Definitely a scam place Tell you theres no charge and then charge you on the back end. I would not trust this place with my vehicle or anyone elses. They will tell you anything.

Complete scam artists. Had a check engine light on in my vehicle and looked up the code given to me by the emissions facility, went here, told them exactly what was wrong and left my car overnight for a quote because they were too busy that particular day. Called me the following morning and quoted me $500 for the repair, I declined their service and upon picking up my vehicle I was charged $95 dollars for the diagnostic..I didn’t need a diagnostic test because I told them upon dropping off the vehicle exactly what was wrong with it all I asked for was a quote on the work I told them needed to be done. Anyway I went to a much more reputable place in Crestwood and was charged $235 for the repair, in and out the door in an hour. Even the new mechanic had some choice words regarding Mt. Greenwood’s auto quote. Much more legitimate places to do business with, DEFINITELY PASS ON THIS PLACE!

This is the Most Honest, Fastest, Reasonable repair shop in the World!! David the Expert Tech, is no frills. I cried at his exceptional service, thought mechanics could no longer be trusted! He proved differently. Highly recommend to anyone!

We were quoted a price over the phone, the actual price when we went to pick up my sons car was $300 more - me him and his Dad were on the speakerphone with the lady and heard the same thing. She took no responsibility for quoting us incorrectly on the price was not willing to be accommodating considering she made the mistake of giving is the wrong price. I would not recommend them for a single service the additional $1700 in work we planned to get done will NOT go to them. Have no idea the quality of the repairs they made and am not feeling confident now that this has occurred.

Great service, Fredo and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely efficient at theit jobs.

I have directional tires, they rotated backwards and didnt tighten all of the way. I lost lug nuts on 2 tires. I found this out after noticing trouble driving in the rain and then feeling a vibration that resulted in multiple lugs not being on one of my front tires. This was within a week of getting an oil change. After confronting them, they corrected the tires but refused to replace lug nuts. Save time and money by going to a company that knows what theyre doing and will own up to their mistakes.

Place is horrible gave me a price of 712 to change a radiator dropped my truck off and then they call the next day and say they wan 1200 to do it they have no idea what they are doing

I emailed the shop one night explaining the problem I had on my 06 BMW X5 and that I needed my alternator replaced. The gave me a call the next day and told me to bring it in. They gave me a quote and took my car that same day. The next day I picked the car up and the alternator was replaced and good to go. I was surprised with how quick they turned everything around. Overall, pretty happy with the service I received from these guys.

So I called this place to get an estimate for my car back in November. He told me to let his computer load up and he will call me right back. No call back. So I called again on December 26 and guess what! The same script he gave me the first time. Again, no call back. Don’t waste your time with this establishment

This place was referred to me by a friend. My car needed to pass the emissions test and a few other things. The staff was amazing. They were knowledgeable and considerate. I didnt get the feeling that I was about to get ripped off. When I picked up my car to my surprise they had gotten the emissions test done for me. I would definitely use this place again.

I took my 2005 Ford Escape in with check engine light on. My ignition coils and plugs changed for $ 720.00 dollars and now its smoking and shaking . My car runs horrible, white smoke comes out of the exhaust it shakes terrible. The owner told me to pick it up he wouldnt help me. Everyday I drove by my car sat outside. My car wouldnt start up for $ 720.00 dollars after they got their paws on it . Beware Beware DO Not Take Your Car there. I am reporting them. BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT GO THERE. My car is not running at all it shakes very bad when I started it up Chris had to give me a jump.

Very professional and accommodating. Chris explained the process and expected cost upfront. Although the vehicle I brought in was a basket case they offered to retest it once I corrected some very serious and dangerous repairs. Their offer is a strong one. If your vehicle is not passing inspection its for a serious reason. Be prepared to pay for needed repairs. Ill be back to patronize this business again. No b.s. strong mechanics who actually put their hands and detective work into making your car safe and passes emissions are hard to come by these days.

I ended up pulling into to Mount Greenwood Auto Repair’s parking lot due to experiencing car trouble from leaving my apartment. It turned out that my front axel fell off while I was driving my vehicle... so basically I was stuck where I was at. I was extremely nervous since I didn’t know what the overall end cost was going to be, and I had no idea if I would totally get screwed over since I am a chick who has no idea about cars. It ended up being a great experience. The men who fixed my car did an amazing job, they quoted me a decent price, and I even got a follow up call seeing how my car was moving a few days after. I would definitely recommend this group! They are great people!!!

This is the worst place i have ever been to. Terrible customer service, no sense of urgency or the need to follow up with me. On top of that my car is still messed up and was kept for two weeks. I still have the same problem. The inside of my car is completely dirty. Go somewhere else save yourself the headace.

Well lets say Mt Greenwood is a very good shop,they are honest about what is wrong with your vechile and they take their time and put a lot of effort in figuring out what is wrong with your car so you might have to leave it if they are really busy and 9 times out of ten they are so thanks guys for all your work you have done on mine and my families cars.
