U can get almost anything and everything you need for basic living needs here.Now I only go here to make sure a certain person doesnt spend our savings!!Lol 😆But they usually have a better deal on most items, when we are talking about cost, cant say about other big warehouse stores.I do like this place because of the savings I get but its the amount that you spend at this 1 visit, but over time it does pay off in the end.Great place, employees, depending on when you go, its either very busy and crowded, or not busy at all!Be safe, have fun, make memories,✌

Possibly the worst customer service woman Ive ever encountered. Their 45 dollar discount through the promotion doesnt go to your email so you better say so otherwise they will tell you. You should have told before hand. Had to go around the lady for service from a manager to get my discount. She replied they have a problem that and I said the other lady should have told that to me. And thats when the riude lady interrupted not even knowing what our conversation was about and said No you should have told me!. I told her to shut for a second. And she said no you shut up. The manager abruptly made her apologize to me. Situation handled nicely in the end.

This store is pretty busy on Saturday but most other days not so much. Store is usually pretty clean. And I have encountered some very nice employees. Frozen food items change often so you might not find what you found last visit. Food court is still there with limited items and you cant sit down to eat due to COVID. Layout does not change hardly ever so its easy to get in and out without having to hunt for what youre looking for.

Their choice of meat was outstanding! Plenty to choose from.

This is the original store in Amarillo and better run that the one by Soncy.

Just like any other warehouse you go to, nothing stands out of the ordinary. You are surrounded with pallets of food, drinks, and other home goods. While you wait for the next register to open, youll see the managers standing around chatting about change, with walkies in hand, and not helping the workers. Go during slow hours and youll be in and out in a jiffy.

Loved it had so much more from lubbocks and the other one here in amarillo.

Sams is doing a great job keeping up with supply and demand. Tonight they let us slide in at the last minute for A few essentials which was greatly appreciated! I personally prefer the Ross St location but I hear you find better sales on Soncy. I dont buy all my groceries in bulk but they sure save me money on paper goods, cereal, coffee, bread, after school snacks. lunch meat, coffee creamer, and cokes.

The service I got from one of your employees name Joshua was outstanding I was a new customer and he walked me through every aspect of buying a refrigerator and try to load it in my car but it wouldnt fit please give him the recognition that he deserves its really hard to find someone so caring in this business thank you Joshua for the great shopping experience!

Best gas price we have found

Parking lot was not plowed and I had to leave my cart as far as I could get it and go get my car and drive back to it to load my groceries. You could could arainge to have a person to watch the carts in the loading area in bad weather like we are having right now. It would be a big help for people with disabilities and actually everyone. Thanks.

Decent same club, but be ready to get hit up for beggars when leaving. They allow anyone to set up a booth and guilt you when leaving the store.

Use the Sams on Westgate. They are kind and super helpful. This one, on Ross, has very poor customer service. The front end manager, Casie or Kacee sp?, refused to check on an item (mattress) in the store, after an employee refused to look as well, they kept putting me on hold and then told me they wouldnt go look. Westgate Sams looked and were so kind. College Station Sams also looked and were so kind. Thank you to the competent and kind Sams employees.

Everything youd expect from a Sams club. Bulk items decent prices tons of people. Its really just Walmart but with bulk items so you can buy a 40 lb bag of beans. Or 50 lb bag of rice. Or 60 count box of waffles. The workers usually pretty good, products are decently kept up to date but usually hella packed and busy so go in the morning.

I cant remember when Ive had a better experience at a Sams Club. Employees greeted me with a smile and asked if I was finding everything. It began in the parking lot with a cheerful shopping cart retriever, continued on the warehouse floor and at the cash register, the ended with a cheerful Thank you. Have a great day. at the exit.

I used the scan and go for the first time to avoid the lines. Wonderful.

The food they sell tastes good and is cheap. They dont seem to like fulfilling orders that take a long time such as burgers and their frozen yogurt machine is always out of order but the food is good otherwise. The bakery is run very smoothly and they make good cakes.

Im so disappointed with Sams club on 1-40. Im a Frontline worker and I could not come in and get what I needed because Im not a Plus member. I work nights...i dont have the time or energy stay up for an additional hour, after working 12hrs.

Bout a whole new set of tires with the guarantee that the tires had a 60,000mile warranty if anything at all went wrong with my tires they would replace and install a new one for free for $800 I thought that was a good deal. Well I got nail in the tire two to be exact and they took 4 hours to tell me they couldn’t fix my tire AND I would have to pay for a new one and to top it off they can’t replace it till Monday these guys are incompetent rude and lazy AF

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!! First we made our order online so it would be ready . Well we got there and it wasn’t even started. We go there to get supplies for my aunts restaurant. our cashier lady was SO RUDE !!! She didn’t even crack a smile one time . I even had to ask her was she mad and of course her answer was as rude as she was the whole time. We had 2 flat beds FULL OF STUFF &’ a completely full basket. We checked out and asked for help and they said they would be right out, me and my aunt, 2 women had to load ALL THAT STUFF UP, and they didn’t even bat an eye. She spends way too much damn money for them to act like that!!!! Highly upset w them!!!!!!
