Clean environment, clean equipment, clean restrooms and great customer service. Quick access in. Judgement free zone for sure. Love it there!

Very nice place to workout. The staff is awesome. Everything looks brand new and clean. Even have treadmills with social distance screens...if thats what you prefer. Im going back

It’s good. Everyone who goes there wipes down the equipment which great to me. It’s not too busy in the mornings, and everyone there is super helpful and nice.

This is my go-to gym. The equipment is easy to use, its usually never crowded and its affordable! So far my favorite here in amarillo.

Planet fitness is clean and I felt safe and confident in my workout. I tanned too. It was nice.

Imagine not having a lot of money, so you carry your gallon water jug into the gym only to read an insulting message about people who do so printed on the wall. Imagine getting signed up for a subscription, but they dont go over the details will with you. Planet fitness just doesnt work on a number of levels.

I loved being able to go anytime I liked. They have more than enough equipment to get the job done. I stopped going for a while but definitely on my way back

It wasnt crowded at all around the time I went.. I was unable to find a machine and one of the staff members went out of his way to help me!!!

I like Planet Fitness but if they dont go back to 24 hrs Im going to switch to Crunch Fitness. This has gone on long enough.

As far as working there... dont, no matter how bad you need a job!!! They schedule you for 8 hours but theres no breaks scheduled. Then they give you a list of your daily job duties thats at least 12 hours orire worth of work.

So far Im liking the place. Weird rules: cant use chalk, cant grunt whatsoever even if its to push up your last rep, cant drink water out of a gallon jug even its required for your supplements. Otherwise I appreciate the place and what it offers.

Cut their hours in half but sure didnt affect their prices for customers or employee pay!

I have been going to this gym since they open the doors. Have never had a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly. and gym alway clean and ready to use.

Nice and clean gym. Not as much free weight equipment as other gyms as I would like but good enough to get a decent workout in with some results.

I love it here, even when the parking lot is full the place doesnt feel crowded.

Ive been a member of 3 different PF clubs before this one (2 in Pittsburgh, 1 in OKC) and this one is by far the best! Its always impeccably clean, the staff are great, theres TONS of room and also additional machines that most of them do not have. Super happy with this location, its easy to get great workouts in!

When I tried to cancel my membership they wouldnt let me. Even with it being a no contract agreement I was told I would have to pay a charge or continue paying until it had been a year from my initial sign up. The other way to cancel membership is they charge you for the remaining months before they stop charging you. When you sign up the take your bank routing number. Now I know why. I had changed my card number to avoid charges that I no longer wanted. And two months charges still went through on my card. Ive had to call my bank put stop payment on the business and dispute the charges. The gym itself is great. Equipment is great condition. Locker rooms are spacious and clean. I just no longer wanted to go to the gym. Other than having a time trying to cancel, it is a great gym.

Excellent gym, I love this place because of how few people are there in the morning, they have excellent machines and they keep it clean.Ive been to other pf locations and they have a bunch of pretty much useless or poorly designed machines, but this one struck gold and had all of the good ones!

I have been a member for the last 6 months. With a good experience until now. Signed my wife up as a gift for the black card monthly membership. A week later my job changed and we are moving out of the country and needed to cancel the membership. Went to talk with the manager and they were really helpful in getting things sorted out with our membership. Thanks guys for all the help and providing an overall wonderful gym experience.

Absolutely love how reasonable it is only $21 and you can bring a friend for free! Love my massage bed and chair!!!The gym of course, the atmosphere is chilled, you get in and out! Love the customer service there, everyone is so nice! It’s clean! The list goes on!!❤️

Its a pretty basic gym--which isnt really a bad thing. Its clean and not usually crowded when I go.

Friendly staff, clean gym which is very well equipped with nice equipment. I am very impressed with this gym and it is so non-expensive for a membership that it is totally worth way more than $10 a month. The locker rooms and showers are clean, spacious and nice.

I have been a member a long time. I had some health issues and took a break for a while but after cardiac rehab, Im back. I love the place. Just yesterday I took my husband with me and we couldnt figure out the TV/headphones. The employee was so polite and helpful.

Clean and always available, 24/7. Staff available if you need them, but everything is pretty much straight forward. I use the basic membership and get everything I need. Parking is never a problem. Changing rooms, showers and bathrooms are always well maintained. Machines are available and I never experienced an unreasonable wait. Free weights area has ample benches and weights for all. My usual hours are late evenings or 4am so I am very satisfied.

Staff not enforcing the wearing of mask in such a small inclosed area! Unbelievable! People sweating and qorking out! This is how the Virus Spreads! However the staff had on Masks! 🤔

Nice employees, beautiful showers, lots of treadmills, good location. Other gyms have shampoo and conditioner in their showers- you should do the same. More convenience means more members!

Terrible place, I went one day after signing up with my company at a dollar discount. I even signed my wife, all together $18 a paycheck. It took me 4 days to get my card, because the staff did not care or want to check on my account even when I took pictures of my account and name. When I finally got it, the staff didnt even want to give me a detour until I ask. And she looked like she had better things to do, like stand up there and do nothing. She kept saying free membership after I told her to quit saying it since it comes out of my account each pay check. I was disgusted with how I was treated after that day and cancel my membership later on.

I joined the latter part of October, 2016 mainly due to the low sign-up and monthly fees.However, since attending almost every day, I have found that the overall atmosphere and set-up of the gym is amazing! The gyms staff is positive and supportive and no one can beat a 24/7 deal!There are massage chairs, tanning beds, exercises and circuit classes, along with private sessions with personal trainers available at no extra cost! Finally, the reward points for attending is a great incentive! So far, I love it!

Plant Fitness is the best exercise facility I have ever seen. It is very efficient with all the latest equipment and various options of exercise experience. The facilities are the cleanest and I absolutely love that each member is a vital participant in keeping it clean. Love that you can go workout all day or all night, when convenient for individuals. I definitely recommend anyone wanting to find a gym to workout to go to Planet Fitness first!!!!!

I use PF around 6:00 PM and never have a problem finding the equipment I wish to use, the staff is friendly and the facilities are always clean.

Planet Fitness Amarillo is always clean and never too crowded. All the employees and members seem very friendly. I see all ages and all body types and everyone seems comfortable being there. PF has just about any equipment that a person could want.

I utilize my local Planet Fitness facility daily M-F. I find that sticking to a consistent schedule of exercise has positively impacted my overall health and ability to sleep.

Awesome place, nice and helpful staff. Always enjoy my workout, it’s truly a “no judgement zone”.

Simple basic. No complaints. Not hassles

Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Equipment is pretty nice, it does take several weeks to repair if needed. Really like the 30 minute room; however, the rest of gym uses and its frustrating compromising your workout. Spoke to management and to my knowledge nothing has changed. But have decided, its what you get for 14.08 per month.

The gym and changing rooms are clean and fresh. The equipment is easy to use and maintained. The staff and members are friendly and helpful. Best thing Ive done for myself lately!

It was Awesome to be back to the gym again .

Some people follow you in this place and steal your stuffs, it is sad but They have stolen me more than $150 after I left my bag in the lockers room with my wallet in my pant. They check after me when i was working out and took all my cash. I reported it at the office, but they said they could not do anything about that. I warn everybody who has a membership there to keep its stuff at the safest level because people check after you while you are at the gymn 😡😡😡😡😡
