I got my iPhone 6 fixed here and about a week later the phone doesn’t work the screen turns on but u can’t type on the screen so I have to get a new phone

I worked for this company its actually called dkd novelties of Texas and owned by the costines dont support this business they dont care about anyone but themselves. They dont care for there employees nor their customers. They put multiple people out of a job most likely cause they went bankrupt I know IRS was involved and Canadas branch and accounts where frozen they dont even offer a warranty on repairs nor do they allow returns on cases when they only pay .50 to 5.00 on a case.

Overpriced junk that falls apart. Current employees are so enamored by their phones and Facebook that they dont pay attention to anyone at their store. Oh..and the owners are awful people to work for. The Costine family has no respect for anyone but themselves. They have fired many many many employees across the US and Canada without so much as an explanation. They just show up at your store one day and pretend like theyve never seen you before. On the bright side, I heard that all of the Canadian stores were forcefully shut down because of the way they conduct business. Karma.
