Last year the conclusion of my meeting went so much better. The forms were reviewed and explained before I signed anything and a coupon to save money was offered even when I didnt know about it. The code of the coupon was found online by the preparer. I understand COVID changed how we met but it shouldnt have changed customer service and courtesy.

I went to get my taxes done at H&R Block. They didn’t know how to do the return for my business, so they sent me to Block Advisors and said it would be about $500. When I went to pick up my taxes, the total came to $1131.00 with nothing itemized, just a total number. This is on top of the $280 I paid at H&R Block for my wife’s simple return. I am having these charges reviewed by a CPA.
