The operator is very rude person, I tried make an appointment for my Dryer also I want to explain how(why) dryer is not working correctly but she Doesnt want to listen anything. I just wanted him have the thermometer huge when he come. I will find another repair company who can listen or ask whats the problem.

This company is the worse company ever. They came to fix my refrigerator, they replaced a part and told me that it would take 3 day to come to normal freeze and cold a week passed never worked I called them again and came back, he did something else and never work again I have called them many time to have them solve this issue and they give the round around ask to talked to a supervisor they never there. I will never give them my business. The only thing that they are good at is taking your $$$$$$. If there was way to give them zero star I would.....

Very happy with this company. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and repaired in less then hour. They were careful and courteous, gave advice on how to keep the refrigerator running at its best, and were very reasonable.

It was the right call! My washer broke a few days ago, I thought Id have to buy a new one because it sounded like the motor had gone bad. I called yesterday after doing some research online, and spoke with Sam. He sounded confident on the phone that he knew what the problem was and set up a service call for today at 10am! He showed up on time, assessed the problem, fixed it, and gave me some pointers on future appliance issues. He did all of this in 45 minutes. Quality service with no hidden costs. 04/25/17 Professional Frigidaire Refegeriator $180 cash 90 DAY WARRANTYmisdiagnosis icemaker. tt wasnt it was the ice dispenser, and water dispenser tech replaced new part but the display panel now is now not working and wants to accuse my husband of tampering with it and screws missing. If tech would have looked the screws were on top on ref!! the part is still BROKEN AND HE HUNG UP CUSSING ON MY SPOUSE, THERE RATING ON BBB ( F) NO WONDER i should have checked there first. will never use this company again and will let every one know that they dont stand behind there work ethic!!
