UPDATE: The owner reached out to us personally to correct the situation. He helped us feel better by apologizing and making things right, says a lot about his good character. It wasn’t about the money, it was about respecting us not only as a customer but as a human being. In the end it’s all been resolved and they will still have our business in the future!!We have rented from this place numerous times, talking twice a year for years and we used to like them. But…. This last time, meaning yesterday, we were told Friday our pick up time was 9:50am when we picked it up. So we planned on that, I got text after text at 9am saying our rental was due back and wondering where we were and when I told them we were told drop off was 9:50 they said sorry for the mix up see you soon. My husband showed up and was treated with the least amount of respect EVER!!! I couldn’t believe it!! What good is a 24 hour rental if you don’t in fact get 24 hours!! And sorry for the confusion but with the amount of times we’ve rented without incident we were treated so poorly! I referred them to friends and family and will never ever do that again let alone use them myself. I will pay more money anywhere else to never have to talk to the so called “respectable” woman who runs the place!

We rented the foam Gaga pit and foam blower this weekend and it was a huge hit with the kids!

I rented the Princess Castle and cotton candy machine with supplies. When I got home and we unpacked everything the castle didn’t blow up all the way. I called and got a very nice lady who asked if we had both blowers turned on, I advised we only received one blower. It was offered to bring another blower to our location. Within 15 min I was brought another blower and I realized we didn’t have a second extension cord for it. The gentleman who brought the blower offered to run back to the warehouse and get us one, Wow such amazing customer service!! When he came back he even hooked it up and made sure we were all taken care of and ready for the party. He was so kind and helpful. The party was perfect and everyone had fun. I really liked the service, great prices and they really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. You truly tell a companies value not when everything goes well, but how they make things right when things don’t go according to plan. We are all human and mistakes happen. They just made us feel truly important and valued as customers.

Great place to rent party items. I did a 70th birthday party for my mom and ordered so many items! Bounce house with water feature, foam machine and foam pit, dunk tank... So many items and everything was in great condition and worked out awesome! I would recommend this place to everyone who is putting a party together! Thanks to the awesome staff for helping me create an awesome surprise for my mother!

We are currently putting away the bounce house/water slide. Used it for a birthday party that went off without a hitch. Absolutely renting from them again. The bounce house was in amazing condition and so easy to set up and put away!

Update: The owner reached out and has offered to make this more than right. We are using them again for a birthday party in June.We rented a bounce house and a cotton candy machine for the weekend. It was all fine but when I ordered it said to put all the details of what you wanted in the description when you did your deposit so I put I wanted balls, 2 flavors of floss, sticks and bags. I sent my dad to pick it up and when he got home we were only sent with the bounce house, 1 floss and no balls, sticks or bags. Im not sure where else I could have listed everything I wanted? But I made sure I listed it all there like prompted. The pick up and drop off was simple and easy. Maybe I should have done another form on what I wanted? Im not sure.

We found this place on Facebook and couldnt be happier. Supper affordable. They communicated thru text and email. After booking they kept in contact and had regular reminders. Helpful how to video guide that we found on YouTube. They answered all my questions and had great customer service. Recommended to everyone in the neighborhood and you to. 😉

We had a great experience renting a bounce house here. We were looking for something for slightly older kids and were told the bounce houses we could rent. Pickup was very organized, as was the drop off. Ill rent from here again next time.

We were really impressed with Plan-it Rentals! This was the least expensive place we found when looking for bounce houses for our sons birthday, but the quality and service are still excellent. We paid $35 for a toddler bounce house and some ball pit balls for the entire day. They were great about communicating, and the instructions for pick up, set up, and drop off when we were finished were very clear. You can find on their website how they sanitize their products between rentals, and when we went to pick up the bounce house we could see them thoroughly cleaning several others outside. We would definitely come here again!

Renting bounce houses from Plan-it rentals has become a family tradition during the pandemic.... At least in the minds of our kids.I appreciate how flexible to pick up and drop off processes are. We let them know we broke a stake and it wasnt a problem.

Rented a bunch of laser guns and black lights last week and was very impressed with how awesome this company was. Super affordable prices, very helpful and friendly staff, and a very easy process to pick up/drop off the items. Their laser guns are suprisingly rad as well. I was worried they wouldn’t be fun because they don’t come with vests, so you must shoot the other person’s gun to register a hit. However, those guns are so accurate that is wasn’t a problem at all. We had an absolute blast. I’ve referred a few friends and family because I had such a good experience.

LOOVVVEEEE this business! We used Plan-it rentals for the first time this past month for my 2 year old’s bday party, we rented a bounce house/water slide. Prior to booking with them, we cancelled two other companies because of prices and damaged product making us look elsewhere, but I am so glad I did! I texted the number on the weekend (thinking they would get back to me Monday) and they texted me right back with availability. It was easy to navigate the website to reserve, and they gave me the option to pay extra to pick up early, which I did. We rented on a Saturday, then were given the option for after hours drop off on Sunday, which we did and it was super easy! We will be renting from here for every party I from here on out! 😁👍🏻👍🏻

Their prices are competitive with those in the rest of the market, but if you get your equipment of Saturday, you pay just a little more and get to keep it for Sunday too! And sometimes, if they have a lot of pick-ups on Saturday, theyll offer to have you pick-up on Friday, for just a few dollars more.The after-hours, unattended drop-off worked perfect for us, since we live far away, so I could drive there later Sunday night instead of freaking early Monday morning.Ill rent from them again and recommend others do too.

Picking up was a breeze. They were very friendly and gave great instructions. The kids loved the water slide. Cleaning it was tricky because it rained so we couldnt return it totally dry. Now returning it was a bit difficult. The slide is heavy!! Lifting it up on the other slides was hilarious and a pain! Im sure theyll enjoy watching that footage. But wed use it again. It was nice being able to return it even if they werent open.

They have mastered the art of hidden fees. When you think you are renting something for $150, it turns out to be much more once they add on all their extras. Wish they would be more honest and upfront.

We rented a soft serve ice cream machine for a birthday party. We also bought a couple bags of ice cream mix from the company. No issues picking up the machine, they were helpful, easy to work with, and fast. They loaded it into our suburban for us, though it was heavy, we got it out of the car and in the house, followed their set-up tutorial video they emailed us and got the machine set up and running and everyone at the party loved it. For drop off we left it at their storage container after hours which was really convenient and user friendly. Great customer service and streamlined business.

Great price for the van. There was a small damage to the van when I returned it that I had not noticed, and they treated my reasonably and fairly. A good place to deal with.

This was a great place to rent a water bounce house for my 6 and 2 year olds birthday. The hose provided to spray water was a bad designed so the slides we not wet enough so we just added an extra hose to run water down the slide. So it worked out in the end.

I arrived to rent a projector and screen. I didn’t make a reservation and showed up 10 minutes before closing time. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We have rented several times from Plan-it rentals and they are always ready to assist with answering questions on operation and set up of equipment. Courteous workers have loaded/unloaded equipment. We’ve even had to have them come out to assist us when we just couldn’t figure it out and they brought a replacement just in case it wasn’t operator error. Love their customer service. The soft serve machine was the star of our event! Everyone loved it! Pickup and drop off was quick and efficient, and the instructional video made set up really easy. I rented the smaller black limo and I had lots of fun... because my friend who offered to drive brought a big speaker which was lucky because the aux jack was broken in the back. We quickly figured out the limo was a bit older. the lights did not work in it. So the experience was much like one on a dark bus. We got to our destinations and had tons of fun, I just personally didnt like that we werent informed that nothing worked. If we are expected to keep it nice and clean it out (as we did) we would just expect what we thought we were getting. Again, great fun, super convenient, great price! Just not what we expected.

The reason Im only giving 3 stars is because the last time I rented with them, they gave me the price via text and I reserved the bounce house. When I went to pick it up and pay, they told me the price would be DOUBLE what they had quoted me. I even showed them the text message they sent me with the price and they wouldnt honor it.Update: Shortly after I wrote this review, they contacted me and issued a refund for the difference. Highly recommend!! We ordered the Dino bounce house (it had a slide. A jumpy and a little pool to the side), 5 tables, 20 chairs, the large movie screen with projector, popcorn machine, 6 laser tag guns and a bubble machine for our son’s bday. Everything came with easy to follow instructions. Prior to renting, I texted the phone # online with questions and they were very prompt (they also included my total amount, even after adding and removing items to stay within my budget 😬). Props to them because I was indecisive**Pick-up was super easy!! Everything was already ready for us to load in our truck (they had a # of boys to load everything, which was really helpful). Took about 5 minutes.**Drop-off was super easy!! We unloaded everything into the separate containers. (Return instructions are given to you beforehand). Took us 10-15 minutes, wasn’t bad at all.Plan it rentals is AWESOME! The customer service staff is friendly and easy to work with. The rental equipment was very clean and we didn’t have issues (especially during COVID).Everything you return needs to be clean or you’ll be charged extra. Just have common courtesy 😁

We rented some paddle boards and kayaks for a family trip and they were amazing!! The prices were so much lower than anywhere else around! If you ever have an issue they have 24 hour support and are very polite and helpful! I will be renting here again!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Rented a Dunk tank. Cheap Rental. Easy to set up. Really improved the atmosphere of our BBQ. Just make sure to take a few minutes to clean it up or there are extra fees added on but, it honestly doesnt take much to get it ready or cleaned up. I would definitely rent from them again for a future event.

Weve used Plan-it Rentals several times, but I dont think Ive left them a review. We LOVE these guys and the products they offer. Weve done several bounce houses in the past and the kids have a blast. We had a family reunion and decided to get another bounce house for the younger kids and got their Laser Tag package for the older kids and adults. We had an absolute blast! The laser tag game lets you pick the type of games that you want to play (even has a custom option if you want to get creative). Cory even told us about a video we could watch that was super helpful getting started. I would recommend watching the video (its about 18 min long) and then get everything set up before you get the kids around. They even had some pop ups that the kids used to hide behind.Every time we have used Plan-it Rentals, we get tons of compliments on the products and everyone always has a great time. They have made the rental process quick and easy, and even have a simple after-hours trailer that you can safely bring your stuff back to.Thank you Cory and the gang for another successful family reunion!

We rented several items over one weekend for a youth conference. The kids had a blast!! After pick-up, they called me to say they had forgotten to add an item that was in my order. I was already involved in activities and couldnt leave to pick it up, so they drove it to me. I was so impressed with their customer service!! I will use Plan-it Rentals again and again! We rented a bunch of stuff over the weekend, and are tremendously pleased.These guys have been great to work with, their reminders and follow up texts were very helpful, and when we missed some small items when the equipment was returned (after hours), they were super understanding, and friendly about calling to see if we forgot, or if the items were lost.Some of the equipment is starting to show some age, from quite a bit of use, so maybe a 1/4 star hit for that, but their service and friendly attitude would put them over five stars. Even the dude in the training videos is pleasant, and reassures that they are a down home organization.Thanks Plan-it, looking forward to next time.

This is our second year renting with Plan It. They are a great company. This time we tried the cotton candy machine, it was DELICIOUS! For the price the waterslide we chose this time was HUGE. So much fun. There was a problem with the motor for the blow up, and we tested it before the party. (Not that their machines arent nice quality, a bolt had just come lose on the ride home) they came all the way from American fork to replace it before the party started. Amazing customer service. Extremely easy to reserve. All around great. I love the after hours drop off so there arent extreme time constraints when the party is winding down. LOVE. Would recommend. Worth the drive!!!

For the price, I thought I was going to arrive at someones house to pick up their used old bounce house. I was pleasantly surprised to see a thriving, enterprising and happy company. Greeted by smiling happy people and helpful attendants. We had amazing communication the whole time. The product worked exactly like what they said it would. It set up simply, and the take down was intuitive. The return was even easier. I am beyond pleased with this company.

This is a great rental company. We rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday and the kids all enjoyed it so much and it was so inexpensive. We rented it on a Saturday and they are closed Sunday so we didnt need to return it until Monday. We also rented a movie screen and projector for the night, it was so fun the whole family loved laying outside watching a movie together!I definitely recommend this company, they are easy to rent from and the equipment is so easy to put together and if you get confused there is a YouTube video to show you exactly how to set it up right.

Wow! These guys are amazing! We got the Croc Ultra. When we set it up we noticed a little tear in the hosing for the water. I called them and they quickly brought us a replacement hose. The guy I talked to on the phone was so nice and the woman who brought the replacement hose was also very kind. They were right on it to ensure our party was a blast. Really nice purple to work with here. We picked up the bounce house and are really pleased with it. The kids LOVED the balls. Definitely get the bigger house if you have more kids or bigger kids. Renting a BUNCH of items for our work party - and I plan to use them for all future rentals! Everything with their process is super organized and thoughtful. We also had some electricity issues which didnt allow us to use a machine and they gave us some credit towards a future use. All the items were stored in well labeled bags/boxes and clean and no damage. Made set up/take down pretty simple. Customer service was fast and help as well.*WORD OF ADVICE*Ask specifically and thoroughly about electrical requirements for ALL products, even small ones like bounce houses or the popcorn machine.The videos are helpful and simple but not perfectly thorough on some items like the ice cream machine - but I found out they have an after-hours help line you can call - I will do that in the future.Cant wait to use them again for our next event!
