Eddy is exceptional with my boys and selecting cuts for their type of hair. He is the only barber they allow to cut their hair in the shop. He went on vacation and they refused to get a haircut until he returned. LOYALTY!

My first time there to get a hot shave....but the barber did only give me a shave with a clipper.

The barber that I had his name is Robin does a great job takes his time with his customers makes you feel like family. barbershop is really clean and run by good ownership I would recommend this to anyone anytime

I walked in on a Saturday about 4:30pm and I had my 2 month old son with me. I was promptly greeted by Elvin in full PPE, gloves mask the whole 9. He had me sign in and escorted me to his chair, walking through the shop it’s legit the cleanest barber shop I’ve been in. I speak fluid English and a little German. They had someone there to translate what I needed done, which had been a reason why I hesitated to visit a Dominican Barber shop before, even though I’ve been told that the experience is top rate. Elvin kept me facing my son at all times and when my son woke up briefly, THREE BARBERS assisted in getting my son settled. It was at that point I realized I’ll never visit another barber in Atlanta again if I can help it. The experience really was first rate the $30 dollars I paid for that level of service made me feel like I was stealing, I made sure to tip 40%, I got Elvin’s contact information and I will back in two weeks. You should definitely give them a visit!!!!!

The prices on the website are wrong and they will not honor it. A mens haircut is 30 dollars and 3 dollars more if you use credit card. It was a very expensive mens haircut.

All of the barbers are cool, Eddy cuts of me and boys hair always on point. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing a cut or shave.

I needed a good barber since I moved to Georgia. I never found one until I walked into The Bosses Dominican Barbershop. This shop has a great ambiance. These guys are truly professionals. Robin gave me a great haircut and line up. I highly recommend Robin. He’s professional, experienced, friendly and has a great spirit. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Sad these guys should get a history lesson. Walked in with my 8 year old son, no greet or anything only 2 seats occupied at least 5 other guys sitting around socializing. I ask the guy who looks to have similar hair to my son if he could cut his hair he looked at us and turn his head saying nothing. Finally a guy said he’ll cut it. He obviously was not use to cutting my sons hair type. Wow he messed his head up didn’t even give him a line up. I guess he did the best he could. Sadly they do not like to, or do not know how to cut African hair.

Started going here about a month ago, they do a fantastic job and everyone can cut all types of hair. Enjoyed my old barber but besides the head barber and a part time barber they couldnt cut all types of hair so I made the switch. They take appointments and cut fast. Very pleased!

Amazing place! I speak spanish but not too well but they made sure what i wanted was translated. I love the classic merengue and salsa on the radio too! This shop made me feel like I was back home in Miami. Their fade work is super tight too.

I have tried other highly rated Barber Shops in the Alpharetta area and afterwards wondered why they had strong reviews. Every experience was the same with professionalism issues, barber always late, poor communication etc. Then a couple colleagues of mine referred me to The Bosses today and I was hopeful, but not confident that it would be different. I was told to see Robin so I texted him this morning expecting to get a reply later in the day or tomorrow, I was wrong ... he texted back within 10 minutes and squeezed me in for a cut within an hour. I showed up and he saw me right on time, very pleasant with a very clean work space. The other barbers were equally as pleasant and the place was very clean and welcoming. Robin gave me a perfect fade and did so quickly. He was kind from start to finish and very professional. This entire experience was the opposite of what I was used to elsewhere. I found myself my new Barber and Barber Shop going forward and hope those who read this review go check it out for themselves. Appreciate you guys being great!

Do you know what a blessing it is to come down to Georgia, specifically in Alpharetta, and have a Dominican barbershop near me? A true blessing. And they actually know how to style my hair how I asked for it.I have 2 toned hair with different trim levels and wanted a nice fade blend from the sides up into the colored part of my hair. Most people mess it up cutting the fade way to high, but not here. They know their stuff.

Eddie is the bomb! I’m in and out in fifteen minutes, great work, and not expensive at all! I’d recommend this place to anyone

There is never a long wait and the haircuts are really good. I go to Cheeno who is a magician with lining things up. They are all super friendly and just sing Spanish songs as they cut your hair. Good prices.

Por fin!! A Dominican barbershop in Alpharetta!! Ive been living in this area for years and probably been to most barber shops from exit 7 to 14. Very happy with my haircut. Finally got a fade done the right way. I recommend this place and will be coming back next month.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and it was dead(1st warning)... there were 3 barbers, 2 spoke English. Those two passed me along to the one that didn’t speak English while they sat on their phones(2nd warning). Then they seemed annoyed because they had to help translate my whole haircut in parts(LOL). That was the 3rd warning! Ended up paying $30+tip for a mediocre at best haircut. Wouldn’t recommend anyone there. One and done!

Alvariz is the best barber ever cut my sons hair for the 1st time inhis life!!! After wearing locs his whole life it was amazing!! My son is 17 and his haircut And Baird was awsome!! Recommend tremendously

Worst haircut I’ve had in a while. Right from the start the barber couldn’t even understand what haircut I wanted so obviously the cut was god awful.
