Just be aware of the value of the vehicle you might purchase. They have a vehicle listed at $38,995 whose Carfax put the value more realistically in the $33k-$35k range ($32k as a trade-in so likely losing $7k in value as soon as you drive it off the lot) I asked for $36k. No dice. Even after I showed the value wasnt what they were asking. I am giving them 2 stars because I understand every business needs to make money. But not being flexible on a vehicle that was previously a RENTAL car.. not cool. Update: I updated from 2 to 3 stars because they take the reviews seriously and were responding to me at 8pm at night. Would still want people to be aware of double checking the value of the used vehicles.

Not only did they work with me on getting the right financing, but even when my title was misplaced, Randy shipped one out to me immediately to help me get my tag. These guys really care about their customers more than they do their cars (and they care a lot about their cars). Excellent service from excellent people.

Hands down, best car dealership in the area. Their used vehicles are very reasonably priced for the condition theyre in, and you wont find many places that are willing to sell new vehicles at such a reasonable price either. They showed me great hospitality while I was having my truck serviced, which took very little time. Ive taken my vehicle in for them to work on several times, and have yet to find something to complain about.

I have been dealing with Johnny Roberts for 4 years, since Grady Thompson has come aboard, it has gotten so much better. He has helped service 100++++++ percent, very considerate and very compassionate, he really wants to do you a great job. From the phine call to schedule to the moment I drove away. He made sure to make it a point to tell me he wants my business from here on out for any of my car needs. I felt comfortable being there, when before I didnt. I was treated like a valuable customer. I really appreciated that because you dont get that in some places. The operations manager Kevin Marple came out to the floor to shake my hand and apologized for past experiences and ensured me things are better and also asked me to give them another chance to service my vehicles. All around I had a great experience I will be back!

Grady over in service isn’t getting paid enough! That man is one of the most customer oriented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They made me feel as though they werent really wanting to sale a vehicle so much so they wanted me to put 50% down of what the vehicle cost.....soooo no sale for Johnny Roberts. ..I went to Enterprise car sales in Midwest city, OK where I had the absolute best experience anyone could ever have buying a vehicle.....

Was worried with all the negative reviews but I took my Jeep in with some pretty bad issues. They worked with me for almost two weeks and even gave me a loaner for a while because I live out of town. Really appreciated the hard work and good communication. Jeep runs great now.

This is by far one of the worst dealerships Ive dealt with. Their service department is lackluster at best, and I very much regret purchasing my car from Johnny Roberts. The staff are focused only on their next sale; and unless youre spending a lot of money or buying a new car, dont expect any sort of quality customer service. I do not understand how this dealership allows such high levels of incompetence to go unhindered, regarding the service department.
