Been trying to call this place for months, talked to a guy named Mike (their salesman), he said he would get back to me. Never did. So I called again, said he would get back to me, never did. You get the point. When I did finally get in touch with Mike, he was incredibly rude and brash and just made it obvious he wasnt interested in my business. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else if looking for supplies, this place is definitely not worth it, unless of course you want to waste your valuable time being bad-mouthed by Mike.

What a waste of time. You would think a local company would be a great option. WRONG. Worst experience Ive ever had trying to work with them. I feel incredibly sorry for anyone who ever has to deal with Mike.

I had to call them 7 times to try and order products for my car wash (turtles car wash) and each time they said “we’ll have someone call you back later today” for 2 weeks i had to keep calling them becuase my car wash was ready to open, all I needed was the products but they weren’t taking me seriously. Horrible customer service, horrible salesman ship. In the end i was getting impatient and called them and said “what’s going on? I need these products in order to open” and again they said they’ll have someone call me later today haha, and this time they did, he called with anger and yelled on the phone saying “you need to stop calling everyday and raising hell we will not do business with you find another company asshole” … as if I have been calling them for no good reason. My business needed to open up and I needed the products and the only reason I wanted to do business with them is because they were 15 min away from my car wash. So I can’t imagine how they talk to other customers who call and try to do business with them. Horrible service and I’m sure this has happened to other people. Just stay away!!

Great prices, left my car clean, and love the free vacuum. I will go again.

Ive called this business 4x with no resolve. One of their company trucks ran into me on I-355 and sped off. I called the owner to figure out how we needed to proceed and I was told they didnt believe me and that they dont take those calls seriously
