Jeff and his staff have always been very helpful and up front with me!

Ive had insurance with this company about 3 years and specifically asked for certain things on my policy. I was assured more than once that everything was fine. Once it came time for making a claim I wasnt covered accordingly apparently. Moving on.

Jeff informed me early this morning he didn’t have time to help me. I have three businesses and I soon will be starting a fourth. I would never say anything like that to a customer. I calmly walked out of his office and switched agents. I suspect some of his reviews are fake as well. He and some of his staff have always been a little rude. One lady that works there is actually nice. I asked her why she didn’t have her on agency. Wish she did I would want to have her as an agent.

Jeff and his associates have always taken very good care of us with personal attention. We have never felt like we were just another customer.

We have had nothing but excellent service from Jeff and his staff. Whenever I call with a question it is answered promptly and in a professional manner no matter who I speak with. I recently had a minor accident and everything was handled in a timely manor. What I like the best is whoever I speak with in the office is always very friendly.

Staff is quick and courteous. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Would recommend for your insurance needs.
