We had a problem with our washer not draining and couldnt believe the repairman was able to come within a day, on a Monday morning! He was incredibly patient and took his time explaining the system. Charge was reasonable. It was great hiring them!

Our washer unit wasnt working properly. A friend recommended Johns creek Appliance Repair. Im so glad I called them. A technician came out within an hour and fixed it really quickly. He was very professional and respectful. They are now on my contact list for any appliance repair. Thank you!!!

My issue with my frigde was addressed by Tom right away. He was a great technician and was respectful of my apartment.

1st visit need parts and had to order. 2nd visit scheduled for this afternoon. Confirmed directly with technician this morning. He didnt show and now wont respond to texts or calls. Called main office and they promised to contact and call me back. After 30 minutes I called them again only to hear that they couldnt reach him either. Glad I wasted the whole afternoon waiting on this. Cancelled and having to start over with someone else!

I had a GE dishwasher which had been poorly installed and aside that it damaged both cabinets on either side of the dishwasher, it also did not work properly. John’s Creek Appliance Repair worked with me both to get my dishwasher installed properly and to get it working properly! I love their job! Very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased!!

We had this Haier dual zone wine fridge that stopped cooling. I called John’s creek appliance repair and was happy to be informed that they can schedule a tech for me right away. Tech came in the next day did the diagnosis and a part needs replacement. After 2 days they got the part and installed it right away. I am so happy with John’s creek appliance repair because they worked efficiently while keeping us informed of the progress of their job. Very good company!

Terrible service please go somewhere else. Tech came out on Monday For refrigerator not cooling did no real diagnostic test, cleaned off some dust from the back and said it would work. The refrigerator still wasnt cooling on Tuesday called them early morning said they would send somebody out no one ever showed up Ive been calling them every day its now Friday nobody showed up. We have three kids at home and havent had a refrigerator for five days its now Friday afternoon and they said they would be here this morning but nobody showed. Hundreds of dollars and spoiled food do not trust these people.

They did a wonderful job! My oven is heating and I can close the door. Will recommend!

They r brokers and not technicians. They sold me some company with worst customer service. never pick up phone. Tech was super late. Called them even they cannot get in touch. Please dont waste time and money

They fixed my Maytag fridge in a jiffy. From setting up the technician visit till the day of the repair everything was very smooth. Staff were also nice and charges reasonably. I will only have them and not call anyone else again for appliance services.

1 star only because I am unable to give a lower one.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Complete frauds. Paid the tech for the service call to look at my 2 refrigerators back in Oct. Paid him by check directly and Appliance Repair charged my credit card a month later. They never called me back after numerous calls to them trying to correct this error. They obviously do not screen their techs and make their customers pay for their mistakes.

This guy must be a fraud. He came to my house to look at my appliance. I paid him the $85 service fee and He has yet to fix my appliance. Last I heard the part was coming in and that was 3 weeks ago smh.

Worse service ever. Was 2 hours late for 4 hour window of service then made a partially functioning refrigerator totally nonfunctional and left it in such a state to void our warranty. Do NOT use this company.
