The lady that served us was great!

The lady behind the counter stopped me several times in mid sentence to correct me about the mask wore improperly, mask slid under nose while trying to explaining my tax problem.She was more concerned about mask alignment than my taxes. I will take my business elsewhere. I had gone there for 3 years prior to the mask police incident.

I have used H&R for over 20 years! They are definitely my piece of mind at tax time. I did my own taxes for years. Even when I first took my taxes to H&R, I would calculate it all at home first to see if they came up with what I did. I quit doing that after a few times of receiving more, a LOT more than I had figured. They take better care of me than I do!

I booked a 4pm appointment to be seen. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited for 1 hour while I watched other people walk-in without appointments and get seen before me. I politely asked the front desk why I had not yet been seen but the 4 customers that came 15 minutes after me without appointments were seen before me, and the response was that they were just signing forms. Forms that took 30 minutes. If you have time to waste, go here.

Told me to file my sons taxes online instead of in the office. When their product messes up they provided ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!!!

Next year I may use the software to do my own taxes since I might retire so wont be making as much this year.

This place has the worst customer service. called to get pricing and 2 stores gave me different prices. called store where I filed informed me 20 dollars asked why stores had different prices was told they didnt. I and informed they did and I would not return as a customer after 10 years. Nicole at counter hung up on me said I was yelling. so I went up there to speak to Irene to complain about hanging up on customers.when I arrived Nicole and other tax preparer informed me could not speak to her. so other location recommended calling Brenda Moore. same thing very hateful and said they can hang up on any customer they think is being rude. they will be nice to you when getting your tax money but any other service after that. your treated like horrible never again will I go to H&R Block.

It was very costly for no more than what they did. I was charged for the retirement cost because I rolled over a 401K into an IRA. I went there because I wasn’t sure what to do and all she did was record it with a 0 taxable portion. Then everything else was basic standard deductions like the old 1040EZ. I could have done that and saved over $100.

Been doing taxes 15 years or more with h&r block always approved for loans even approved in november for 1000 dollars but was denied for refund advance and return is over 7000 dollars was really hoping for that advance
