I recently lost my job then found a better one but during that time the staff here, especially Ralph Friday, went above and beyond to work with me. Nothing but great respect shown by them. Hoghly recommend this location.

Wonderful place to go when you cant afford a full priced item! They allow Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly renting! Liz always makes the trip in well worth the trip!

I was referred to this store by a friend. There was a really good deal on washers and dryers. The 6 month option seemed to be a good decision at that point. I didn’t have to spend hundreds at once, I could pay it off in 6 months. I let the salesman know I ONLY wanted the 6 month option. I did not want to pay for it three times. I was explained the 6 month payment plan. Signed my paperwork, as the salesman explained everything to me. Well here I am a year later and 18 payments left. How is that owning it in 6 months?! This was the biggest scam I have ever been a part of. I now will continue to pay because I almost own it. But I will NEVER support this crooked rip off business again. The man that did that shady contract should be so ashamed of himself. He knew exactly how to explain it to make sense even though I questioned it in writing.

I have been with this store for over a year and I love them. The people there are great they are friendly and very helpful. I wouldnt rent anywhere else. They are deff. a 5 star team.

Do not buy from RENT A CENTER. If you do, make sure they go over the equipment in your presence when returning because once you leave they will accuse you of returning damaged equipment.

Do not utilize Rent-A-Center services (at this location especially). Misleading sales tactics used in store to secure agreements. Nothing worse than getting flat out lied to by arrogant assistant managers. I will never seek Rent-A-Center service(s) again in the future for any reason. If you, the consumer, can wait... I would advise saving your money and buying outright as opposed to full length agreement periods. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the way I was spoken to and treated even though I faithfully made payments for almost Two years on a product... only to be told at the end of said fulfilled agreement that I would not have the option of upgrading to the latest technology in the same price bracket, which is what I was told when I signed the contract. The company even advertises this worry free purchase.0/10would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

I just moved up here was looking for a gas stove couldnt find one at all so I call this store and the manger Liz was very nice and the store manger was very nice to they took off how many weeks for me to fit my budget I was shock that they help with this plus the place was very clean and every one in there was very nice and help me out Very plus they bring my new gas stove to on time the same day thank you uns guys our life savers the stove looks great and works great I might go back up to rent another item in the next 6 months after I built some credit with them.

Great prices and quality of items. The sales manager is delightful. She is always very nice as well as the store manager.
