Last night was by far the worst experience i could have ever encountered. The tow driver took forever, once he made it on scene he was supposed to change my blow out to a spare. He took the tire off and jacket it up in the air by the way with the jack that came with the car because his was in use of another driver. He then dropped my car to the ground i screamed how hard it hit the ground. He told me don’t worry the damages will be covered by RAYS TOWING. Then he proceeded to to it three more times and all three times my car hit the ground sustaining what ever damage ...i told him the car needed to be towed at this point because i don’t know what damage is done and I’m afraid to drive and get stranded again if something is wrong with the under carriage. I panicked and call the number that is on this page and a older man picked up distinteresred and began to instantly have an attitude. I was trying to explain to him in 26 degree weather as my lil body froze what was going on and he said that how do we know it’s damage and stuff like that happens. He was yelling at me for no reason and made it seem like i was the problem when i was just trying to tell him about the driver not knowing how to jack my car up. He hung up in my face and said have a nice day. MIND YOU TOYOTA CARE SENT THEM OUT. Mind you i was at a family gathering so all the guys in my family came out to help him put one tire on an put the car on a tow. The driver still by this time dropped the car a total of 6 or 7 times on the concrete . He was apologetic and said this had never happened to him and that he will tow me home no charge. And make a claim about the cars damage, he proceeded to take a million pictures of where he had dropped the car on the drivers side rotar. The ground had so many indents from the car crashing to the ground. Eventually he got the car on the bed with six other peoples help. The driver was respectful at all times but he didn’t know how to change a tire. He had to half jack the car on the tow bed just to put the tire on an it took from 10-12am i missed my family Christmas party as well as stressed out because it’s the holidays and no one is available so now i am stranded for the holidays at home, with no vehicle . The driver kept expressing the car is drivable . But who would want to drive a car with it going through that ? I am scared at this point. I explained to him that we need to have it looked at i have two small children at home an i refused to have them in my car and something bad happens. And we have to call Toyota care AGAIN. I made a claim with Toyota care and now it’s all a waiting game. If i could give no stars i would i just bought this car, the plastic is still on the door handles inside the car.

I called AAA motor club to arrange a tow for me and they dispatched this company. It all went bad when the tow truck driver showed up to drop off my vehicle. Long story shore I asked him to be careful when unloaded my 2014 Audi A7 and the driver starting to yell at me and tell me not to tell him how to do his job. I asked him to relax but he continued to be very rude and began calling me very derogatory names. I warned him I have cameras video recording us and if he continued I would call the police. He then pulled a knife out at me and threatened to stab me and then took a swing at me with my back turned to him hitting me on the side of my head. By then the police showed up I replayed the video and he was arrested for assault with a weapon and battery.

Never use them to tow!Theyll waste hours of your life waiting

I hate typing in all caps...but I’m really frustrated...THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST AN INSURANCE COMPANY COULD USE!!!! Waited over 3 1/2hrs only to be told during that time that the driver was 20 mins away...by hour 3 this horrid of a place told our insurance company that they didn’t feel comfortable telling them where the driver actually was. We called another tow and within 20 mins they were on the scene. Don’t call these guys...

I used them to tow my car. Both drivers very rude and unprofessional!!! Be aware!

Its absolutely ridiculous to have to wait well over two hours for a towing service.
