I was really disappointed at the experience from this location. Arrived and was told my car I was going to rent needed new tires. Would have been nice to get a phone call ahead of time. So they upgraded (for free) to next class. Felt that was a pretty good deal but was not told the car did not have Bluetooth. Seems like a pretty standard feature these days? So really ruined the start of our road trip. Car also was on empty causing an extra stop for us on our way out. Only gave it 2 stars because the guy working the desk was busy but remained really professional.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I were rear ended a while ago and while our car was in the body shop, we were given a rental car. They chose enterprise as the company. On our way to return the rental car, less than a block away, someone hit the rental car while we were parked and not even in the vehicle. We filed a police report and the person who hit us admitted fault and enterprise charged us a $600 deductible without speaking to us. We have called the insurance company multiple times and they have said that enterprise won’t give any status updates. We have called them multiple times and they can’t give us a status update either. At this point they are just taking their sweet time returning our money even though insurance has reached out time and time again. Won’t be using enterprise again.

We had a great experience working with the American Fork location of Enterprise Rent Car! Unfortunately we had to deal with a Brandon who wasn’t very kind or helpful on the phone. He was very condescending and came off really arrogant. Other than that the car was squeaky clean and ran perfectly and the other people I talked to were extremely friendly and kind.
Ive used Enterprise several times for work and they have always been great. Even when they get busy, like Monday mornings, they do there best to get everyone helped as quickly as possible. The employees have always been very polite and personable as well.
Always a smooth and enjoyable experience using Enterprise. I used to be the person who bounced around between rental car companies, but the past few years I have noticed Enterprise and their sister company National, are at a level above an beyond others. I went as far as steering all my work clients to Enterprise and National, just because of how easy they are to do with.

Im giving 3 stars purely because of a gentlemen named Trevor (I believe is his name). My truck got rear ended so I rented a truck from this location. The first truck they put me in was beautiful, clean smelling, and all round well taken care of. About an hour or so off the lot they called me to bring it back as the manufacturer had issues a recall that was pretty urgent. No big deal for me so I brought it back and got into a similar make of truck. This truck smelled incredibly strong of tabaco smoke. Working in my vehicle most of the day, this was pretty unbearable so I called Trevor and he helped me into another vehicle which off the lot, smelt pretty clean, much like the first one.The next day in the morning, the same tabaco smell was back in a different truck. I once again, very so unfortunately called Trevor to see his thoughts and he got me into another truck that was the same story. I’m in my fourth vehicle now, which I’m told by enterprise is the maximum allowed swaps I’m allowed no matter what per my rental contract and it has the exact same smell, except worse than the other two. I’m not sure what it is but they smell great off the lot but 30 min into the drive, it really starts to stink. I’m not a smoker and I’m pretty sensitive to strong smells so I get nauseous and lightheaded pretty easily. I’m stuck now in this vehicle for an week and a half while my truck is being repaired wondering what to do. Trevor has been amazing to work with.
I have been working with Trevor to correct a past mistake made by enterprise and he has been SO AMAZING to work with and more than accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a Vehicle. They definitely treat their customers right.

I had a terrific experience here. I had to get a rental on a weekend while my car was in the shop. They were very helpful, even on a holiday weekend, and when a check-engine light came on in the rental, they were able to swap it out without issues. Also they gave me a ride to my service shop, even though it was out of their range. Everyone was very friendly!

I love the people and the service at the American Fork, UT enterprise. But the car l had was the worst. I will cancel my trip if that is the only car available. Hyundai Accent should not be a part of enterprise fleet the car is bad very uncomfortable.

This a small Enterprise in American Fork. They have been in this location for quite some time and do a terrific business. They were professional and offered great one-on-one service.
The staff were efficient and friendly, they refunded our deposit in a timely manner. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. We won’t rent a car with anyone else. With that said they didn’t use to charge for towing service and now they do. With it being their vehicles they shouldn’t charge for that.
The rental company was very accommodating and their service was exceptional.
As I have said in other reviews of Enterprise, as long as they stay as good as they are, I will continue to use them and will continue to write about what a great company it is to use.I have used Enterprise in American Fork more than any other location. I work at a local Ford dealership and am in charge of our rental fleet which is never enough cars for the volume of customers we have coming through our shop. Enterprise is always there to do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are taken care of and at an affordable price for us as the dealership and our customers. We appreciate the help we get from Enterprise and they are a WONDERFUL company to work with. Nothing but good things to say about their business and their customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They definitely deserve it!

High marks for being on time and friendly, prompt service. I had to knock off some stars because the outside of the vehicle was dirty to the extent that I had to clean it before driving it. Few examples: Someone had taped something to the inside of the windshield, and the residue tape was still there. There was dust on the inside, which I pointed out. Dirt and dried grass in the cargo area. All of the windows had dried hard-water residue on them that I could feel as well as see.
Easy to set up. I received a upgrade without any additional cost.The car ran great. We had a wonderful trip. Returned the car the night we arrived home. Dropped off the key in the box.I received a email two days later with the final invoice which was $40.00 less than the projected amount. Thank you Enterprise.

I had such a great experience at this enterprise. With very little notice I had to rent a car quickly. They were extremely accommodating, very good to work with, and due to a slight (non) issue with the car, offered me a discount I wasnt expecting. Would highly recommend this location.
I rented the 15 passenger van for my son and his family to visit his brother and their family in Idaho last weekend. Enterprise gave me a great discount on the price and an extra day to return it which worked out better for my sons schedule. The van performed greatly with no problems.
Rental place very friendly, and they offered a free upgrade since the one I reserved was not available but the charger I did get stunk like BO badly. I had to stop and buy a bottle of Febreze and a scented car tree to help mask the smell. The car itself drove great but the smell was on the seats and the seat belt.
We really want to shout out Trevor!! He has been absolutely amazing thru this time with our car troubles. We have had to rent a vehicle for WAY LONGER than we anticipated and he has truly just gave us to best customer service we could ask for. Stay away!! The worst customer service I’ve experienced at any business, ever. I dropped my brother off at this location to pick up a car, asking simple questions about their policy resulted in them immediately being extremely rude and confrontational as if you’re not allowed to ask questions- pushing back on them being rude immediately led to them asking us to leave. I honestly cannot believe how terrible they are at this location. You couldn’t pay me to go here again.

Unbelievably unreliable. They couldnt get us a car on the same day we dropped off our car to the repair shop, thats understandable, so they scheduled with us to be there Monday morning. They were late and then didnt have a car for us. Kids are late for school, both my wife and I are now late for work and they have to drive her to some other office to get a car. What a joke. Unprofessional and Ill be avoiding them as much as possible in the future.
The best car rental experience Ive ever had. We rented a car to drive to CA for a wedding and ended up getting stuck there for 2 extra days because of unforeseen circumstances and a freak winter storm. When we called to see if we could extend they told us not to worry about paying for the extra days and to just make it home safely. That is the care you hope to get in customer care!
Worst experience ever we have been renting from american fork location. Had reservations they decide they over booked had no cars wife was dropped off had no way back home and the lady was rude and told we cant help you wouldnt even look to see if any other location had anything and just left outside trying to find a ride because you cant go into their build cause of covid. We will never rent from them again or refer anybody to them

I loved my rental from Enterprise. The day before my pick up I received a call from the store to verify information and a quick walk through of how the pick process went. I got there and I was back on the road in 15 mins tops. My check out employee went over the car with me checking for any unusual dents or damaged that needed tobe noted. He also went over what damages the damage waiver cover and what type it didnt.Great experience will rent from them again!
I have used Enterprise almost exclusively for my car rental needs, mostly renting through my local office. The staff are very professional, and they move you through the process quickly so you can get on the road.
After a collision I had to get a rental car for about a week and enterprise was fantastic as usual. Fantastic customer service, fabulous car, super smooth and easy from start to finish.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the agents. I had visited Budget before stopping at Enterprise and I cant believe the difference. The guy from Budget just wanted to close shop and go home after keeping me waiting for 45 min. The Enterprise agent just wanted to help me. The Enterprise agent did everything he could to help me determine the best discount (Costco, Liberty Mutual, etc) and hooked me up with a great deal on a great car.I am usually paranoid about getting before and after video, I didnt feel that I would need it here. I witnessed the agent with another customer where there was a little damage and he treated her with great respect and trust.It is really refreshing to deal with agents that still know how to treat people. Keep it up. I wont go anywhere else.
I thought I could get a rental car from here. But then I realize that I’m 24 and they would be super expensive to get a rental car and pay for insurance. Whose idea was it to charge a responsible 24-year-old out the wa-zoo for insurance to drive a car. Oh well these guys are pretty good. We didn’t get the car from them because of the reasons above.
The worst customer service of any rental car place I have ever experienced. Waited almost an hour for them to pick me up at a body shop and when I called they told me they forgot. Then the next day when I tried again they had no one to pick me up. Stay clear of this place!
Very friendly and courteous, with no delays. A great alternative to the airport rental (if visiting the Lehi/American Fork area). When I turned in my car, they gave me a ride to the Front-runner station (Less than 2 miles away and very convenient for getting to the airport).

I have been renting cars from my local enterprise for the last 4 years. My recent visit was the worst ever, I will never go back to the AMERICAN fork enterprise. I always used a debit card, which automatically have to give a deposit, this time I used my credit card, I was told at the time that I would be charged a deposit as well with my credit card and I was asked all kinds of questions, which I was never asked before. A gentlemen before me that was being helped felt the same way. He was asked all kinds of questions, he was clearly upset as well, and also did ask why do you need additional Information? The guy helping us both did not explain why! Why so you want to know who my employer is? In addition I have used my credit card at a different site, they did not ask for a deposit on my credit card!“Unhappy long time customer”

I have been renting from the American Fork Enterprise Rental for several years. I have been impressed with their service and friendliness each time I am there. A memorable experience I had while renting was with a car that I was traveling during the week for an extended time frame. I didnt need the car on the weekends and was returning it at the end of each week. I liked the car so much I was not relishing the idea of changing it for another one. While in the process of renting the vehicle, I was informed that I did not need to return the vehicle until I was with my travels. This saved me a lot of time and anguish so I didnt have to get used to another vehicle for the next week. This has been a memorable experience and has helped me in making my decisions of whom I was going to rent a car from.
Such an amazing company! The people are so friendly and really took care of me. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. They worked out all the details with the insurance company and the body shop. As soon as I filed a claim for my car to be repaired, THEY reached out to me and made sure there was a car ready for me when I needed it. They picked me up at the body shop, after I dropped off my car. The process was easy. When I took my car back, they went out their way to drive me back to the body shop, before their driver got back from dropping someone else off, so that I could get to my car before the shop closed. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a car. The car itself was great as well!
I was dropped off at the American Fork location by a family member on a Saturday morning and thought I had enough money to cover the costs. The online reservation didnt show me the final bill including the $250 refundable deposit so after the vehicle walk around the guy hit me with the total which was 250 more than what I had anticipated. Luckily I had a paycheck in my wallet and the guy overheard me calling my ride back and told me he could take me to cash the check or to a bank no problem. Turns out the guy I rode with used to work in the same construction field of work as I do today. Pretty cool and unexpected experience, check was cashed, paid for the ride and went about my business. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you for the quick deposit refund and overall pleasant experience. Great clean cars too 😎If I ever need to rent another car, I will definitely be returning to these guys. Keep up the great work.
Ive used this location regularly. Always got good service and received the car I reserved or a complimentary upgrade. On this occasion I was given a vehicle that was a downgrade. I had asked the person checking me out and he confirmed twice that I had rented the class car that I was provided, and that the rate is $xx.xx which was $3 lower than my reserved amount. i was in a hurry and thought, if its at the lower rate, I will accept it.I got the pick up confirmation through email and what do you know, the rate and class car I reserved showed up at the higher rate. i called the facility and the manager took care of everything even bringing me the car I had originally rented.Thats what i have to say about enterprise in general, If there is an issue they go out of their way to correct it. Which they did her and gave me a couple other perks as well to make up for the error.
I was told they would have a specific car for me here but when I arrived they decided to give it to someone else. Maybe they shouldn’t confirm with their customers that they will provide what is requested and fail to deliver. Lucas needs a little more training to be in the customer service industry.
Well I was just a bit disappointed about my experience. I booked on line a midsize car at the Saratoga Springs location. Went to pick up the car and the location was closed due to Covid-19. Luckily I talked to an employee who was there to service customers from the body shop next door. I told him I had a reservation and he said I wasnt supposed to be able to rent from that location and that someone was supposed to call me to let me know. Obviously I was a bit upset over this. He had a car he said he could rent it to me, but he needed to clean it. By this time I was 1/2 an hour there and I needed to leave. All 4 of us big adults had to cramp up in a tiny fiesta.When I called care to make sure I was charged for the smaller car, not even an apology was offered. All she said if you dont like the car go to a new location and see if maybe they can change it for you. Very poor experience.
I rented a car to go to Idaho from Utah. The car took a little getting used to like any car, but once I was used to it, it worked smoothly. The people who helped me rent the car were great. They made it easy and covered everything necessary. I dropped the car off after hours, which was also super easy. The next day, they called and let me know everything was processed and asked how everything went. It was the easiest car rental I have ever had.

The overall concern was initial pick up of the vehicle. Car was covered in snow and not ready at all. FOUR drivers sitting inside and chatting. Was given car with mechanical issues. Both rear tires were not inflated properly and front sensor of vehicle inop. Overall car was not clean as inside windshield was dirty as heck. Overnight tire light came on again and we had to go to another city location to address. Literally in midst of wedding party rehearsal day. Folks in Boise were awesome as they swapped us out for another vehicle. We essentially drove over 500 miles with tires not correct and front radar sensor popping up in dash telling us it was not working. Enterprise overall ROCKS it out but this time they fell well below previous experiences!!!UPDATE After posting this review I was contacted by Enterprise who mentioned they were concerned and wanted to pursue understanding. I was contacted by local manager who wants to discuss. I left message and he texted and ask if he could call me back. After not hearing from him in seven days, I text and ask why he never called. He says sorry it was human error, can, can I call you tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and went and I never heard from him. Hard to have confidence in company that does not do what they say they will. Disappointing!!!

We were very impressed with Enterprise! The car was great, the price was great, but the best part was their service. Enterprise was extremely helpful explaining fees and understanding our situation. They seemed to really care.
Rental was ready and they bent over backwards for me, even with some last minute adjustments to my schedule. They do a great job!
We arrived as they opened, got prompt service & inspected car. Upon entering the selected vehicle, I was unable to comfortably enter or sit (62, 300 lbs.). Without hesitation I was offered a Toyota Corolla. It was fantastic. We drove 2,339 miles at the posted speed (most of which was 80 mph) on cruise control with the air conditioner and got nearly 33 mpg. Most relaxing trip we have taken in 43 years! Thank you for your service.

Renting while black.Normally when I return a rental the person inspecting the vehicle asks if I double checked for any personal items.. apparently here they ask “make sure you collect any illegal substances or potential fire arms from the car”Do they ask all families this question or just black ones? Really put a bad taste in my mouth..

We were having a rough day. Our car has been in and out of the body shop for the same repair -dragging into its third month now. We were on our 4th rental car from Enterprise when someone from your American Fork office called and asked if we could switch rental cars because they were updating their fleet. He was kind and almost apologetic but it was still an extra errand being added to our already hectic schedule. Reluctantly, we arranged to come in and exchange cars the next day, Wednesday. When my wife arrived she was helped by Trevor, who greeted her by name and told her he had her car ready to go. As they went to the car, she expressed our frustration with the body shop, taking time I doubt Trevor had -as the branch seemed busy that evening. Trevor calmly listened, empathized and validated her feelings and frustration. He actually apologized for the body shop’s poor work and delays. He explained a few features of the new car to see if she had any questions. The car was filled with gas, was clean and was a much nicer car than the body shop had been renting for us. But it was the customer service that turned this stressful experience into something transformative. Some words she used to describe her interaction were accommodating, considerate, genuine, validating, appreciative, respectful, sincere, humble, and “WOW!”Please extend our heartfelt gratitude to Trevor and the rest of his crew. As mentioned, we’ve been to this branch several times. We’ve had excellent customer service from the other agents in American Fork also but apologize we don’t recall their names.
This location has been one of the best for us to use for car rentals. They are always friendly and more than happy to work with us and stay in our rental budget. Every time we rent a car, we use this location because of how great they are.

Overall great experience, with a couple of hiccups. I had originally called in for a pickup at one address, but needed to change it the day of. Apparently the driver didnt get the change and tried to pick me up at the original location, delaying my pickup by twenty minutes or so. No big deal. Checkout process was smooth and quick, no high pressure added insurance pitches like some other places Ive rented from. Car was clean and ready to go. After being out on the road for a day, I realized the radio reception was very poor. Checked it out and found out that I was missing the radio antenna. Enterprise down in Moab was great and had an antenna I could borrow for the rest of the trip. Toward the end of my trip I realized I might need the car an extra day or two. A quick call in got my reservation extended very easily. Dropped the car back on a Saturday, so didnt have to deal with a check in, but the after hours drop off was easy. Overall a positive experience and would rent from them again.
Great customer service! I think the mans name was Kyle, and he was awesome. He helped upgrade us for a super small fee, got us in and out quickly, and made us feel way welcomed.
Car was great. In good shape and I really liked driving it. But I needed it because Id been hit by another car and mine was in the shop. I was a little (actually a lot) disappointed that my whole rental expense wasnt covered and I ended up spending almost $400 while my car was getting fixed. But I suppose this isnt enterprises fault, it was more the insurance of the person who hit me. Really liked their service and the fact that they gave me rides to and from the body shop.
They are so friendly, quick, and efficient over at Enterprise-American Fork. The manager over there is wonderful. He has always addressed my concerns and has even upgraded me at times without even being asked. Ive always had a good, clean car to drive....and theyve always given me a fair deal. Ive used other local car rental agencies and Ive always returned to Enterprise. Thank you!
To say this Enterprise location has good customer service would be putting this lightly. This entire operation is focused on the customer. From start to end they treated me like their favorite customer. Despite my unannounced drop-in and this location being an extremely busy operation they efficiently got me in and out quickly.
By far, the most impressive company and people to work with in this industry. Their employees are so incredibly courteous, they remembered who I was, asked me about my daughters soccer tournament that we used a rental for and were so complementary when we ended up needing the rental for longer than expected. We rented from the American Fork branch but I also spoke with people at their main office and everyone that we dealt with over the last month of needing a rental were so kind and so easy to work with! ENTERPRISE DESERVES MORE THAN JUST 5 STARS!!!

We were referred here in order to temporarily replace my car while it was being worked on by the dealership. They had asked me what kind of car they were supposed to be covering. I told them and expected a similar car to the one I own. The first car they setup for me had dog hair all over the seats and my daughter wouldnt even get in the car. Then when I returned the car, I told them that the car didnt even come close to my car and asked for something closer and they said no. Everything was apparently an upgrade. So they gave me a car even worse than the first. I went to return this car when the dealer said mine was ready, they didnt offer any assistance to return me to the dealer. When I finally got to get my car back I was soooo grateful for my car. Though it turned out that my car needed to go back into the dealership and they did manage to pick me up from the dealer and this time did provide me with a vehicle that I couldnt complain about. But this time it was only for a couple of days. This isnt the first time I have had trouble with this Enterprise. Total rental time was just a bit over 2 weeks.

The check in process was quick and easy. The car got great gas mileage which was also a plus. My only complaint is I was scheduled to be picked up at 9am, and didnt actually get picked up until 9:45am. That set me back an hour on my trip. Other than that, everyone else went smoothly.
This should be a 5-star review. The car we got was amazing, the service was great. Everything went smoothly. The reason they lose two stars, is because its been almost 4 weeks since they told me Id get my deposit refund, and it still hasnt arrived.
Beyond description terrible. I called to rent a car at the same price Ive rented it for 1000 times there over the last 10 years. At first I asked for someone there who I know from the many times Ive rented. The person at corporate transfered me to where I thought I called in the first place. Friend gone. Person 2 asks me about what I want and doesnt get that I just need wheels. Person 2 asks if I have my number. I told her I dont but she does. She pauses, sighs, and says shell look it up. On hold. She never comes back. Person 3 answers and cant get what Im saying. On hold. Person 4 answers and asks me the same questions, then interrupts and tells me hell take care of me after showing a car. On hold. Person 5 answers (big gap between all holds), and quotes me the big price again. I ask if shes in that office - no, Im back at corporate again.Then I stay on the line to leave feedback about my we treat you like you should be treated experience, and the operator presses the positive feedback key for me.Glad we cleared that up. Apparently corporate thinks they did an excellent job for me. Just to be clear, that didnt happen. Give me any other place to rent - any of them - and this customer that has paid them thousands in car rentals will never be back.
My experience with Enterprise is always good. They are always friendly and concerned that my experience is at least satisfactory. I will always choose Enterprise.

The office staff is very kind and helpful. Ive rented here a few times a year. I like the cars Ive used. But... The cars are not cleaned out that well. Ive found fries, goldfish crackers, raisens and the like. And that is not in the same car. The inside windshield frequently needs a wiping. Last time we went and bought a lint roller and cleaned fur out for about 20 minutes.
So pleased with my experience there. All of the offices South of American fork were out of cars, but they got me in and out very quickly. Earl helped me at the desk and Grant did a great job showing me around my new car! After having just been in an accident and dealing with insurance, this was such a smooth and relaxing experience.

This is the second summer I have used Enterprise in American Fork to rent a car. They are extremely professional and helpful. The second to last day of the rental, we had a problem with the car and it was our sons wedding day. We called the office and they quickly figured out a plan to help us. As things turned out the problem with the car was resolved quickly and we did not need their assistance. When we turned the car in and thanked them for their quick service, the man who received our car, noted the problem with the car and was going to have a mechanic check it out. They were very efficient in check out and check in. We will use them again. We highly recommend them for their service and dedication to their customers. Thanks.
