I came in requesting a TV power supply circuit board repair the woman in the front won’t even look at the board I had, she wanted me to bring in the TV and replace all the parts such as the x, y and logic board even when I mentioned all I want is a single circuit board repair for some dead capacitors. I guess if they can’t up-sell you unnecessary parts and repairs to pad the bill or if it’s not a simple buy replacement and swap they’ll refuse. First time trying to use them and very disappointed I guess either I learn to fix it myself or just ship it to a repair shop that specializes in Dallas. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Took an almost 40 year old Yamaha amp to clean up controls that were crackling. For $80 the amp sounds as good as the day I bought it. I highly recommend their services. Great job guys!

Their service is sorry. They were sent by Lowes Home Improvement to repair a washing machine. They are not competent enough to make those repairs. They did not know about the diagnostic codes to enter to find out what is wrong with the washer. They are rude and very dirt people. I will not let them do anything for my equipment. They are very unprofessional! Their service and incompetence is so bad I will no longer buy anything from Lowes Home Improvement! I would have gave them 0 stars if it would have let me.

Dropped off the TV for a warranty repair (I didnt get to choose who repaired it) and wasnt able to get an estimate on the time required to fix the TV. After about 15 minutes of talking to the guy, he finally said about 2 weeks give or take. 3 weeks later still havent heard anything so I called to figure out what the status was. They tell me they had just diagnosed what the problem was and were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. 3 weeks just for a diagnose??? Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else as these guys either have no clue what they are doing, or simply dont care to return your stuff in a timely manner.

It’s easy for me to say that A & E Electronics is fast, friendly, and affordable! They had my Samsung flatscreen fixed and back to me in a very short time. I always appreciate friendly customer service and I found that there at A & E.

They refused to come out and fix my tv instead telling Conns the problem was I needed cable to make it work. What is the point of having a dumb smart tv that you cant stream on? Good thing Conns took care of it and now we can stream in the living room! I will never deal with this company again. Rude on top of everything else.

Dropped a tv with a broken HDMI connector. These techs had the tv ready at the end of the like they said they would. The receptionist was friendly and the techs were very nice. Dont see al ot of quality service like this anymore!
