This place is a hidden gem. I’m very picky where I take my cars and this place delivers. They do a great job outside and a thorough pass of the interior. The line can be long so be prepared to wait or go midweek/midday rather than on a weekend. Great job, would highly recommend!

After getting hit by a semi on 294 South, we exited the expressway and ended up pulling into the company’s parking lot. The owner helped us affix a broken rearview mirror to our vehicle and encouraged us to stay on the premises until we had met with the state trooper. His patience and kindness with us when he had so many customers pulling in and out was remarkable. If we didn’t live out of state, I would bring my car here as the cars that pulled out were impeccably cleaned and waxed.

This is probably not only the best but also the most affordable hand car wash that I have been to. I most definitely felt that I got more than my moneys worth. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I will be back

Second time Ive gone there and they didnt wipe down the door jams nor blew out the mirrors with air. The time of day I went they werent busy at all. Gonna give them another shot hope next experience will be better and take extra care of my car. After all this wasnt a $3.00 car wash..

Took my car here to get a few scratches removed and was beyond happy with the way my car turned out, like they were never there!!! Even one scratch I thought was a loss cause was diminished substantially. Always professional and always a great job!! Thank you!!!

First time and last time I use their services. Took my car yesterday to get washed and while the outside job was pretty decent, the Inside job was terrible. The passenger side was not vacuumed or wiped. Even the parts that were “cleaned”, were poorly done. When employees were cleaning the inside of my car the manager just yelled at them to hurry up and move on to next car and told me that my car was ready, when it clearly wasn’t; and workers just moved on to the next car without finishing mine. First and last time I use their services.

Best place for hand car wash and detail shop. Can be quite a wait at times. I suggest when they open and close to closing.

This was my first time coming here, the do a pretty decent job at affordable prices! The people washing the car are amazing and do a good job, but when it came to the inside of the car it was not the best work. The back mats were not cleaned and the middle console was not vacuumed and I noticed that lots of water marks were left on the car.

Absolutely terrible experience. My truck looked better before they even “washed” it. They missed half of the outside. Also paid for interior and all they did was vacuum.

This was a terrible wash period point blank, this car wash with tip was $40 the tires were not cleaned or dressed, interior not vacuumed and one entire side of the car was not wiped down. I stopped here before work and didn’t notice how bad of a job it was until I pulled into the parking lot of my job. This was a full hour and a half of life and $40 WAISTED. Gonna have spend another 20 at a local car wash just to get a good wash. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

First time going here. Affordable and decent job. Line moves ok, it’s not rushed and it doesn’t take forever. I was impressed however I did notice that they didn’t do a great job vacuuming the inside.

I used to come here all the time to wash my car pre-covid, I went there today and wow how the service has deteriorated.- The undercarriage wash was out of service, and there isnt a sign outside letting people know. You have to find out the hard way once your car is trapped inside and after the sprayed it down and cleaned the rims. The person pretended like he went to find someone to replace the hose, came back and told me he couldnt find him.- There was still soap dripping off the front of the car before they pulled it forward to dry it.- They no longer remove floor matts and power wash they which a HUGE negative.- They barely wiped down the dashboard and interior, and didnt even dry the door jams.- They used to throw out small pieces of trash (like gum wrappers and things like that)... nope. Not anymore.This is the last time Ill ever bring any of my cars here and Ill no longer recommend it anyone, biggest waste of money.

Horrible experience I took my car there a hour and a half before they closed and was rushed with my car and the guy that was working on it left. I found multiple errors and bought it to the their attention they explained the worker that worked on my car was lazy so I voiced my displeasure with the manager and ask could I come back for a complimentary wash he refused.and i had 3 more cars I wanted to bring but needless to say I wont be goin back. Not professional at all! I wouldnt even give them 1 star but had to rate something😒

Try to get detail for my truck for price what they listed !, manager or wherever very rude and give me triple price for service! dont give your self chance to lie !!!

Worst wash ever. I asked for tire shine and none was added. Not to mention they didnt scrub or wash my tires or rims. There was also dirt left in the wheel well. Interior looked the same as when I took it in. Do not take your car or truck here.

Honestly this is the best Hand car wash Ive been to. They make my car look so clean and they are sure to get every spot on the car and inside the car. I had sticky residue on the inside on my windshield and they took the opportunity to scrape it off with a blade. They even cleaned my cupholders. I made the mistake of taking my moms car somewhere closer to her house and the car isnt as clean as I expected it. Ill definitely be back here for my mom cars to be done RIGHT.

Delicate Touch owner saved me $1,500 today!My wife had her SUV side-swiped in the parking lot of work a few weeks ago. She took it for 2 quotes at a body shop and the cheapest came in around $1,500. Her car was filthy so I took it to Delicate Touch this morning for a wash. As it was almost done the owner (Arthur) called me over to the passenger side and he was in the process of buffing out the long white streak of paint from the side of the vehicle. He got all of it out within 7 minutes! Great Job Arthur!! Thank You! Great Wash!

They did a terrible job vacuuming my car and cleaning the inside. I watched the you girl with her headphones in vacuum out my car and I knew she was doing a terrible job. She did each part for about 5secs. The outside looked nice so good job on that. Will not return

I love this carwash and go here faithfully to get my truck washed. Ive voiced concern on this matter before but nothings been done about it obviously, Im driving today and a glare of bright sunshine hits my windshield. Ive got streaks galore in rows across my windshield on the inside, I mean it looks like somebody wiped the inside of my windshield down with milk. TERRIBLE!!! You guys MUST do something about the girls who wipe down the windows when you pull in the carwash. Maybe have them use fiber cloths instead of towels or have the guys at the end of the line wipe the windshield and windows down again inside and out.

Visited on Monday to have car washed with spray wax and exterior tire dressing. I only have Delicate touch wash vehicle in the winter months each year and have been using them for at least 12 years. I wasnt totally satisfied this time because I felt it was a rush job. I had asked to make sure water wasnt left in side mirror since when driving it blows over car windows and drips down car. The owner stated it was done and they could not spend all that time making sure it was out of there. Needless to say as a woman I should not have to drive off when it happens pull to an available lot to wipe my window. Poor customer service. Im done with them.

My husband and I have been coming here since 2015. Always have been super happy about how our cars looked after we left. The last two times I have gone here. They really didnt do a great job. We always buy the 10 washes up front. Im pretty dissatisfied about the service I received. I have a few washes left. If you all dont improve. I will find a different handwash company closer to home.

First time customer, stopped for car wash. They left the front of car and grill wet, they were too eager to finish and go work on their personal cars. Very poor vacuum job. Overall lack of attention to the details.Probably would be reluctant to spend $200 - 300 for a full detail if this is how they do a simple car wash.

I couldnt believe how clean my Honda Accord was. It was like brand new. They took a stain out that was least 10 years old. I cant wait to bring my Odyssey.

This is the place for a hand car wash that is the Best... Buy far I have been going there for many of years with my old muscle cars.. and to be honest with you theyre the only ones I trust not to wipe the wheel wells with the same rag. Theyre going to wipe my trunk with and Hood down with 🤡LOL

This place was very unprofessional. When I pulled in, they immediately started spraying my car without allowing me to let up my windows, wetting my interior. When I told them they wet me, no one apologize or even acknowledged their fault. Very unhappy with my experience at the car wash!

Listen normally I love this car wash. I was trying to suprise my dad he just had knee replacement surgery so he hasnt been able to clean his car.They left crumbs all over and didnt wipe down.I payed $28.00.They said it was messy.It wasnt like it was before i brought it there.I did alot to it.I took garbage out of the car took everything out of the hatchback.I am a pretty mellow person do I have to totally clean it before you do?It took me 10 minutes.To do the inside.I bought my own cleaners.

Youll get a better car wash after a rainfall! The interior wasnt vacuumed and still see a lot of spots and dust. Not worth the money. Very unprofessional management who has no respect for customers. Now Im out of 35 dollars and going down the street to get a car wash and detail.

I went in there today. I am an African American retired professional and asked for the price of a wash and wax. The man told me it wld cost me $300 for the complete inside and out and $150 for just washing and waxing the exterior. If I was to judge him by his appearance, Id say he was a business man. After that experience, I can only say he is a racist. And whats really crazy? Hes a foreigner who doesnt remember why he came here!!

Had to adjust my review. I used to like coming to this place and they are very thorough but just pulled up and they close at 7 it was 650 and I pull in in the guy tells me hes closed. What!? It must be nice to have all kinds of money that you can turn away business. Although I like the car washes that you guys provide I wont be coming back considering I live all the way in New Lenox and made a trip to get my car washed. Ill just go visit that place down the street that just opened up. Keep providing customer service like that and that place down the street will put you out of business real fast. You just cheated your employees out of making money.

I don’t know what’s wrong the manager (or whoever he is that works behind the cashier desk) but he is very rude and if I’m not mistaken I believe he is a racist because he never Acknowledge me(African American) when I’m having concerns about the wash or prices unless I’m paying cash. Long story short there customer service is really bad and I will not be going back nor will I be referring anyone to this establishment.

Worth every penny. Go. Seriously. You get a great quality wash, my car came out vacuumed, and totally wiped down. They even was your floor matts.

Was a good wash job both inside and out but now its getting worse. Too many water drips from areas not blown out correctly. Trying to rush through with no attention to details. Mats not properly cleaned. If it gets any worse itll be time to leave. Cost too much for these problems. Watched them wash a vette and they totally missed cleaning a whole wheel and acted like they didnt see it.

Used to be really good before but now its just okay. They do a nice job of cleaning the car but the windows are highly streaked. They dont pay too much of attention to detail as they used to in the past
