especially since they offer a lifetime warranty!

The technician was very well dressed and professional on time. said hello to the family and started to work as soon as hi got to the residents at 14015 coteau whittier. I asked him many questions and was able to explained it to a level can understand it. Very friendly and up front. The technician did in amazing job from time pulled his meter and safety gloves to the time put the ac unit doors back. Was able to troubleshoot it and help me. Overall the company and professional is awesome 5 stars but also works very fast i would be please to call him again the company is very good and professional safety aware and explains everything to customers. The man works for company deserves a raise for every aspect of his job. You can tell i hire the rigth man for job when knows what his doing. I be please to hire him in future again. I hire people from different companys in past nothing like NexGen thank you for everything.
Went on website for scheduling service. Website had appointments available for today and I booked an appointment. They called me back just like website said they would to confirm and NO Appointments were available for today, lady on phone says yea our system does that. I told her I was going to go on Google and tell them that and she chuckled and said OK. I had to book an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Worst part is they are still taking appointments for today. There is also nothing on website listing an $88 service call just to come out. I am still having them come out, be cautions.

My NexGen heating comfort technician Marcus Williams was very professional, considerate, and courteous. He took the time both times he was here to check out the issue for our heating system and took pictures and informed me with visual proof of the situation/problem with my heater and told me the steps, he was cleanly as far as wearing a mask putting on gloves each time he came in and out of the house and shoe “booties” as well. Appreciate his hard work and his time!

Called for annual service, no problem, 4 years old. Was told that the unit was cycling on and off to much. Two weeks later in a 64 degree home, I wrote a check for $1953.00 only to have NO HEAT the next a.m..Now, I was told the entire heat/ac unit must be replaced.Some repairs, huh? Skilled technicians, huh?I was offered a replacement for ONLY $10,000.00. No way from them!

Jeff Larson Assisted us with repairs on our rental property in California. Nexgen had Prompt service to address the issue as quick as possible, and Jeff able to assist as while out of state. He kept us Informed through the entire Ordeal and Was quick to call with a diagnosis and options for repairs. They had great prices as we had quotes from two other service companies. We will be sure to contact Nexgen for any future repairs needed.
The thing I liked most about working with Nexgen is when I let them know about things not working properly and damage done to my front door (one of the workers must have hit it with something as materials were being brought into the house), they worked on addressing these issues in a timely manner. I have never worked with contractors that are perfect, so I do not expect any contractors to be perfect. A lot of times there are issues with the work not turning out as planned or something needing to be addressed after the work is done, in just about any kind of home project. Whats really important to me is owning up to and fixing issues, because nearly every house project has issues to be resolved to be done the right way. So Im glad that I we used Nexgen, because they made good on their agreement to get the work done the right way. Other contractors want to blame other people or not take responsibility for things that go wrong, Nexgen took responsibility and came back to address outstanding issues with our ducts and we appreciate that.

My mom used NexGen air To replace her outdated AC unit.... They even went as far as moving over her thermostat to a better location dry walled and painted the surrounding areas so you couldn’t even tell! This company goes above and beyond for these types of essential services. That’s too bad that people are trying to write fake reviews to destroy someone’s hard work and work ethic. Shame on those haters! Don’t have anything else better to do than to try to look better than someone that they can’t even compete with! This is a reputable business so please don’t allow to be manipulated by those fake reviews!!!
We are very satisfied customers From customer service calling as soon as possible and taking care of the problem to Edward who was the guy that came down to our house to fix the problem. He was very respectful and professional he came prepare to work and helping us stay save in this hard times due to COVID wearing his mask as well as wearing covers for shoes taking them off and on as he walk in and out of the house also wearing gloves at all times. He came and took his time to see what the problems was answer our questions with no problem he was nice and respectful and explained everything to us patiently since my dad only speaks Spanish. Chris from Nexgen came over to look at our furnace that was making excessive noise. He was very pleasant and courteous. He discovered the problem quickly and provided additional advice on our furnace and AC without being pushy for a sale, like I have experienced with other HVAC techs. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to my friends and family.
I have nothing but great stuff to say about Sal and Nexgen. From everybody on the phone to the service and follow up, I was pleasantly surprised on how well everything went. The phone operators were complete professionals, nice, courteous, thoughtful, thorough and most importantly helpful! They explained everything I should be expecting from an appointment standpoint, letting me know that my appointment block was set but if an earlier appointment becomes available they would let me know. The technician Sal called me early and asked if it was cool if he came by earlier which of course I was totally excited about. Once Sal got to my house he diagnosed the problem right away, gave me different options and what they would all cost, he wasnt pushy or aggressive or anything like that. He had my AC all fixed up in no time. He also took the time to show me how I should have my vents pointed, how to use the thermometer correctly as far as programming goes and even made recommendations for products he wasnt selling. All in all Sal was a great guy, very relatable and honest. The follow up was great as well, a week later I had some billing concerns and Sal was responsive and above and beyond helpful with all of my questions, got me in touch with the office and we were able to work everything all out just as I hoped. 5 stars isnt a high enough rating for these guys. Call them and ask for Sal to be your tech and you will be happy.

Quick shout out....Just had my yard drains cleared by NexGen Heating Air & Plumbing! Once again amazing service and a job well done! They bring this hydro blast water machine and it was amazing! I had four drains literally filled to the brim with gunk and mud. The last rains had caused flooding by my pool equipment and side yard because my drains were completely clogged. Now they are clean and a full blast garden hose turned on flows easily! Let the rains begin.... thanks to NexGen, I am ready!!

I just spent $8k on a new furnace 2 months ago and when I went to use the heater this weekend, it didn’t work. I called this and explained that I’ve got two young kids and it’s supposed to be in the 40s for the next few evenings. I was told someone from the warranty department would be contacting me to schedule a repair. But no one reached out. I called again several hours later and was told that someone would call me back. Still nothing.They were customer focused when quoting the job. But I’m very disappointed to see their customer service stops when they cash the check.
I was impressed with their heating service and now called for plumbing. Andre was wonderful, polite, and thorough. And on time. I will call only Nextgen for plumbing and heating needs!
I had my condo (1,300 sq. ft.) bided for a new AC/furnace/ducting/abatement by all of the big box retailers you can think of like HD, Lowes, Costco, Sears, and a couple of smaller outfits.The journey...Interestingly enough most of the big box retailers sub-contract their work locally to the smaller outfits so expect a slightly higher price tag, because they have to pay commission to the big box retailer. The Costco sub-contractor from Associated Heating & Air was by far the most unreasonable price and insisted on pushing a 2-ton AC unit even though a 3-ton unit was being replaced. I did my research and at a minimum I needed a 2.5-ton unit and max of 3-tons could be installed. After some arguing he said “fine get a 3-ton unit consider it free upgrade…” I was getting nearly a $15,000 dollar bid from him so free upgrade my !?!?. Costco if your listening sub-contract your work to Nextgen you will make a lot more people happier. Sears rep was very informative and started high and eventually came down to a reasonable bid and 0% financing for a Kenmore unit. Lowes rep was great and had a lower bid than Nexgen, but they had a 16.9 sear Lennox unit and I wanted a higher rating.Nexgen Air was awesome from the bid process initiated 5/4/17 Thursday night to the completion of the work on 5/6/17 Saturday. Initially my father and I worked with John, Project Manager and he did a thorough review of the condo and bid us $1,200 more than the lowest bid we had from Lowes sub-contractor for a Trane 18 sear unit/80% 2-stage furnace/abatement/ducting. John split the difference and we ended up paying more, but for a better unit. I expected everything to be removed and installed over the week, however, to my surprise John said the abatement guys will be here tomorrow morning. I looked at my watch 9:30pm Thursday night, so they did arrive Friday morning and finished the work within 2 hours. Nexgen immediately called after the abatement work was complete on Friday afternoon and came by with the Tustin City permits. John called and said “My installation team headed by Aldo(Caesar) will arrive at 7am Saturday and should have the work completed by Sunday the latest. I was elated because their service was fast and friendly. Aldo was informative and his team were all professional and their attention to detail was phenomenal, so much so that when the City inspector arrived the week after he said “In my 20 years of inspecting this is the cleanest job I have ever seen”. The installation team finished the work the same day. My AC/Heating was up and running within 2 days. Nexgen team thank you very much!
Today’s service is for heating system annual maintenance. The technician Mr. Jonathan Dimas arrived on time, did thorough inspection on the system and took time to explain to me what he did. Overall I am very happy with the service. Today’s service was performed in the same professional way as I had experienced with NexGen over the years. I will absolutely continue to recommend NexGen to my friends.

Just moved into new home and looking to add AC. Was considering two other professional and capable companies. But then I met with Mario from Nexgen as a result of a recommendation from one of my new neighbors. I was so impressed with Mario and the companys owner that I decided to go with them. The experience only got better! Excellent on time installation and unbelievable follow-through customer service. We signed up for the lifetime warranty! I think I owe my neighbor!
While my wife and I did not end up hiring Nexgen, one of their technicians, Chris, was extremely helpful, very communicative, and well-versed in his field. We would recommend them to those looking for a full unit replacement.
I dealt with Paul for my service who was great, Ervin for my quote who was also great, and then Gustavo and Arturo for the installation. Gustavo and Arturo did excellent work! This company has great people working for them. They are at the Riverside location. They all take pride in their job! All my questions were answered and very detailed. They are HONEST and thats big for me. Great company, great prices and excellent work. I highly recommend.
All the staff at Nexgen were very responsive, courteous, and professional. They responded when several other companies said my smaller job of replacing the main intake duct was too small or they were too busy. Roger did a great job and was very informative and considerate. Would definitely recommend them.

Chris was very professional and found my problem very quickly. Come to find out that my husband turned off the air conditioner from the outside and that is why it was not working. Chris changed my air filter, checked the incoming and outgoing air and found that I have normal levels. I appreciate his honesty and caring attitude. Very courteous and provides communication on his arrival which made it easier for me to inform him to come 30 minutes later. He agreed and arrived in time. Please give this man a raise or an award for being your best employee. Not too many employees can be honest and maybe lie to the customer and just say I needed a new air conditioner just to make profit. So thank you for having hired him and sending him to my home. I was pleased and ecstatic over the great customer service he provided.

Hired NexGen to install AC and fix Thermostat. Two stand out guys in this company: Juan Hererra the tech is such an amazing professional. And a decent human being. Cant say enough good things about Juan. Also Marcus Williams!! He is our sales tech and you would think once the job is sold you never will hear from these guys again but Nope. Marcus Williams takes and replies to every call immediately in case I have a issue or questions. I dont know of any other company that does that in this day and age. Five Stars. I highly recommend NexGen.
Chris was able to talk to me on a technical level and help me resolve the issue by myself. He spent about 30-45 minutes of time and wouldnt accept any payment because he explained he didnt fix anything. Great service, and Ill always make sure that Nexgen is my first call when it comes to my air conditioner/furnace.
Chris and his trainee Tim were polite, professional, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were clean and mindful of my home; they wore booties and facemasks the whole time. I would definitely recommend the company (great, friendly, accommodating customer service!!) and the techs.
This is going to sound like a sales pitch but it is 100% my honest experience with Nexgen. Roger Cuadra was the epitome of a professional and honest service worker. I was nervous that it was going to cost a fortune because I know nothing about ac systems. But he was very honest and informative about everything he was doing. He was incredibly thorough, and took the time to tell me everything about the system I had. He wore a mask, shoe coverings and wiped down after he was done with everything. Roger gave me tips to keeping my system going until we upgrade and was very considerate of our circumstances financially in recommending what our next steps were. I really couldnt have had a better experience. He was also really nice to my daughter! I need additional ac service scheduled moving forward and I only want Roger to do it. Thanks again Roger.

Nexgen is as professional as it gets.They installed a new heating system and after the installation the air was not blowing sufficiently enough to heat the entire house(this is a 2-story house).They sent out their QC Manager Chris and he did a thorough inspection and determined that the ducts were inadequate,after contacting Nexgen they came out today and replaced the downstairs ducts,installed dampers and a t-wye.They also said that a t-wye had previously been installed backwards(not by Nexgen)and they corrected that issue.The heating system is now working unbelievably .If you need HVAC service of any kind you need to call NexGen.Their goal is to satisfy their clients.I want to give special thanks to Chris(QC Manager),Mario(Sales Technician)and the techs who came out today Lorenzo and Danny.BTW they did what would amount to 3,000-4,000 dollars worth of work today at no charge.That in my book is Customer Service Exemplified.

Great service provided by Josh, he explained and described what he was doing. Was very patient with all my questions and this provides great customer service.He also listened about my Allergies and asthma problems and recommended using the a air scrubber. After watching a video I decided to get it install.
Update: I was called by Bill who came through with the promise made before made. They really care about their customers.Horrible customer service. I was told they would call me back within the next 4 hours. They called back the next day; and were not willing to give a rough estimate as they had promised the day prior.Glad Im not going with them, if they cant even keep their word.

This was my first experience with Nexgen and I am very pleased. The purpose of the call was a HVAC inspection. Art was the technician who came out, He explained at the beginning what he was going to be doing and also answered some questions I had as to why some rooms receive more heat than others. He showed me the pictures of the unit and readings when he was done and explained what he had found. In addition, he told me about a couple of products Nexgen offers and their two maintenance plans. I opted for the premier plan which includes annual inspections of the HVAC and water heater. The reason I opted for the maintenance plan is based on the exceptional customer service Art provided. He demonstrated solid technical knowledge, was thorough, and conveyed a sense of honesty, integrity and someone to be trusted. He also has the unique combination of technical skills and both interpersonal and communication qualities. I hope management at Nexgen reads this review and acknowledges Art for the outstanding job he does in representing their company.One last comment - the customer service is excellent. Staff is personable and getting someone scheduled quickly is Nexgens modus operandi. Don Crane of Comfort Advisors did a great job of finding an excellent company to take care of his customers. Eddie was exceptionally professional, polite and courteous, and helpful in explaining the photographs he took of the system and new developments which had occurred with my system. He took his time and thoroughly cleaned hvac. Heating system was checked out as well.All greatly appreciated.
We were referred to Nexgen by a friend of ours and we are so pleased that we had them come out. I was able to make an appointment on short notice and Charlie Scott came out to see us. He really took the time to understand our needs and answer every question we had. His extensive knowledge of their products was very helpful in getting the system that fit our home at a price that was excellent. The crew came out quicker than expected and did an amazing job. They made sure that everything looked perfect and that our carpet and home didn’t get damaged in the process. I appreciate Travis, Randy and Armando’s attention to detail, especially while working in the heat of the day. Our new air system is working so well and I highly recommend Nexgen.

I messaged a whole bunch of companies through Yelp, & Nexgenair got back to me right away to make an appointment for a free estimate. The technician came out the next day to check out our ducts, & he did a real thorough job. Weve all been having bad allergies, & he found the problem. He taped up the hole that was probably bringing in dust from our attic. Its a temporary solution for the meantime, but he did it for free along with our free diagnostic. Amazing! He also found out why the air wasnt going to one of the rooms. He gave us a reasonable quote for new air ducts, since ours are old and in really bad shape. Well have to think about it, but I didnt feel pressured at all. If money wasnt an issue, wed hire them right away just for being so professional & honest. Thank you so much!
Thomas quoted a new system and install on Friday May 22, 2020. We were all in agreement and eager to proceed as planned. Thomas refused to accept a deposit stating they would not accept a dollar until we were fully satisfied but they could start the following day, completing the job in 2 days max, but will never leave us without air. We prepared our house by moving our daughter out of her room with a limited supply of clothes for the next 2 days. She was cut off from accessing everything because we hung plastic to keep debris from the proposed work to the immediate work area only. Saturday 3 installers arrived on time with no equipment saying they were just there to remove the old equipment and take measurements for a parts list because the equipment we agreed to with Thomas was not available. When questioned why the install was scheduled if the equipment was not available they confessed the owner wanted to swap the equipment sold to a lower grade brand and model. They offered to do half the job waiting on the agreed equipment which would arrive Tuesday. Obviously we refused because that would leave us with no air over the holiday weekend so they took measurements only for their parts list. After the team pulled away the scheduler called us saying she has equipment and its on route to us, but we told her the crew already left. Tuesday comes and the 3 installers arrive reluctantly saying the owner and the installation Manager are now unhappy with the proposed work and now will only allow them to relocate the unit to the attic which goes completely against what we want and contradicts what we agreed to on the contract with Thomas. Every day its a new excuse on why they cannot do the job. They promise work with both Thomas and the Installers saying it is completely doable and will work well, but dont want to do it. Its obvious the owner is not happy with his profit margin and is doing everything to get out of this agreement even though he was involved in the price by phone originally. They promise work and equipment then fail, fail fail and all Thomas has done is apologize. As of now they are in breach of contract. Buyer Beware!!!! Their apparent game is to pull a bait and switch on the customers once all your existing equipment is out and you have no choice so they can do what they want with whatever happens to be available. Scandalous Company! Watch out!

I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the time I called for service to the completion of the service appointment, the office staff and technicians were all very courteous. The office staff called to confirm my appointment and gave me a very accurate time of arrival. The installation crew arrived like clockwork. The technician, Art, arrived on time and was 100% professional. He patiently and thoroughly explained exactly what he was going to do and he even showed me the results of the tests he performed on the sophisticated electronic device he uses. He quickly identified the problem and both he and his manager, Ryan, explained everything to me without ever losing their patience no matter how many questions I asked. I felt completely informed and respected. It was immediately clear to me that this company is focused on customer service, accuracy and efficiency, which, after shopping around, I am 100 percent sure is the reason why they were able to give me the great deal I got on a complete system replacement. I am confident that I got the best deal and the best warranty! And that feels really good! The technician was meticulous about wearing shoe covers to keep my house clean and sanitary. He also observed Covid-19 safety protocols by wearing a mask. I already mentioned NexGen to my Brother and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
Brian gave me excellent customer service on my wall heater. He listened to my concern andfollowed a step by step process to solve the problem. He definitely went the extra mile and put me at ease to rule out the possibility of a safety issue. Roger was very kind and understanding even after having to wait on us for our appointment time. He came to diagnose a problem we were having with our wall heater. Unfortunately he was unable to determine the exact reason it was not working properly. I give him and the company 5 stars even without fixing our heater because he was genuine, patient, and professional. He let us know how beneficial a new heating and cooling system would be without at all being pushy or salesman-like. I would definitely use them in the future when we decide to upgrade our system.
I reason I purchased my complete A/C system from NexGen was they had the most affordable price and their service is ALWAYS excellent, regardless if its a problem call or just a checkup!! Theyre always on time, friendly, professional and most of all they get the job done in minimal time. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed with them!

Called in the morning because my air conditioning upstairs stopped working and my employees were dying from the heat. Johnny showed up in the afternoon, figured out the problem in 30 minutes ( we have three air conditioning systems for a 36,000 sqft building) and had the broken air conditioning units fixed within an hour. Johnny was very nice, knowledgeable, upfront and informative. I will be using NexGen again!
I had Ryan out to help me understand the investment for a new system and he suggested a tech come out to see if it’s worth fixing. Steve came out and showed me how bad things were with his little camera up into the guts of the system. Both gentlemen showed up earlier than expected and super helpful and polite. Great work!
The company took the time to sent me a text message to confirm my appointment since I dont answer calls from unknown phone numbers. The technician (Steve Arias) arrived at my house on time and was very professional. He explained every step of heater tune up and made a couple recommendations on how to improve our system. All in all, a great tech. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend Steve at Nexgen Air.

Technician Steve stopped by to help walk me through and inspect an 18 year old unit I just inherited. He was superbly communicative throughout the service appointment, also calling ahead of time with his eta (which not everyone does). Everything was fully explained upfront and most importantly he provided the long term advice I needed to get a complete picture of what I’m dealing with. He didn’t try to sell something just because he made a service call. I believe any Yelper is looking to find someone to trust, knowing they’re honest and vknowledgeable. Well, that’s Steve. I called NexGen Air on Monday morning based on a personal referral from a contractor my family has used for decades. My existing 10-year old Rheem system was due for replacement, and here in southern California at $10/therm for gas and $0.19/kWh for power I will save money on my monthly utility bill vs. gas heating and less efficient cooling by upgrading to efficient 16 SEER all-electric units. Monday afternoon, Charlie came out and was very helpful in ensuring that I ordered the right system for my needs at a fair price. By 3:30 Tuesday afternoon, thanks to the professionalism of my all-star install team of Juan, Marco, Gonzalo & Joaquin I had a new set of two extremely efficient all-electric heat pump package units on my roof, and two new Honeywell Wifi thermostats installed. The team was efficient, answered all my questions and left my roof cleaner than when they got there. Thanks to the entire NexGen Air team for a very smooth experience!

We recently had to have our entire AC system replaced and knew of a neighbor who had used Nexgen for their new system. Within a matter of minutes of filling out the online form late at night, we had a guarantee appointment the next morning. Chris Shay was our technician that morning and from the very first minute he was super professional and explained everything up front. From start to finish, each part of the removal of the old system, installation and clean up, Chris and his crew were fantastic. They even made sure to help with contacting our HOA about the portion of the line that had to run outside on the wall and verified that all the work that was completed was done properly for our CCRs. The office staff is also very professional and each time I have placed a call, whether it to be to make an appointment or to check on financing, I have never been disappointed. I am so glad we found Nexgen and we will continue to use them for regular service calls and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
