Truly amazing! Saved my car and truly genuinely honest with what was wrong w it, especially when another big brand car place was pushing expensive repairs that were not needed. Highly recommend to everyone! They know their stuff and won’t push for repairs if not needed! Again, HUGE thanks! When ever I send my wife in without me, they make her feel at ease and dont talk down to her. They will tell you up front the issues and your options.

Young’s Automotive is the best crew in town! They have the best service, always get you in and out as quickly as possible and above all, they are fair & honest. I own a lawn and landscape business and we certainly use our vehicles a lot more than most, the Youngs never miss a beat keeping us going and this year it has been a daunting and challenging task for sure. We’ve been through a motor and transmission change out and it’s performed flawlessly. They keep our A/Cs going and keep us running in 4WD when we need it. Inspections on trucks & trailers are always lightning fast and hassle free. We can’t say enough about all the Young boys that take such good care of us and keep us in business. Thank you guys!

I was always jumping around from mechanic to mechanic, always getting parts robbed off my vehicles. I found these guys over at Youngs Automotive, and they are the best group of mechanics ive met in town so far. I wont go anywhere else.

Rarely does one find a quality mechanic much less an entire shop. Weve been bringing our cars here for years and they have almost always explained in detail. My wife GREATLY appreciated that they dont talk down to her.

Great service and helpful stagg

Went to get my car realigned. Originally went to Firestone and was told it needed new parts to hold the alignment and that it would cost about $650. Went here for a second opinion and they denied the fact that it was out of alignment at all. Finally convinced one of the mechanics to test drive it and he comes back saying Oh yeah it is pulling to the right really bad. Head mechanic still denied it, but set up an appt without asking me if I could make it. Im 18 and this is the first time I have had to deal directly with a mechanic so I called my mom and had her talk to them since clearly they wont listen even though it is my car in my name. They rescheduled and told us to bring it in first thing in the morning and promised it would be done by noon so that I could get to work on time. At 1 pm neither of us had heard from them so we called the shop. They said that they hadnt even started and were extremely rude. I ended up being late to work and my breaks have sounded funny ever since I pulled out of the parking lot. Long story short: dont go if you are young, female, or have any plans that say. Not going back there.

Unfortunately at one time Youngs was about the best garage in the region. This is apparently no longer the case. About two years ago i had to take my daughters car there because it wouldnt start.They charged us three hundred dollars. The car didnt make it home. We called to have it towed. They refused and told us the car ran fine when we brought it in. They had only changed the rubber weight on the harmonic balancer. At this point i was finished with them. My dad however gave them another chance.Four months after they charged him 400$ to diagnose his truck. Fourteen claims it was next and one statement that they were currently working on it later. I finally had to pick up the untouched truck. We were able to recover a check for 350$ subtracting 50$ for the hours spent trying to start the truck with a blown motor. The check bounced. He did refund 350$ in cash. I dont know what happened to Youngs. At one time our entire family and neighbors used them. We have now all moved on.

I was recommended to this repair facility in Amarillo by my usual garage people, George Cox Automotive in Austin, because my wife and I were traveling to Colorado. The resonator on the turbo blew out, and our motor home ran like a snail because the computer couldnt get a fix on what to do. BTW, my 2007 Winnebago Sprinter with Mercedes 2.7 engine had done this previously within the previous 30K miles. I dealt with Steve who promptly and correctly diagnosed my problem. The parts were in the very next day. The parts were correctly and promptly installed, and we were on our way. The vehicle continued to operate properly until we sold it. I would recommend this facility to anyone in distress. We were at their mercy being from out of town, and they not only fixed it properly but the repair costs were very reasonable. The local Dodge facility, Texas Dodge, refused to even look at it.

Ive done business here quite awhile. Tony, Bill, and their brothers are very professional and always friendly.

Car broke down on the other side of the highway across from Youngs. Maybe 300ft away. Called to ask if they could tow my vehicle to their shop. The Operator replied it depends and was very rude. He said call back in the morning and talk to someone else about it. I said I am broke down on the side of the road, he just repeated the same line. Obviously didnt care. Will happily not recommended this business to anyone.

We were passing through Amarillo when we had a bearing go bad. It was closing time but Youngs Automotive was able to fit us in first thing the next morning. Their service was fast and reasonably priced.

Took my car to Youngs and was charged nearly a grand to replace a lot of parts in my cooling system. Drove the car for 2 days and noticed it was leaking anti freeze, took it back and they told me it was the radiator and would cost another $500 to replace.After inspecting all parts, the top radiator hose was rigged with an o-ring that was bigger than the original so it was constantly leaking a small amount of anti freeze. Replaced top hose and the leak is no more, radiator was in good shape!!!Also, they charge OE prices for after market knock offs. The fan clutch was full BMW retail price yet it has a Made in China label.

They treat us great here at Buttons & Bows they get our vans in and out as soon as possible so we are still able to pick our children up from school and have them for field trips and etc. We have never had any type of problems with these guys at all...... Use them all the time
