Buyer beware - no Covid protocol used. I threw away a nasty rag they left on my kitchen counter and the dirty pail left in my kitchen sink. Maids left BEFORE I could walk through. I did tip them because I believe in tipping minimum wage people. My review stands.Sloppy work. My main need was for floors to be cleaned. Moped around rugs. Didnt mop under cabinet overhang. Didnt clean under chairs. Their manager said they were upset because they couldnt find my house.Dog kibble was scattered around kitchen floor. So disappointed I wont use this company again.

I live in an apartment complex, and every couple of years, I like to have a deep cleaning. I wasn’t going to book because I was unavailable during the open times. However, Cynthia made time to fit my needs. Stacy did a great job! I was able to go run errands while she cleaned with no issues.

After having a previous cleaning person for years and being used to her style I was nervous about starting all over. Today was my second cleaning and first time with Michael. I cannot say enough good things! On the heels of a no-show (from another cleaning company), I found these guys through Google search and booked for the next day. Cynthia and the team, Frankie and Michael, were really great! Cynthia was super responsive initially! The team did an excellent job with the cleaning. They followed COVID precautions, and they were really delightful to have in my home. We had a small teeny tiny something that was accidentally broken during the cleaning. These things happen, but how you handle them makes all the difference. The team communicated immediately and professionally with me, and Cynthia was swift to go above and beyond to make sure I was a happy client. I couldnt ask for more! My house smells amazing, every detail was catered for, and the team really showed that they care about their customers. Im signed up for regular cleanings and so glad to have found Two Maids & a Mop!

The work was very sub-par. Did not come even close to meeting my expectations for a deep clean (dirty window sills, two bathroom skipped, dust on fans, stairs not vacuumed, counters not wiped down, etc.). They were supposed to send out someone the following day to see the areas that were in my complaint. They did not come when expected and I had to reach out to ask when they were going to be here. I was told it was not going to be until supper time - which was more than three hours late. They ended up just sending someone one over the following week to spend two hours cleaning.While they were later than originally told, the second person that came to do the follow up clean did the areas we asked her to focus on. Knowing we only had her for two hours, we prioritized the areas we were disappointed in. While we took her through the house and while she was cleaning he identified many things that should have been done as part of the deep clean package.I was looking to hire someone to come to my house weekly. However, I will not use this company, nor will I recommend them to my friends and family.** I would be happy to show videos from my security cameras to show my houses condition prior to the cleaning. And FYI the two employees arrived at 10:19am and left at 12:48 pm. It appears that the employees were not honest with the owner.

I paid for a deep cleaning. When young lady arrived she didn’t seem too pleasant to be working. She stated her partner had called out. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned, I had to go behind her and do so. The floors weren’t mopped, I still saw stuff on the floor, around the window ledges weren’t cleaned, the ceiling fan wasn’t dusted nor was the vents or light fixtures as stated. You have to micro manage these people because if not the work won’t be complete. Not at all worth the $150 I paid and won’t use or recommend them again.

I thought the service was very good. She was on time and very friendly. Got right to work when she arrived. Spent over three hours on the clean. Looking forward to my next clean in four weeks!

I recently purchased a house and contacted a few companys to deep clean my home before I moved in. Took 2-3days to hear from others but Cynthia the manager responded to me immediately and I booked right away because I loved the initiative she took to let me know she got my inquiry. I hired them for a one time deep clean. My home is in average condition as there are only 2 of us that live here and we have no pets. They attempted to charge me extra saying my home was not in average condition and that the cleaners had to move a later appointment because my house was so dirty. I was shocked that they felt my house was not in average condition so I asked the opinion of a few outspoken relatives on the condition of my house. They all agreed it was in average condition. One of the two cleaners showed up 3 hours late so I was bothered by the fact that they even mentioned having to push back a later appointment. Also, the manager or owner contacted me via text, instead of calling me, while the cleaners were still in my house to tell me this. We went back and forth about this extra charge via text, even though I told her Id call her after my teleconference ended. Then finally she resorted to saying her cleaners worked hard. I never disputed this as home cleaning is hard work in general (although the cleaners missed some spots but overall okay), but that didnt change the fact that my home was in average condition and I agreed to pay a certain fee for it to be cleaned. At some point, the cleaners left without letting me know, leaving my door unlocked. Now that Ive experienced their services, it brings the bad reviews Ive read into context. Unfortunately, I chose them for their positive reviews. Ill do better research on the next home cleaning service I use.

Cynthia is very prompt with cleaning request, services, prides herself in her employees and the professional job they do. Two Maids & A Mop clean a corporate apartment for me. Very important the apartment is resort ready as our apartment represents our company, our area, our state. I have used her services for almost a year. In this time, I have never have to go behind her services and clean. Our guest review their apartment stay and we have never received a complaint. Cynthia provides continuous contact regarding their service, she really does care. I would NOT trust anyone but Cynthia and Two Maids & A Mop for residential or commercial cleaning.

Her team is great with our two dogs, pays attention to the details of their work and we have been pleased so far. I would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business if you’re unhappy with your current cleaning service.

Suzie and Jill just finished cleaning our 1500 sq foot apartment for our monthly clean. As it was their first time cleaning our apartment, they did a walk through and asked questions about what I wanted from them today. Everything is shiny and clean, all my areas cleaned to a high standard. They even took into account my usually nervous cat, and made sure she had an escape route. Cynthia was very responsive to a change request made after our last months clean. Very happy with this service and would really recommend.

If you would have asked me a few months ago how I felt about Two Maids & A Mop, I would have rated them somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. I used them for about a year and was always impressed by the service that the maids provided. They were always so kind and great at their work. However, my interactions with the management starting in August soured my opinion of the company and pushed me away. Between the horrible communication and being lied to, I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. 1 star is too generous.Last month, they forced a deep cleaning on me when I thought it was supposed to be my regularly scheduled standard cleaning. There was zero communication letting me know they were doing this. I only found out about the change after the job was complete and the services were rendered. They claimed that they do this deep cleaning every 3 months for regulars at a special discounted price, but it was the first I was hearing of it after being with them for a year. Additionally, I did not discuss nor agree on such an expensive service. I had already received a full-price deep cleaning the month before, and everything that they could have possibly deep cleaned was taken care of. The deep cleaning upcharge for a second time in a row was completely unnecessary.When I asked about the error, the owner never apologized for the mistake and kept making the situation sound like a great deal. She even tried soliciting me for a 5-star Google review. But discount or not, the upcharge was still more expensive than a standard cleaning, and I don’t appreciate the lack of communication.This month, they scheduled a standard cleaning with me. On the appointed date, I waited 2+ hrs for the maid to show up. I asked for updates, and I was told she was on her way and she was 20 min away, 5 min, stuck in traffic, etc. Finally, 2 hours later, I was told that she wasnt coming, despite already being on the way for that long.When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the management, the owner did not receive this well. I was told it was my fault since I had apparently rescheduled several times today. I had not. We agreed upon 2 PM the day before and the only communication I had sent that day were to see if there were updates on where the maid was. She then texted me a screenshot of our own conversation, cutting out the dates and times and trying to blame me.When I mentioned August’s deep cleaning again, that error went from special discounted offer to her team telling her that my place somehow needed the deep cleaning. It did not. Again, it was deep cleaned the month before by the same company, and I don’t appreciate the insinuation.I have been lied to and laid blame to at every turn for these past few months. For a service that I pay money for, this is unacceptable and I couldnt be more dissatisfied. Take it from a once long-time customer: if youre looking for a trustworthy service to let inside your home, I wouldnt recommend Two Maids & A Mop.

Worst cleaning experience ever. The cleaner arrived 20 mins late and left without completing the job. The beds were left unmade and the bathroom was filthy. My linens were damaged and company refuses to reimburse. Will not recommend wasting your time or money with this company.

Cleaners did ok job in my opinion. While overall surfaces looked clean, I was able to find corners and hand rails, blinds not properly cleaned with very quick check. They seemed in hurry to get out. I felt ashamed to have to ask to redo and gave up to meet my expectations. Oily surface above microwave was something she told me very hard to clean and left oily. Hard to believe that it was hard for professional. I personally would not recommend them.

Had my home deep cleaned by Miah after not having such service in a lonnggg time. Was worth the time she invested and the $$. I tidy, on some level daily (e.g. kitchen, spot clean), but it takes a pro to do baseboards, window sills, and spots that you dont really think of until company comes over (which has been a while). Miah was on time, very nice, brought all her products and very receptive to feedback. The company was responsive, communicated with me, and made a keen post-service recommendation that I did, which made my home feel even cleaner. Really appreciated the service!

One of the worst service I ever got. The people who run this are thieves. Firstly, they promised of two people to come and only one showed up. She came at 3:15 and left at 5:00 stating that her shift is over. When contacted to inquire they accused us of lying to them about the size of the apartment. The truth is that these people just want to make easy money. The person called Cynthia who claims to be the manager of the organisation doesnt even have the basic understanding of customer service. She didnt even talk face to face. She only spoke through phone. So if you want to save money then dont fall in to these peoples trap. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I asked them to only do 3 things clean floor kitchen and 1 bathroom they stayed for 2 hours and straightened up and barely wiped anything clean. This was the worst cleaning service I ever hired. They left early without finishing their job or telling me.

I had two homes that needed deep cleaning, mine and my mothers. I called two maids and made the arrangements. They did a great job at my house and a fair job at my Moms. Luckily, they called to check and when I mentioned my concerns, they came back out with 3 people and not only fixed the issues, they went well above and beyond. Everybody has employees that may have a bad day....the ability to correct it is huge! I will use Two Maids again!

I am way too busy to keep up with my house. I hired Two Maids and a Mop hoping they could get it under control so I could maintain it. My house looked flawless when I got home. I am now hiring them for monthly service because I am so impressed with the job they did. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Paid for two people to clean the whole house. The initial cleaning ‘crew’ was one person who didn’t do a good job and didn’t finish. Contacted the main office, spoke w the owner who offered to come out and make it right, and she did. Very reliable, honest company and she did a fantastic job cleaning my house. I will never recommend this company. We paid 280 on a deep cleaning for them to only come and vacuum and wipe everything off. They didn’t even dust our furniture or the fans. The floors were all sticky as well. Granted they came back to try and fix it but wanted me to walk them through what to clean. Bottom line is, they did not do a good job or a deep clean.Edit: They are refunding me $65, so that is nice. But it still doesn’t make up for the fact that this experience has been a nightmare.

I needed someone to come and do a deep clean before I had out of town company. I have bad knees and cannot do it myself anymore. Kayleigh and Shelby came around 9am and stayed until 4pm. They did an awesome job. My daughter came home from college and said her bathroom had not been that clean in a very long time. Thank you for fitting me in so quickly.

Really poor work. Hired them to clean my brand new home in the Johns Creek area. Shoddy overall work and completely skipped the fourth bathroom and the shower room in the master bathroom. They offered a twenty dollar discount, but to me it’s worth more than that to not have to worry and pay full price elsewhere.
