I went to this location based on the positive reviews and they were correct. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff was courteous, professional and diligent in providing the services I requested. Im definitely going back.

Very professional and fancy! The nails came out amazing but it was expensive and charged by length, i paid $90 I believe it could’ve been much cheaper. The average price for nails is usually $60 a new set so if you’re looking for a cheap set this is not your ideal place.

This was my first time there, the customer service was on point, they go above and beyond. They are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. You should try them you won’t regret it. This will be my new spot.

I went yesterday in knowing what I needed as I get my nails done very often. They tried to persuade me to get another (more expensive) type of manicure. When I declined, it seemed thats all they needed to give me a terrible experience. The nail tech was doing two of us at once and a manicure that should have taken 45 minutes at the most took me almost 2 hours. If they didnt have time to help me, they should have told me when I walked in not started the process and then make it seem like I was an inconvenience. Today, two of my nails are already lifting on a powder manicure that usually lasts me at least 3 weeks. I will not be going back.

My first time here was an ok experience. I got the Brisa gel. It lifted after 5 days but I decided to give them another chance. The second visit was not good. She proceeds to pick the lifted nails off with a metro card! She then puts a thick layer of gel on my nails. In order to prevent lifting this time around, she put nail glue on the tips of my nails. If she had applied the gel correctly, that step should not be needed. The thick layers of gel she applied burned for a few seconds and the technician said this is normal. THIS IS NOT NORMAL!! The burning occurs when you put on a thick layer of the gel! It should be applied in thin layers! (I learned this after leaving the salon). When I tried showing them that she did not do a good job, they were very dismissive and I felt very upset and unheard when I left the salon. I’m writing this review so that hopefully the technicians will apply this gel in thin layers and if a customer has a concern, they should make the customer feel heard and that customer might actually return to the salon.

Do NOT recommend. Terrible services over priced! Did my nails terrible!

I have been here twice for a pedicure and so far, my experience has been wonderful. They are very clean and sanitary which is the biggest thing I look for when finding a new nail salon. Their basic pedicures include extra steps that I havent seen at other salons that I have gone to, and I definitely appreciate the extra effort! They also have a rewards type of program that gives you a discount after so many visits. They are around the corner from work and I’m so glad I have found this salon. Very friendly and very clean and neat. Definitely recommend, and I will absolutely be returning for my regular pedicures.

Excellent place to go to very friendly and people there take their time to do your nails the way you want them to, very sweet people I highly recommend this place and will always return Ive never felt this satisfied in my life I always been going to different nail salons and could never get the perfect nails and I just feel like a Kardashian in that Salon because I feel like they do exactly what you want them to do and they do it so perfectly nice and neat I love it, especially if youre looking for more of a natural look for those who are into more length in nails this is the best place to go to because this place does not do acrylic nails but it is up to you to go in and check this nail salon out to see what theyre going to do to your nails and thats a surprise for everyone, so I totally recommend this place!!!

This is the third time coming to this shop. I find it very expensive. The good note is I have gel UV nails done by this facility, I must let you know you can go to three full weeks before fill in. I cant stand when my nails start lifting at the base and start getting caught in my hair and losing hair strands. This review is a re-edit from another review I did. I will do my nails here going forward.

I read all great reviews for this place and wanted to try a new nail salon but was extremely disappointed! First of all it took 2 hours to do a powder gel manicure and when it was done I had nail polish allllllll over my skin! Then I pointed it out to the owner and I still had to pay full price and she offered me a $5 coupon but I did not take it bc I will not be going back!

I have there 3times the first a ok experience I went there again One week later my nails broke Yesterday was my last and final time my nails came out horrible the rhinestone fell I felt I was being rush and pass over to any ..I feel as if I was not treated fairly because they double book appointments ...I will not be going there anymore had to go somewhere else to get my nails done again 😡😡😡

I go there for legwaxing and a pedicure. I have been going there since the spring and I find the women friendly, helpful, and polite. They are very clean in their procedures and they always appear to have alot of clientele.The customers themselves appear to be a little congenial to others at times. I highly reccomend them.
