Belinda has been doing hair for decades and is great! She does a wonderful job on my hard to manage hair and always has a great attitude! I will continue to go as long as shes is there!

I didnt bother to get the 2 rude stylists names, but it says they close at 7. So, my fiancee and i took our 8 yr old to get her haircut... we walk in at 6:33pm, they said last haircut is 6:30.. 6:33!! They couldve taken her, 10 mins tops, instead, we get an upset child cuz theyre too busy texting or playing angry birds!! Fn rude!! Never again, and i will tell everyone about this 👎

The hair stylist had no idea on natural curly hair and she didnt know how to give a good message hair wash. She didnt scrunch my hair the way the Altoona PA salon does. Sorry but hair stylist should know the difference between perm hair and natural curly hair.

This was my first visit to this salon. I only had a few minutes wait and was taken right back on a Saturday afternoon. The stylist, I believe her name was Heidi, listened to what I wanted done. She took her time and did an awesome job! I feel bad for people giving bad reviews because of wait time. Because I know people make appointments and they are the priority. If you are looking for a salon, check this place out. They are very welcoming and the place is very neat and clean.

So I went to get a haircut with my son here. The lady said it would be a 15 minute wait. So we waited about 20 minutes, the one stylist finished with her customer and then milled around for 5 minutes. I figured she was just cleaning up, but then this other customer shows up with two girls. The stylist who initially told us 15 minutes then came over and said they had to do two colors and that it would be an additional 45 minute wait. We stood up and walked out. If the other customer had an appointment, why tell us itd be a 15 minute wait?? And if the other customer DIDNT have an appointment, those stylists need to be fired, because they have no clue how to treat customers. So we walked over to Great Clips and got two of the best haircuts ever by Riane and Jessica. I wont ever go back to SmartStyle.

Depends on who cuts your hair, theyre all nice there but some dont know how to blend at all and will leave you with half a haircut.
