This guy was awesome. I flew into town for a meeting and after landing, discovered my laptop had completely died. He arranged to meet me right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I was on my way in like 30 minutes. Awesome experience and highly recommend.

I work from home and cracked my laptop screen because when I closed the lap top my ear buds were on the keyboard. I needed the lap top fixed asap. I called him that night, took it the next day and he fixed it within an hour.He was very knowledgeable and even showed me some things I could do to work with the computer while the screen was still cracked. He was reasonable with the price and fixed my screen in a hour! I would highly recommend him. I will use him again in the future if I need to!!!!

I am very impressed with the service from here. Not only was Billy very nice, he was very transparent with what he was doing and what I could expect of the work done on my laptop. He sent me photos of my computers motherboard and explained what I was looking at and what he was doing. I greatly appreciate that he kept me updated and I feel he was very honest and helpful. Additionally, the work was done very quickly. Very reasonable prices as well. Although I hope I dont need to return my computer to the shop, I would not hesitate to bring it back here if necessary.

Called late this evening, talked to owner about my computer concern. He said bring it in, so I did. He took my computer checked it out, gave suggestions, and I made decisions off his vast knowledge to fit my needs. The promptness of his services were 150 percent more than I expected. Computer is now running as it should be. Very pleased, and the cost was more than fair.. This will be my computer repair and info place from this date forward. Five stars rating should really be 10 stars. Absolutely great service here, plus he is open late where others close after normal business hours.This needs to be your computer place too.

When I first stepped into ALR, I was received with the utmost courteous and attentive staff. Their excellent demeanor is surpassed only by their incredible understanding of computers; hardware and software. The information I had on my hard-drive was paramount to my particular business; I would not entrust it to ANY other establishment or individuals. Be sure to ask for a cup of coffee; its a killer!

The gentleman stated my old laptop could not be updated to windows 10 because it was to old. Well guess what took it to another shop and those exeperts did just fine with my old laptop. Now its updated and working good. They were even able to speed it up. I dont recommend this shop.

They saved me not only $100s of dollars but repaired my laptop into working condition better than when I originally purchased it 10 years ago! I traveled to Amarillo without my laptop charger. Unfortunately I have an Asus gaming machine that’s a real power hog and has what seems to be a very rare tip to connect it. While in the end he wasn’t able to get me up and running due to this, he took a lot of time to educate me about my machine, even taking the back cover off and showing me the proper way to clean a laptop. As it turns out I literally had a few loose screws! This could have fried my computer so I’m very glad to have visited his shop. Always cool to walk out of a place knowing more than when you walked in. Thanks!

We have been getting laptops repaired and running like new again to give to needy families so their kids can stay home and be safe found this place ABSOLUTELY happy with the work and price we took over the laptop needing to get fixed up HOURS not days but hours later it was done and ready for pickup ran perfect even loaded chrome on it for us since its for school purposes HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this gentleman he does great FAST work and doesnt try to RIP you off for it I plan on using this place for the rest of the laptops that we repair to give to needy families. Such an amazing shop, these guys really sped up my computer! They worked with me since Im a college student, and they got my laptop in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They upgraded me to a solid state drive (which is a huge lifesaver) and uploaded a new operating system on my laptop for $200! These guys rock! Thanks Billy and Josh!!!

Everyone was very nice and extremely knowledgeable! I previously tried fixing it myself but no luck. Better to take it to a professional! Billy took care of my pc quickly and walked me through what he was doing and the reasoning the whole time. He installed all the necessities I needed and even added on adblocker for those annoying youtube ads. Im super happy to be able to use my pc again after it not booting up! 100% recommend seeing them for your pc needs.

I was in Amarillo for work when my external hard drive quit working. I used Google to look for a place where I could take it for possible repair. I chose this business because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, Billy told me that the drive was beyond repair. He did set me up with a more reliable alternative which was a solid state drive. He put it in a case, formatted it for me, and I was on my way. I wont hesitate to use him again or recommend him.
