I would like to send a special Thank You to Brad, Devin and the staff of Jan-Pro of Mineola for helping purchase my first house. There has been some ups and downs but what business doesn’t have that. For 2019 in Jan Pro Mineola we are on a upward swing in business and understanding with the office and the Unit franchise owners and do to that improvement I was able to purchase a house. So thank you Brad, thank you Devin and thank you Jan Pro Mineola.

Amazing company to do business with. Follows through on what they promise.

Crooks. The Master Franchisor was a professional lawyer before giving up his lifes work to buy his position with Janpro. They take 20.5% of your check before paying you, and you only get paid once a month. Yes, they hold back a check. So dont expect any return on investment for 2 months. They hardly ever get your check right, so be good at math and keep an eagle eye on your books. They also make you wear THEIR company logo uniform, but you need to register in your hometown, to pay taxes on having YOUR OWN company, usually a DBA. There is probably a clause in the contract or something. Like I said, he was a lawyer, he is very smart and good at what he does. Play ball with them and take the occasional loss, youll be fine. Speak up against even the littlest thing, and the next thing you know, you may mose everything, as many have, and many will. Then when you realize you got them by the gonads youre hit with the undeniable, cold-hard fact, they have more money than most to draw court out till you run out of accrued capita and assets. There has been at least one huge law suit brought by those who didnt quit, combined forces, and won. If I recall correctly. Google them before getting into bed. Good practice for many life choices. Hope this helps someone someday. I cant give them 0 stars, because it doesnt exist, otherwise I would have.
