Hired this person and payed her $250.00 in advance and she didnt do any work supposedly due to sicknes now i been try to call for the past 4 months to get my money back and no response whatsoever very poor service!!!

My husband and I used Pennie because she was the spouse of a coworker! $28000 later and an audit I can honestly say I WILL NEVER use her services again!! Doesnt answer her phone or get back with you! I am still trying to get all the back taxes resolved with the IRS

I filed my taxes with her in February and its now July and I still havent recieved my refund! I called the IRS and apparently when she filed my taxes she sent in the wrong name or SSN?? So the IRS denied it. She then had to send it in by paper and the IRS didnt get it until 1.5 months later! She didnt have the courtesy of letting me know ANY of this. The IRS is now investigating her and my refund as I have yet to recieve it. Please do not go to this woman. Shes very unprofessional.

I don’t know if shes still in service but she is a huge fraud. Claiming things on your tax return that shouldnt be on there. I went to get our taxes done with her this year and I seriously spent 10 min and the amount we were supposed to get back was triple what we normally do. I questioned it the whole time. But I trusted her to be telling the truth. After 4 weeks and no update on the IRS website I called them and said nothing had been filed. When I went by the next day, the FBI and IRS agents were raiding her office. So even if your taxes went thru evenually it will come back to bite you and you will owe all that money back. You should be ashamed of yourself Pennie!! Im sure you will delete this but Ill continue to repost.
