The manager Gary has very poor customer service. My experience with him was not pleasant and I will not be going back because of him. The rest of the staff is very friendly, thank you Paul!but it only takes one to spoil an experience. I went to pick up a paper 16x20 poster I had printed for the 3rd time because they couldn’t not get the print right however, they worked with me until they did. My issue was when I went to pick up and pay, Gary was trying to charge me more than what I was told it was going to be. And then he started to say that I should’ve been charged way more because of some digital enhancements of some sort. I was obviously upset about it but he did not care. Again. Gary has very poor customer service!

Came here to ship a package (a live plant) to a friend. Associate that helped me was super friendly and very helpful. When my friend received the package, come to find out the associate had added a bunch of arrows and signage to the box so that the delivery drivers would know to care for it appropriately - fantastic!!

I have used this FedEx Office locations for about 4 years and have ALWAYS had the most amazing experience. They come up with solutions for anything I need to print or make for my work. They are on time and professional. They ALWAYS come through for me.

Very helpful and professional. Especially during this Corona outbreak they are observing social distancing and ensuring all equipment is cleaned after every use. Keith was always ready to assist or answer any questions I had. Highly recommended for your printing and shipping needs!

I was having a million annoying problems with FedEx and was furious! Until I walked into this store. Everyone that was working was amazingly helpful and nice. They couldnt solve my problem, but they did everything they could and made it hassle free. 100% recommend this specific FedEx. Theyre awesome.

Keith went above and beyond to help me track down a package. It was a return with over $350 worth of merchandise in it and the company said they never received it. I tried calling FedEx corporate, and company it was returned to, but no one could help me since I lost the tracking number. Keith was patient with me while I figured out the exact day I returned it from his location and then manually looked through every tracking number from that day until he found it (I think it was over 70 numbers). It turns out the company received it from the start so it was not an error on FedExs part. Then he called me personally to give me the tracking number, saving me $350, since I was about to have to pay for the missing merchandise. Thanks, Keith! I really appreciate all you did for me!

Anytime I’ve needed to fed ex items, make cards and copies they have gone above and beyond at the Olsen branch to always make sure I am set! Even donated boxes to my wife’s daycare business for a great cause! Thanks team!

I worked with Dorothy to pack and ship some Christmas presents. There were a few express items that came in, but Dorothy kept me informed as she handled my orders, processed the express packages, and greeted new customers. Her professionalism, great attitude, and customer service were very refreshing and Im grateful I came here to ship my packages =] !

1 hour and 20 minutes. That’s how long we waited on a job that we were told would take 10 minutes. We needed 3 sets of house plans printed and the very nice gentleman who waited on us said it would be 10 minutes and immediately got busy. After approx. 20 minutes, he commented “Oh, they’re printing slowly” and told us another employee would finish things up. Then he left the store, seeming leaving only one remaining employee to run the place. My biggest issue is that we could have come back for them later if they’d only told us. The female employee was working hard binding the 3 sets of house plans. However, once she started working on it, she was didn’t wait on any of the customers who came into the store after us. I felt bad for the waiting customers. Again, the entire issue could have been avoided if someone had just told us to come back in a couple of hours. Next time, we will go to ABC Printers, I guess.

Me and my wife went in today to print out Missing Person flyers of her step mom and the workers there were very helpful, courteous and generous. They are truly a blessing to us today.

This place sucks! I asked one the associate help making copy. I waited 20 minute and no one talked me. After waiting a long time with no help, I left. I hope your service improves. Helping customers who come first. All you guys focused was shipping items. And I will never go any FEDEX store. Horrible place. There 3 associate and all of them focused shipping items.

Quick polite clean helpful and friendly this is a great place for getting my copies copied, papers printed, posters posted. Labels labeled my eyes dotted and tees crossed quews curled and my bees botched this is the place for me.....

Easy to go in and print the documents that I needed! Not super cheap but thats okay, you pay for the convenience.

The staff has been friendly, there drivers do a great job but this specfic fedex i have a beef with. Only one thing irritates me to no end is the dang doors. I dont care that its not a sliding door which makes me wonder why, but they dont even have a simple cheap door stopper. You dont understand how much i ship and the quantity as well and every single time i struggle with that dang door. I have complained and been told by the employees that others have as well as well as them selves but nothing has been done. Dont expect them to hold the door btw in case your wondering been watched struggling dropping packages with no one coming to assist. Im hoping if management actually checks there reviews and see mine they would finally install even a simple door stopper do i dont drop all my packages just trying to keep that door open.

Unfortunately I went to this store today to print some pictures that I had purchased of my daughter, having purchased full legal rights to the pictures, but they would not let me print any pictures stating that I needed the photographer to fill out and fax them a release. I told them I had purchased the full rights, but they demanded to see the contract or other release document. UNBELIEVABLE and highly, highly offensive! It is outrageous that they are trying to police everyone and demand to be in their private business. If FedEX is going to interfere and attempt to take responsibility for policing legal issues regarding their customers, then they should be held responsible for ALL of the crimes and illegal acts committed by those using their services, including those who ship illegal contents in FedEX packages. By all means, sue FedEX first! They have opened the door to their liability wide open.

Picked up business cards today and I am so disappointed. They look cheap and unprofessional. The paper is extremely thin and flimsy. I am too embarrassed to even hand them out. I could have done a better job at home!
