This is a really cool and updated gym to come and work out in. They have TVs all around and most of their equipment is up-to-date. They are open 24/7 and for 10$ a month you really cant find it anywhere else.

Went in with my mom to get memberships. As soon as we walked in, everyone was staring at us like we did not belong there. I had a flyer with a discount from my place of employment and was very condescendingly told “we do not offer discounts to anybody. Not military, not veterans, not teachers, nobody.”So we asked more questions (which I called and asked the day before) when I called, I asked if my guest could attend a class with me. The employee said yes, it just costs $10. In person she told me that is absolutely wrong, guests cannot do any classes at all. Extremely rude. It was such an awful experience, and lots of misinformation. Wouldn’t trust this company with a dime with all the misleading information we were given.

My husband and I went to workout in the morning when we got to our last set we started our routine that’s when a young gentleman that works there comes over and says I’m not done using that machine. I guess he was working out before his shift so we say sorry we did not know you were using this machine because no one was on it. We moved on to another machine and I watched this young man go from that machine to the workout bench he was taking up two machine at the same time. This happens a lot at this gym you should not be aloud to take up more then one machine at a time. The etiquette at this gym is horrible and it should be a rule that you can only occupy one machine at a time.

I go with my wife when Im home its great they have a day care for your little ones why you work out

Worked out from 4:30 to 6:00. Worked upper body—chest & shoulders. Good equipment for working out. Had an excellent work out. Gym not crowded at this time. Price is affordable.

If you are looking for inexperienced and unqualified “professionals” to cause you injury, which management will do nothing about, then sign up! Ever hear the expression “you buy cheap cheese, you get cheap cheese”? Well, Crunch is the cheap cheese of gyms in this town and you get what you pay for: garbage. RUN! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I went in to tan, the WiFi was down so I could not tan. I have been trying to call for 2 hours left a message no return phone call. They will not answer the phone. I am trying to see if the ranking was back up. I don’t want to drive across town if the tanning is still down.

Overdrafted my bank account because of false advertising and then is still calling for the bill after I canceled services.

Should you wish to use the massage chair or tanning beds you must bow down to the 19 year old tanning bed God. Pray you are worthy of basking in her greatness.... (your not!!!) If you arent her BFF or maybe dropping a healthy tip, youre not using that equipment. Cancelled our memberships because of her. .

By far the best bang for the buck in Amarillo.Impressivel clean, modern equipment, and a variety of different exercise stations cater towards specialty athletes (powerlifting, crossfit, etc.) and the standard gym goer alike.

When entering, The front desk staff not wearing mask. Not leading by example, just wearing it around the chin. Majority of Members not wearing mask while working out on Thursday 11-26. No rules, which means this place isnt safe. Hope this place doesnt shut down (covid).

If I could give negative stars I would. I cancelled my account with them right before COVID shut downs happened. During COVID I had to change my card due to it being stolen. With the gym shutting down I received an email that they would be putting charges on hold for the 3 months they were being closed down and wouldnt be charging people for the time they had to close. Once they reopened I continued to get calls from them, I assumed it was them trying to get me to come back as I knew I had cancelled my account. Then 3 months after them reopening I got a bill from COLLECTIONS. Crunch wanted me to pay $150. I called crunch and they claimed I never cancelled my account when i know I did because my boyfriend and I cancelled them together. They argued that they couldnt do anything about it because it was my fault for not paying when they called me. How in the world did I get a $150 bill sent to collections when i only paid $10 a month and only missed 3 months payment at that. Having to battle with collections now. Do not recommend this place. They wont listen when youre ready to leave then theyll take you for more money than they are worth.

I like crunch i have been working out here for six months now, its like so many other gyms it has its peak hours and slow periods. I will say once a piece of equipment goes down it takes forever to get it fixed, sitting leg press machine has been down two months already doesnt look like they will be getting it fixed anytime soon. I dont believe they have a swimming pool or hot tub those two additions would be nice. But you cant have it all, the staff is nice always greeting you when you come in. Restroom is clean the environment is nice

I only went as a guest - the place was very clean and the staff was very helpful- a bit crowded and had to wait a little bit to use some of the equipment- but never felt like i was waisting time -

Been going to Crunch for about 2 years. Tried the cycling class for my first time this morning. An absolute adventure!, with Amber as your guide leading you through hills of conquered goals and fields of boundaries stretched. If you want a challenge and do something new and day altering try cycling. You will not be disappointed. Crunch is a place that has good vibes, great atmosphere and truly amazing staff! Thankful for my fitness community!

They really have it all the only thing I could complain about is the cleanliness of the tanning beds

Went to this location and was in the gym for 30minutes and my car was broken into and items stole from my car. Staff said they couldn’t do anything about it and they don’t have cameras on the property at all! Don’t visit, just don’t go near this place! Keep your money esp if you don’t want your car broken into and personal items stolen.

I went for a yoga class. Amber was wonderful! She made sure to demonstrate the modifications for me since it was only my second time ever going.

Unsatisfied with PT, personal training. I was given a vague and unprofessional service.However looking forward to working out at the comfort of my home.

I decided its time to get fit and joined this gym since its close to home. Excercising here has been a blast! Not only is the staff super helpful, but the other fitness-minded gym-goers are too. The whole place is lively and full of energy. I have to admit that the new interior paint job is a sweet improvement. The rates are quite affordable for those with tight budgets. Childcare is available for parents looking to dive into an excercise-focused lifestyle. In short, this is an amazing place to burn calories and sweat in!

Gym is ok. Always packed. Not the cleanest. The daycare is iffy. I feel like they could have more experienced staff for the children and a bigger play area.But its affordable so I guess thats why.

Crunch is one of the cleanest gyms in town. They can get packed but the atmosphere is generally positive and people seem to be more willing to allow others to cycle in on machines. They maintain their machines efficiently I havent seen a broken machine go past a few days before being fixed. Peak times can get a bit rough but it normally calms down once the classes are done.

Had an okay experiance at gym until it comes to there billing. The manager still refuses to credit march while they were closed even after response to previous review said ALL members when extended a credit for march based on when gym closed. Except me i wasnt and i have tried to get the credit but management wont credit it. They will prorate annual fee when you sign up for a new but when u cancel ur membership 2 months after they bill you for the annual fee they wont prorate the difference back to you. They also billed us for the month of march when they were shut down due to covid-19 and told me they couldnt refund that month because that was out of there control! Ill be contacting corp and bbb to file a complaint. Watch what they bill you like some other reviewers have said. The gm Mari Quiroz is also very rude and not very customer service friendly and refuses to give refund for month of march while they were closed. They tell you to email them to resolve issue then they tell you no were not giving you a refund for that time. Just a ploy to make them look like they are taking care of there customers! Filed a complaint with bbb and manager still denies redund so my next step is to file complaint with attorney generals office

This is the ONLY gym I’ve liked in Amarillo in years (and I’ve had memberships at 4 others)! It does get crowded a lot, but that just shows that members actually like being there! There’s a great variety of weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The employee who is at the desk at 5AM has an AWESOME attitude. He’s friendly, personable, and helpful. The classes are great, as well as the instructors! I would like it even more if dress code were at least a tiny bit stricter. I don’t see why it’s necessary for some to have all of their parts (that used to be called “private”) showing in order to get a good workout. I actually think some machines would free up faster if guys weren’t glued to them waiting for the half-naked girl in their view to finish her sets. BUT, I’m still willing to give this 5 stars based on the gym itself and the employees.

What is the max capacity of this gym? Its ridiculous how packed it is. Its great for how cheap it is, but at certain times of the day all the equipment is taken up. I can never get anything done when Im there.

They care about your journey, learn your name, and speak to you when you come in. Best gym in Amarillo, hands down.

Come here weekly for cardio and lifting. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean facility that is newly remodeled.

I came to Amarillo for the Christmas and New Year holidays. I decided to try out Crunch Fitness in order to help me keep active. Their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a good experience and plan to revisit when Im in town for an extended amount of time. In fact, Im going back today. :)

Recently joined to be able to do cardio during lunch. It has lots of equipment but the locker room is definitely lacking. Not bad for the price you pay.

I have been a member of this gym for about 6 months now. When I first started working out here, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the gym and the attention that the staff gave to the bathroom, the spray bottles and paper towels on the floor, and how they consistently cleaned up chalk marks around the squat racks. I have noticed that since the gym has gone to being open 24 hours, and they have hired a lot of new staff, I am extremely disappointed that the spray bottles on the floor and the paper towels are almost always empty. It is frustrating to have to go up to the front desk with an empty spray bottle and ask for a full one when it is always sitting right under the desk. Today the gym was completely out of paper towels. This is disgusting and unsanitary and makes me not want to come back to workout here. People sweat. Please provide the supplies necessary to allow members to clean up after themselves.

Really like the atmosphere here. The equipment was all great, and lots of room to move around so youre not bumping into anyone.

3.7 stars. It is busy during peak hours,(5pm-8pm ish), but I never have a problem finishing a workout. Its only ten bucks a month and the staff is really friendly.

I would recommend any of the gym facilities in the amarillo area EXCEPT for Crunch Fitness. The staff has atrocious customer service skills, over the phone and in person. Not worth the time or money I have wasted by joining. Please read the fine print because they don’t tell you that you are committing to 60 days!!! They are basically robbing people of their money.

Felt as if it was impossible to get a membership by walking in. All Wanted was to work out that day and was turned away. But amazing equipment. So I rated the service one star because I cant rate the equipment I have not used.

Its an ok gym. It is full of people and gets crowded.Its not just $10/month, theres a subscription fee and yearly fee, so take that into consideration when signing up. Lots of people who dont rack their weights back and who believe they are experts on fitness. Lots of grunting and the kkkssssssssss sound that you can hear across the gym. So you take a look and its just a dude doing average weight but has the attitude of a bodybuilder. However, the staff is nice and welcoming. I dont believe the higher price plans are worth it unless you are a person who needs the tanning machines.

Cool gym, but its really dirty at times. Also they draft my account and I have no idea whats its for at times. Also people tend to hangout and not workout. Especially by the punching bags or be in the way of them. Last thing their employees are rude and lazy.

There is plenty of space and equipment available to get your workout finished and back to your busy day!

I love it me and my family enjoy our work outs its clean and nice the most i like about Crunch Fitness is the nursey for the kids while u work out the kuds are enjoying themselves playing etc. And we love the massage area and the tanning area you have your own lockers the showers etc. You dont want to miss working out a Crunch Fitness 💋

Great place. Clean gym and friendly staff. The class list is amazing and the instructors know their stuff.

First off, let me start off with this gym is for everyone. If your a beginner or more advanced body builder. This gym has pretty much everything you’ll need. Cardio? Check, free weights, check, and A LOT of other machines for back day, leg day, chest and tons of room to freestyle your WOD. Staff keeps everything clean and wiped down. Not like the other gyms, not going to name names(down the street). Anyways come check it out and see for your self and have fun and get a quick pump while you visit.

Music is great, but so loud that I wear earplugs. Much worse in the Spin classes - intolerable. Will likely go back to Golds.

I was paying $40 for a tanning membership at PBT and also paying a gym membership to another gym... now I do still recommend the other gym for people who live on that side town, I moved to the North side and still went to the other gym for two years. I am so happy this place opened!!! First, I pay $40 a month for their all inclusive package (it was deal for people who signed up before/ right after they opened & I am not sure if they are still running that special). It includes tanning, unlimited classes, camp crunch ( a HIT small group class), day care for my Little’s, and use of anything in the gym. Legit best deal on the market!!! How it works, you pay $40 (or whatever package you go with, they start at $10) a month and once a year you are charged an additional maintenance fee $40, this is in addition to your normal monthly bill. The employeies are fantastic and truly a great group of people!! Also it is clean. They also have a personal trainer corner where you get one of those as well. Super easy! I can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommended!!!! Go see Mark, Madison, and Cassidy at the front desk!! Jessica, Kevin, and Caleb are fantastic personal trainers!!!

You’re not allowed to tan without your own eyewear now. The lady was super rude and demanded I show her my eyewear. When I did not have my own, she said I cannot allow you to tan. Even though there is community eyewear people can borrow. I don’t bring money with me to the gym to buy eyewear. I think I will be canceling my membership, because the lack of professionalism I just now experienced was ridiculous.Like I said, it’s not about the eyewear. It’s about your employee being rude.
