The parts manager, Greg is very rude and unprofessional.My first service call was September 18 and my appliances are still not working. Parts have been replaced, the wrong parts were ordered and Greg called TODAY to tell me they wouldn’t be shoo up for the appointment because he’d ordered the wrong part. He pushed back the repair until Tuesday, November 24th. I have paid over $600 so far. This business is horrible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The man answering the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Went to pick up the part I needed, and the man just shoved the package across the counter very aggressively. Do not waste your time/money here. If this place dont start making changes for the better, soon they will not have a business to run.

David in the sales floor was a big help and got us exactly the appliances we wanted. Everything was delivered as expected and on time. Jay the installer was wonderful. All wall ovens have changed sizes and he came up with some great ideas to make the space fit better. Double ovens and cooktop are perfect and we love them. Highly recommend Circle N to anyone looking to replace or upgrade. Thanks for your help and expertise!!

The owner Auto Hartz is unprofessional and rude. I requested him to provide me a quote on my appliance repair and he ran out of my house! This is absolutely rude of him to do this!

Service has been out twice to repair refrigerator and it is still not working. First call waited a week for someone to come out. Ran diagnostic on Fridge and it seemed to be cooling. Technician stated he would check back and make sure it resolved the issue. This did not fix the issue. I had to call back the next day to state it did not work. Prepaid almost $600.00 for parts that took over a week to arrive. Technician and parts arrived 3 business days after informed parts arrived to find out one of the parts is the incorrect part. Technician stated he would call back with additional information after leaving but left and did not call. Tried to call multiple times today to busy signal on phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Bad Experience from first call to receiving parts.Very uncooperative, unprofessional,unwilling to provide service.After ordering parts took over a week to ship parts due to understaffing, so I was told...Over two weeks to receive (local delivery)Price gouging for shipping,charged over three times cost of shipping.Could go on but bottom line don’t go there I’ll never go back!!!

The lady answering the phone is rude and unhelpful. The lady did not believe my address was within their service radius even after I explained it was in Washburn, which is in their service radius. I told her if she typed it into the computer it would come up in Claude, and to my complete unsurprise, it did! She refused to take the call. As if I was trying to trick them into taking a call in Claude!

It takes them 1 week to come out, another week for them to attempt to diagnose the issue with no real diagnosis, and another week to deliver the appliance back to us. 3 weeks in total without the appliance. Not Good.

Terrible customer service, asked for a 30 minute heads up and they were mad I was not able to it instantly to meet them. ( i asked for a 30 minute heads up for a reason). Left the job site and asked that I call someone else to service the fridge.

Circle N unfriendly and NOT willing to go an extra 2 miles to repair my dishwasher. They will only go 20 miles out I live 22 miles. Really way to treat your customers. Disappointing to say the least.
