The gentleman that helped my husband was super nice, easy to deal with and quick. He ended up staying late and was still happy to help. The prices were comparable or cheaper than other phone repair stores and the quality was better than other stores. Guy had my phone for 3months said he was waiting on parts but they didnt do anything to my phone charged me 27 dollars to get it back or it would become their property he can do simple jobs for expensive prices I got my phone fixed for half at battery joes.This company are thieves

After having issues with my phone for over a week, I took a leap of faith and went into to see what if anything could be done to fix it. I was quickly met by Mike. A very professional young man . He discussed with me my potential problems. He took my phone to the back and quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted me a reasonable price. I didnt have enough cash to pay for the repair but he didnt let me walk out. He fixed my phone allowing me to pay what I could. He also repaired my phone while I waited. Which I didnt mind doing.Their shop was very clean and comfortable. These guys are the best in town!! They know the cell phone biz inside and out. They also unlocked a phone that Verizon and ATT said couldn’t be unlocked! We even owed $800 on the phone but these guys still unlocked it. They also sold us an iPhone 11 Pro Max for several hundred under retail. This is the place to go for any cell phone need, hands down!
