Being a single mom with two boys I look for affordable and quality service. My boys have been going to Q’s Traditional Cuts for two years because I get affordable and quality service. The location and atmosphere is professional and welcoming. The Barbers are all well versed and highly skilled. Whether your booking or a walk-in getting a seat is easy and never a long wait.

My son and I are frequent visitors to Qs Traditional Cuts. We have been going there since the shop opened. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Unlike most barbershops the barbers are always on time for your appointment. We are always notified if a barber is running a little behind, which is not a common thing. Its like they value my time just as much as I do. If you are looking for a change or a new barber, I highly recommend this shop.

My sons needed haircut and Mr. Quick was able to cut their hair to perfection. I normally am hesitant to try a new barber but this was the best experience ever. My sons loved their cut and so did I. We dont live close but I will make the trip just for my sons to get their haircut here. This barbershop is friendly, professional, and family friendly.

Professionalism at its best! The barbers here understand that being a barber is a service, not an act. The prices are reasonable, but the service is impeccable!I discovered Qs Traditional Cuts as a disgruntled customer frustrated by my inability to get my current barber at the time to understand the importance of keeping an appointment, especially when Im paying upwards of $100.00 a cut. Q heard my concerns, and 1 cut was all it took. Ill never have to go anywhere else; however, a bit of advice, the barbers are appointment only, so be sure to book far in advance, youll be glad you did.

Great environment the owner Mr. Quick was down to earth and welcomed me and my son in without having an appointment. We were in town due to hurricane Michael and he offered to pay for both of our haircuts. Needless to say I only had to tip our barber Alexis who did a great job on both of our haircuts and we will be back the next time were in the Atlanta area.

Best barber in town period. Make sure to schedule online ahead of time. Everyone is super friendly and highly trained. Never once seen somebody leave unhappy or witnessed any inkling of hostility. The only barber Ill ever go to.

Q has been cutting our hair (Myself and 3 boys) for the past three years and I cant imagine working with another barber or shop. He pays very close attention to detail and makes sure were nothing less than satisfied. The ability to go online and schedule an appointment makes it easier for us to get in and out. The new shop has great atmosphere and is kid friendly. My wife doesnt even mind taking the kids to the shop when I am out of town. Q’s Traditional cuts is amazing. The gentlemen that cut hair at this shop are very professional, and their haircuts are great. Mr. Quick and Mr. Qasim are the two barbers I recommend, and they’re not lackadaisical when it comes to setting appointments or making any different types of arrangements when it comes to your haircut. They make sure your haircuts are precise and they keep their customers happy with their haircut.

Worst experience ever. First off each barber takes at least 1hr 45min per person...Waited for 2hrs, put my name on the list and did everything right just for them to tell me they have appointment after appointment. No one ever acknowledged me. Every time someone got up And I thought I was next someone else walks in. Wish I could give -5 stars. Worst service ever.

This response is to John King I was in the barbershop when that situation occurred. The owner did everything in his power to keep that situation quiet and between he and his employee. Once the employee became insubordinate and completely disrespectful in front of everyone the shop owner handled the situation the best way he could. This is a Barber Shop not a salon I know this is Alpharetta but arguments are going to occur in the barbershop from time to time. If you want a haircut and no real conversation and no real atmosphere go to sports clips no disrespect to sports clips it is what it is great owner & great service.

I was in the shop the day of the confusion that was referenced below. And from the outside looking in I can only imagine how it looked. The barber who ignited this unusual altercation has a history of doing this. I e seen this same barber at numerous shops in the past with the same negative energy. Ive been getting my cut here for a few months and have never had such an experience. The owner has a consistent above par experience that he provides for his customers. Dont allow this isolated incident determine the opportunity to get the experience that Ive received. There are a few bad apples in every bunch and one just so happened to be a former employee.Having a barbershop with a professional staff, barbers who look at their skill as a craft, and attentive to personalize service sets this place apart.

Was pressed to find my picky teenage son a barber on short notice...on a SUNDAY. Decided to give Qs a shot (because seriously, Sunday?!?! - I thought it was a typo in the Google results), and have been happy ever since. In the year or so that Ive been taking my son for his cuts, the professionalism and exceptional level of service has always remained consistent. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and the diversity in the staff and clientele is nothing short of impressive. Qasim is my sons barber, and hes fantastic! Prices are reasonable, and app scheduling (via Schedulicity - strongly recommended) makes the process very convenient. Did I mention theyre open on Sundays?

Weird energy. Walked in they barely wanted to lift their heads to greet us. One barber looked at me and I said I needed to get my hair cut he mumbled I dont know how many people are in front of you and kept dealing with his client. No one else said anything and I just turned around and left. I went to another shop that was well lit, inviting and someone spoke to me immediately saying good afternoon and asked how could they help me. Its honestly the little things like that which matters and I would never recommend anyone go here as a walkin based on the lack of customer service. I cant speak for those with appointments but this is my opinion from how I felt today.

If you value your time, I wouldn’t come here. Time is money. Burned 30 mins waiting for a 1:30appt only to wait till 2 and watch another client be taken which would take another 30-45mins. It’s a shame because I heard they do great work here, but not worth it with an hour wait time after making an appt.

I showed up at 4:45 pm and one of your barbers agreed to cut my hair before the store closed. He was still working on another customer. After he finished with the customer he tells me he can’t cut me because there was something wrong with my hair. He waited until 5:30 to tell me.. I’ve never in my life been denied a haircut.

R.J is a beast with those clippers. The atomsphere in the shop isnt bad. Pretty basic conversation as far as barbershop talk goes. The barbers are all good but I go to R.J. Mr. Quicks pomade for your beard works wonders just has a slight smell to it, its a manily smell however. Parking is always good not getting out of the shopping square is a different story.

Most of the barbers are very professional. However, the chubby one farthest from the door, I think his name is von, he is very unprofessional and can not cut hair at all! He’s horrible. Acts more like a byoch. He actually picked on a young person with aspergers because he wasn’t happy with a cut. Then proceeds to make comments every time we come in. Very immature. Very disappointed. Since I don’t like harassment or bullies, I will not return.

***Buyer Beware*** Do not walk in!!! After calling an hour ahead to ask if they take walk ins, I was told over the phone yes. I showed up and after 2 hours, I still was not in anyones chair. In Qs defense, he mentioned 4 times someone will get me but no one followed his direction. Bottom line, NO APPOINTMENT, NO CUT.

Best haircut in Alpharetta, hands down.

I went to the barbershop today (Thursday) and I was treated very Rudely by Junito. I waited for him for our scheduled time (that he was late for) and after his arrival he passed me off me to someone else’s time. Very porous attitude and shows no respect for someone else’s time.

The customer service and professionalism are on point. The hours of availability work well our familys schedule.
